We didnt end up renting from this company but the interactions that we did have left us feeling eager to do business with them in the future. We decided the home that we applied to just wasnt for us and Kayla was very helpful and responsive and even returned our application fees. After having a terrible experience with Tindell and Co. I would recommend Core anyday.

We rented from Core for about a year and a half until our rental needs changed and they were great. They responded to maintenance requests super fast and once when the dryer ate our quarters, David showed up at the door with a whole handful to replace them. When we started looking for a new place, Melissa (who is awesome!) corresponded with us about upcoming rentals to fit our needs. Anytime we needed to reach Chris, we got a quick and thorough response. When we moved out, they took around $350 out of our deposit for repairs to the apartment and ozone treatment for our pets, which we felt was reasonable. Seriously, if you are searching for a fair and honest management company, Core will not disappoint.

Chris Johnson had been my property manager for the last two years, he has been a tremendous help. I couldnt have asked for a more professional and honest team.I would highly recommend Core Realtors. This is technically an updated review.Today I received an email from Chris Johnson threatening me to take down my review or else he would sue me for defamation/libel because I gave an honest review and he did not like that I said he conned us out of our deposit. As you can see in other reviews, he uses threats against tenants to scare them into doing as he says.As for our time as tenants, it wasnt the worst but it wasnt the best. Core Realtors has an exceptionally terrible maintenance team that leave jobs half done - literally.If you are a current renter, make sure you do a walk through with someone present - they will NOT schedule this. We left our home thoroughly cleaned - we even had our friends come by to throw out the trash for us on trash day the following week as we moved out of state. Core Realtors wrongly charged us for labor and cleaning. We have never had such an experience with a landlord and have never felt the need to warn the public of a property management company until now.If you are ever threatened by Chris Johnson remember that you have rights, too.

Renter for 4+ years. Chris was responsive to my requests, repaired everything very soon after I mentioned it, was fair and proactive and even generous. Would rent again A+
