Kevin was very nice and looked out for our dog. He carefully placed all the bait boxes in our house away from the dog and children. He also got rid of all insects outside. He was careful to take precautions with the virus. He was amazing. Thank you

Booking over the phone was super fast and easy. I forgot the name of the woman I spoke to, but she was very nice and patient and was able to schedule an inspection and treatment within 24 hours! Kevin was on time, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The inspection, outdoor cleaning and indoor/outdoor treatment took about an hour - not long at all! What a reputable business! I contacted Interstate as we had seen a few termites around the house. They asked for photos if we had them and they would attempt to ID from that. Not only where they able to confirm it is a likely non-issue, they responded within 30 min and didnt try to sell us on anything - just told us to keep an eye out and reach out if it becomes a larger problem. Will definitely go to Interstate if we need services down the road due to their honesty and integrity.

I’ve been on the quarterly plan for many years and no longer have any issues with large spiders in my house. They have also done a good job at getting rid of the yellow jackets and their nests. Sugar ants were terrible at my home too, but the treatments have kept them at bay. Each summer, the ants try to come back, but disappear with the first treatment.This season, I tried a couple inside my house ant traps and they worked awesome! Set them up in my kitchen and saw the ants going inside within 30 minutes. We left town for a couple days and when we returned, no more ants! Interstate Pest has been our go-to for keeping spider season outside our home for the past years in Portland. We also had a termite scare a few months ago - the technician that came out was so helpful in taking the time to explain to me (and my housemate! He explained it both times in such a kind and helpful way!) the differences in appearance between termites and ants, and why he was pretty confident we only had ants. Can confirm: he was right. I built a lot of trust with this organization after that experience, and am happily having them come out quarterly to keep our house bug situation under control.

Zakk was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through all the issues and concerns while explaining mitigation strategies. We have some farm animals and a dog that wander the property but Zakk demonstrated that they wouldnt be able to get to the rodentcide and theyd only need to be kept away from the pesticide for about an hour after spraying. Initially came just for an inspection and bid, but was willing to do some quick same-day work. My dad had stopped by the house and was impressed enough to call Intestate to tell them he wanted to schedule Zakk as well. Great guy, great company, 10/10 would recommend.

We are signed up for the quarterly service because the issue is bad! They have been out 4 times since December, they are easy to work with and set up. Im no longer finding ants inside but 6 days after the last visit found another nest outside. I know they were bad but that was too many too soon.

Was having a terrible problem with carpenter ants after using store-bought spray two times. I called interstate and they were here within 5 days and sprayed inside and outside. Will update if anything changes 😁 I expect to see them every 3 months due to the insane amount of bugs we get year round. Next will be the ladybugs, and box elders. We originally called them out for a boxelder bug issue. Although you cant quite get rid of boxelders all together, they have greatly reduced the amount of boxelders we have.
