I would not do business with these people . Realizing I had been transferred to the same voicemail 4 times, I asked why They don’t return calls. The receptionist became rude and hung up on me. I called back and got a broker. He had another broker contact me and we set an appointment to view the property I was interested in . 35 mins before our appointment he called to cancel. I asked to reschedule and he told me they were working with someone else. Very unprofessional in all areas.The owners excuse is that I am the problem. That seems incredibly odd that their response to me was that the property is unavailable yet here 2 months later it is not leased and I have leased and purchased 3 more properties in that time without incident.

I would not do business with this group. We looked at two properties they represented and they were rude and unprofessional. After submitting a good qualified offer, they failed to respond and did not even show it to the building owner. I believe they ended up leasing the space for less money than we were offering. In my opinion, this group clearly does not have the best interest of their clients in mind.
