Pricey but really good work and service

Went around town looking for somewhere who had room for two pedis, it was the best pedi I’ve ever had in my life. This might be my 2nd or 3rd review I’ve ever made, only making it bc this place deserves it. Tech was able to remove an ingrown nail that I never let anyone else take out because it hurt too much, but this time I barely felt anything, I was shocked. & I had more ingrown nails that I didn’t feel that she took out - no bleeding like in some previous experiences either. My feet have never felt this way after a pedicure, I will definitely only be coming here from now on. It looks like such a hole in the wall so I was skeptical, but so pretty inside.

Friendly and professional. Offers one free drink as part of your service. The inside is clean and tidy. However, if youre not used the the area, it may look a little rough or even sketch from the outside.One thing I like is that they use plastic liners in their foot soak tubs for pedicures so you dont have to worry about cross contamination from previous customers.While all of the techs are meticulous in their work, there is an obvious variation of skill level resulting in only 4 stars instead of 5. In addition, Ive experienced up to 15-minute wait times despite having made an appointment.

You gotta know what you want and ask for it. Get to know the techs and youll be very happy with your results. Definitely a call a head or walk in on your own.

The price is a little higher than most in the surrounding area, but the service is good.

Came to get a full set acrylic... I didnt end up getting my nails because chinnese lady was going to charge me solar panel nails lol... (ive never heard that befire in ny life) and was going to charge me 63. I told her i only had 40 to di my nails. She was being rude shaking her hand talking I dont know what. So i told her that i was gonna pay her for what she had done still shaking her head left and right... Then i asked to cut them and she was horrible i took pictures of how she left my nails. I will never come to this place ever again it was terrible experience.

Used to go here about a year ago but after todays visit i think its time for a change showed a picture of what i wanted and got half of what the picture was. Still pleasant staff and just make sure you tell them exactly what you want (show a picture and point out what you want and dont want).

Nail tech did take her time but it paid off in the end bc the shape and everything is exactly what I wanted. 4 stars only because it did take a very long time

These guys are amazing, Ive been a regular and they remember who I am and how I like my nails done. They are so friendly and work so hard to get you through the process as quickly as possible. The other day I was in on a Friday and broke my nail Saturday and came in Sunday and they fixed it. Normally it costs $3 but they did it for free as I had JUST had my nails done . The facility is clean, the pedicure chairs are brand new and massage amazing! And the pricing is so reasonable. I strongly recommend this location!

1 ⭐ serviceMy set took almost TWO full hours. In previous experience, that at most, should of taken an hour and fifteen minutes. My nails look and feel awful. She cut me on my cuticles 3 different times. By the end I was over it, and just wanted out. My nails are incredibly uneven and thick. My fingers were covered in glue when I left🙄 I also left with a mess on my clothes from all the buffing she had to do, and my nails are still too thick for comfort.I did appreciate the fact that the initial color I chose was $15 extra and she told me.My experience is based off one technician, but I dont think Ill ever go back 👎🏼

I got my nails done here 6/4/19 and it wasnt busy in the shop. In the beginning, the nail tech seemed supportive & focused on making sure I had a positive experience, yet both my gel manicure & pedicure turned out medicore. My nails are uneven and slanted. And the paint isnt solid across the entire nail-- you know because the coats of paint were painted across the nail inconsistently. Im very disappointed with the overall service. My gel manicure is already chipping & its been less than 12 hours since I left the shop!! Same with my toes, the paint on my big toe is already chipped. I wont be returning, and I advise that you avoid this place. Its frustrating that I paid over $50 for bad nails. And I paid extra for the bag of nail file & callus scrub too. The nail clerks were friendly, but the quality of service was awful. Its my last time going here-- thats for sure.

Lala takes a lot of time with her clients she is very detailed on every nail. Lala does a very great job. I love her customer service she treats me like a queen and stays late just for me.. I keep coming back for more! She is never in a hurry & doesnt worry about the time.

