Dr. Park is caring an conscientious. Admittedly had a difficult email exchange prior to today’s visit however she did not allow that to impact her care or attentiveness. I am glad that I have a provider who is helping to figure out how to manage complex mental health issues.

I have been going to life stands for three months now, And oh I absolutely love how they treat you how they understand you ,they’re willing to do anything to make you feel better. I’ve throughout my life had several psychiatrist as well as therapist/counselors.And those other psychiatrist and counselors just didn’t seem like they cared enough about their patients. But at life stance they listen to you and they try to solve the issue that you’re having right off. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. The appointments are simple to go to online! They except most insurances even mainecare and Medicare. Where other psychiatrist and counselors will not even acknowledge you when you have Mainecare and Medicare. And they wonder why people end up in the Psychiatric hospital I’ll because they didn’t have their medication because they wouldn’t except their insurance and a lot of people can’t afford $120 an hour to speak to a therapist and $420 to see a psychiatrist it’s ridiculous what they charge. But not at LifeStance If you have a problem paying a co-pay or your bill the willing to work with youSo you can continue to get the care you need. I already referred three people to life stance.

While the providers are great, the billing is abysmal. I have had issues since March. I keep getting told that the issues are resolved yet I am still continuously erroneously billed because claims are not billed correctly. It has, and continues to be, a nightmare. They say they are working with my insurance, yet I keep getting EOBs from my insurance showing the issues have not been resolved. Because of this I would NOT recommend this practice to ANYONE. I would be better off if I handled all the billing myself. I have $1500 in outstanding charges that I need to deal with now. And I used to work in health insurance so am familiar with the billing. If you have that kind of background, and are willing to deal with the headache of having to fight and correct issues on your own, then I would recommend the providers. Otherwise stay far, far away if you value your mental health.

$95 charge if you don’t cancel your appointment 24 hours before. Absolutely insane, for somewhere that prides itself on mental health, charging people $95 in a pandemic when everyone is financially struggling certainly isn’t helping anyone’s mental health. Unbelievable.

The Maine location is brand new so they are trying to iron out some wrinkles. But CCNE is very organized and professional. My provider is very personable and very easy to reach at any time that I need her. The office is clean and calming. They do not have a receptionist yet, but someone from the main office is sure to remind you of upcoming appointments and the provider will schedule a follow-up at the end of your current visit. They are also willing to working within your schedule.

Stephanie is smart empathetic & experienced. I enjoy feeling I’m part of treatment decisions. I trust her & value her. It’s hard to find an experienced practitioner with such a wonderful “bed side” manner. Grateful to have found her!

James was wonderful and very personable he helped me with my issue very quickly and move me onto my next stage of life thank you so much.
