We have had a great experience with Insight helping us with all our pests. We live near a wooded area so have rats and spiders and all kinds of pests and Calum came out and sprayed outside and put bait boxes for the rats and checked the whole perimeter of the house. We have had the company come back and check everything and move things as needed or spray more as needed and it was a reasonable plan. I am happy with the services.

I have been using insight for a while now and they never fail to give the very service, respond fast if theres an outbreak of bugs between visits, and treat every single issue I bring up. I will never use another service! My house is 120 years old so its safe to say bugs have many places theyve probably nested for decades. Insight makes sure we never have to acknowledge their existence!

We had been thinking of contacting a pest control company when a rep knocked on my door. They were in the neighborhood and wanted to know if were having the same trouble as my neighbor was. No but we had a different issue and they offered to take a look. I am very impressed that they took the initiative to check houses around the problem. A rat infested house ha been torn down and the rats had dispersed to the surrounding homes. The technician was polite, professional and made sure I was satisfied before he left. The price is very affordable and the service is guaranteed. I have dealt with other companies in the past; this service has a better attitude and a pleasure to deal with.

We subscribe to the Quarterly service which entitles us to extra treatments outside the scheduled quarterly visits as needed, which is a reassuring benefit of the quarterly feature. Insight Pest Control will keep coming to your house until the pest are gone at no additional charge, we have taken advantage of this many times. Insight controlled the Giant House Spider infestation in our finished basement giving people in our house peace of mind when their spending time in the basement. Calum from Insight Pest Control has treated our house two times recently and went above and beyond throughly treating the inside and outside of our house and garage.

It’s been a great experience so far! I have quarterly servicing set up and expect to my continuously pleased with services based on this first experience. Scheduling was easy—I appreciated that Bryan would text for quick communication. Day-of service was completed by Daniel and Jospeh, and they were thorough but quick, and more importantly, kind. Just Josh came out and treated our home and yard for insects. He was polite, professional and was attentive enough to try to put things back as best he could. We did not have ants inside our home at the time of inspection but he still listened to our concerns about seeing them in the past and laid a couple of bait traps just to make sure.

Weve been using Insight Pest Control for a few months now and have had a great experience so far. Calum was our last service tech, and he was great -- super friendly, professional and attentive. Weve also previously had Brennan, Joe, Matthew, Josh and Patrick perform pest control services for us, and each of them have been fantastic.

I have been happy with their service and have not had my annual issue with wasps or hornets since starting with Insight. Easy to use and pricing is fair.

Ive been using them for a year and weve seen a decreases in bugs in and around the house. We get quarterly visits and receive a call and email prior to each service. Ive even had them come in between normal visits to help with an ant infestation. Their tech Josh is super friendly and remembers any issues from past visits so he can follow up on them. I highly recommend them!

Insight Pest solutions has been treating our property for ants for a year, with great results. Our technician, Josh is very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual, always calling ahead of arrival.

Our Tech Calum did a fantastic job listening to us and tracing our ant problem. And then found 3 yellow jacket nests that would have grown into a dangerous problem for our grandchildren. They are very attentive and responsive.

An Insight sales person came to our door about pest control services. When the representative quoted the initial price, I declined. Then, the sales rep stated that he could offer a one-time discount and would complete a treatment for $99, and the follow months will act like a netflix payment and I could cancel anytime.Very friendly techs came out to our house. They came out 3 times in one month. Unfortunately their was no notable difference in ant levels. The regular borax traps did a better job. This is when I found out that the cancellation fees is $250. If you imply its like netflix and you can cancel anytime...then spring a cancellation fee, well you should probably not say that. Not worth it.

Jay knocked on my door offering the pest control and we HATE spiders so we were easily sold.. Joe was our tech and was very very nice and professional. They both loved our doodles so that was a plus. They literally just left so not sure if the stuff works just yet but I’ll be sure to update. They also said we could call ANYTIME we see a spider and they will come back. So who we gonna call?? Insight pest control... spider busters.

You have my information, if you truly want to fix this, then send a proposal in writing via email.***Update: wish I could give 0 stars! was contacted via phone, then text, asking how they could get a five star, I stated they should at least honor original quote that next inspection is $50, or honor next inspection would be free (as inspector suggested and awaiting approval by owner who was contacting me) since rodents were not inspected for nor the attic even looked at; and, not charge me $199 for treatment, when only an inspection for rats would be taking place. But instead, all communication stopped after a lame apology and stating original inspector no longer worked there and I got a re-inspection, and I was heard. Unfortunately, my complaint was not even read, nothing was done about it, original quotes denied, then all communication stopped. Meanwhile my apartment is infested with rats to the point there is a noxious fume in the air of my unit, we see them at dusk run into or out of the ground-holes, my landlord refuses to admit the issue, and the county has one man, thank you so much! You helped my son get a true lesson that even businesses are not good for their word! I was told that the first free inspection included anything and everything that may possibly be in your home rodents were NEVER even looked for***I did give them a five before but now I have changed it to a one, I was quoted $50 for the next inspection because rodents were not included in the first inspection, then I never heard from them after the inspector said he would not even charge me the $50, I called today and I am told I will be charged $199. Poor customer service you do not tell a customer one price make them wait never show up and then tell them a price three times as much as the first quoted price.Five stars for Coen the inspector!!!!!One star for Customer Service :(

An Insight representative conducting door-to-door sales in our neighborhood approached my husband about pest control services. At the time, we were dealing with an ant infestation in our kitchen and other areas around our house. When the representative quoted the initial price, my husband declined stating he wanted to shop around for a better rate. Then, the sales rep stated that he could offer a one-time discount and would complete a treatment for $99. My husband agreed and signed what he believed to be an acknowledgement to schedule service for $99. After the first treatment, our ant problem got worse. We informed Insight and they offered to do another treatment for free. The second treatment also did nothing to improve our ant problem, so we elected not to schedule any subsequent service.A few weeks later, an Insight representative called to schedule another service and my husband declined. The representative told him that we were obligated under a one year contract and if we did not schedule another service, we would be charged a $250 cancellation fee. Even after explaining that this was the first he was hearing of any year-long contract or cancellation fee, Insight refused to cancel the contract without charging the fee. Insight stated they would send us an invoice for the cancellation charge. Instead, Insight automatically charged the credit card we had used to pay for the initial service.I spoke to various representatives and explained that my husband was not provided a copy of the Contract before signing and that he was never informed that he was signing a Contract but Insight refused to reverse the $250 charge. Based on some of the other customer reviews, it sounds like this is a pattern of conduct for Insight. I intend to leave a review everywhere I can warning unsuspecting customers of Insights scheme.

I moved to the Portland area pretty recently and needed my home treated for ants, spiders and wasps. The ants were everywhere in the kitchen. I talked to the office to get treated and the whole process from the office interaction to the service was really smooth and professional. Although I don’t have any rodent issues, the technicians said I could always call if I was worried or saw activity and they would take care of it!