Bring in a picture of the designs you want, even if its just from a search off of the internet, and theyre good at doing them - even when I wanted a little bird on each finger! The prices are some of the best and Ive never had to wait for my appointment. Theyre very good at time management and I appreciate that. They also have bottled water you can ask for. Oh - and the guy that works there - hes both fast and detail oriented. Those dont normally go together. He paid attention to a medical need of mine - more than I would have! I really appreciate it. Theres not an artist there that I wouldnt recommend.

Great price for a simple gel manicure with fake nails; my stylist ended up making four of cuticles bleed but honestly, I find this to be normal. They’re friendly, not terribly professional, but they get the job done and are efficient if nothing else. I’ll be making this my regular spot, $46 for everything +$1 because I forgot my nail file at home.

Im a regular and the staff are amazing!! They treat me like family and are all so talented!! I bring my family and my friends when possible and the prices are great.

I always (and only) get gel pedicures when I go on vacation. THE BEST pedicure Ive ever gotten (out of about 10). They were not very busy when I showed up as a walk-in on a weekday afternoon. EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

I was the only customer in there @ 1:30 on a Tuesday 👍I love the way the manicurist was very focused on making my nails look amazing!

While getting my nails done, I was cut and bleeding slightly. Took 2 days for the pain to go away. Overall, this salon had bad customer service and quality. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone that wants to have a good experience at the nail shop.

Its good, great place just make sure you know what you want and don’t let them change your mind to pay for more.

When the woman did my nails, they ended up with bubbles in all of my nails. She also burnt 4 of my freshly done acrylics with the UV light and when I asked her to fix them, she would not! I will never go back to these people again!

The nail techs were extremely rude. They actually were talking about a customer to another customer as if she wasnt even there. That is so unprofessional. Never again will go there and its not a place I would recommend not even to my worst enemy.

Nice, fast service, but they were busy... manicurist didnt have an eye for detail. I pointed out that two of my nails were crooked. She tried to fix it but its still noticeable. She didnt offer to replace it or give me a discount. I will not be back.

If you are looking for quality and respect, Do NOT go HERE. My sister spent $220 dollars on her nails ans toes including her friend. Their nails were messy, uneven, and bumpy. Her nail artist complained how he just wanted to go home and after the whole situation they decline her card. Made her sit there while i walked to an atm to pull all the cash out. She cried all night because of how bad her nails were but as well as how much she paid for them. When she called them to see if they could redo them, they refused to refund her the money but still took off her nails without redoing them. They made her sit outside in the sun while waiting because she was frustrated due to anxiety. This place is WRONG, with unprofessional people. Basically stole her money, took her nails off with no refund. Her nails looked like the dinosaurs with the bumpy back thats how BAD they did them.Please dont waste your time or money. Because its just a nightmare.

Great service

I had a great experience here initially, but the busier they got the less they seemed to care about my nails. Towards the end of getting a full set done, a new group of 5 customers came in. They were told a 30 minute wait and agreed to it. Not even 5 minutes later, the woman doing my nails gets up and starts prepping for all 5 people to get work done - mind you, all other techs were also busy. She keeps going back and forth between me and this group, losing focus on doing my nails well fast. By the end of it, she had passed off my nails completely to another person to finish while she went and did someones eyebrows. My nails do not look right, you can tell it was rushed. I went in a week ago and they already look awful (not they they ever looked great to begin with). Not impressed with how little they care about people, and only seem to care about rushing through as many people as possible.

Amazing service, and the people that work here are so friendly and understanding. It was my boyfriends first time getting a pedi, and they treated us both so nice. They were patient, and professional. They offered drinks, and asked mulitple times how we were doing, and made sure the tempertures werent to hot or cold. Overall great experience, and the prices are worth the service they have.

Nice people but poor quality of work. Polish started coming off that same night and one nail broke off right away as well. When I left, one finger was bleeding and in pain. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Sorry!

I tried this place for the 1st time because my regular nail tech was on vacation, this was a huge mistake , the nail tech said shes been doing nails for 16yeats , I got a new solar set , it was the worst Ive ever had lumps and bumps , it was just a basic French no design , I got a pedi and by the time I left I had be got for $80 plus $1 service charge for using my debit card and not cash , I will never go back , Id rather go without having a fill then to have my nails jacked up ... Im sticking with New York Nails by Henry and Lynn at least I know there capable of doing the right work
