Right so, my cat went and peed on my leather jacket. I did what I could, no avail. I brought it here, and they sent it to Canada twice. No difference whatsoever. Still stinks. I had to pay nearly the price of a new leather jacket. $68. They could have said it’s beyond saving. They could have offered to work with me. I asked for a refund and she just snorted at me. ‘Not when it’s been to Canada twice’. They could have mentioned that before I sent it back for the second time. Very unsatisfied.

Large, clean coin laundry. 20+ small washers, 10 large/express washers, hand laundry sink, about 18 large dryers and 10 small dryers, and 10+ folding tables with baskets. Good place to do camp laundry! Would love to see them shift to laundry cards/electric debit cards - more efficient than coins.

Upset about my visit to Pratt Abott cleaners. I dropped off my comforter to have paint stains removed. I told the woman that there were tiny spots all over and asked if they would know where they were. She said she would put a spot check ticket on it. I just got it back a week later and most of the spots weren’t even checked. The paint is still hard and raised. When I got it back, I asked the woman if it was a success and she said she had no idea. 😭

They have the most wonderful dryers and very affordable in my opinion.

This was my first time using the dry cleaners and at first I was a little skeptical because of the inside appearance of this business. However, I brought in a new dress that I had just spilled oily stuffed mushroom sauce on at a wedding. I thought for sure the dress was ruined but I brought it in to the Congress St., Pratt Abbott in Portland to see if they could get it out. When it came back the original stain was gone but there was an additional stain which I pointed out and they sent back to be re-clean free of charge. I just picked it up and all stains are gone! Very happy with the customer service.
