Quiet and clean. Its a touch expensive, to whit it will cost you your first born child as collateral to get a loan so you can wash and dry Your clothes. Just kidding it only about 10$ to wash and dry a regular sized load of laundry

Grungy place. Owner clearly never has the machines cleaned. No pride in the biz. Just a cash cow. And always too crowded. Nasty. I cross town to go do laundry. Worth the trip to SE. Clean O Rama in contrast just feels like THE COOTIES on many levels...

Clean not crowded and parking available. Test driers with one quarter make sure its working, not all are.

Bathrooms have a code that they do not give access to, Half of their machines are out of order. Give me a good reason to rate this place any higher.

I’m SO beyond frustrated and annoyed with this Laundromat. It’s very POORLY managed.1. The app doesn’t work for the dryers!!! So I have to put 25$ on the app and then also have quarters for the dryers.2. Both the change machines were BROKEN!! I had to go buy stuff at the convince store across the street and BEG him for change!!!3. I’ve been here 4x on Sunday afternoon and there is at least a few BROKEN washers and dryers. See pictures below.Whoever owns this needs to get it together because they just lost my business. And I LOVE supporting small businesses but this is ridiculous.

Almost all the double loaders dont work. There is no one in the office to give access to the bathroom which has a code access panel on it. Not to mention the area on the washers you add you soap and softener in are filthiy.

Its time to show the owners why they should not have a business here if theyre not going to keep it up. Stop going here: boycott. Let PayRange know they dont keep up the place much less answer reviews or even make an effort to improve.

I have moved to neighborhood deeply impacted by Covid. This place is not following Covid requirements others are killing ther business to follow. Completely unsupervised. Timed door opens. No sanitation or place to was hands. No social distance signage. Have to stand and watch dryer to feed coins in. Only takes six min at a time. Who ever owns this is very disinterested in their own business. Whoever owns this is disinterested in protecting this vital neighborhood from Covid. It looks clean but not clear it really is. Offer of bathroom is fake.

Very clean, especially if you compare it to other laundry-mats out there. the machines are in well working order as well as decently priced. i did wish that there was an onsite employee because there were a couple of questions that i couldnt get answered. however overall this is hands down the best, the cleanest, the most reasonable priced, and safest one i found this far.

Favorite feature is the 80s and Christian music they play! And its clean and they utilize Payrange app. making payment easy and machine timers on your phone.

All the machines worked, it was clean, not too crowded. Can pay with your phone.

Pay with app is convenient works great on my phone...place is cleaner than most places it doesnt have people selling drugs or loitering like other places and its close to home...only thing Id change is the hours either a earlier opening or a 24hr key code, my work hours flop from grave to swing and I work 6-7 days per week my few nights off the only place open is across town and not the most inviting place. Other than that if the candy machine worked on the app then it be cooler...

Small, dirty, dryers take absolutely forever. The app that is recommended to use rather than cash doesnt connect half the time. I wont be returning.

Very clean and very nice to have both coins and the app. But the dryers are the worst I have ever used. I paid 2x what I would at other laundromats in town because they just dont warm up. Also the washers are about .75 more than than most in town also.

Gets it done quickly I have on site laundry now see you quick clean o rama last day I ever have to use the off-site laundry now I use coin meter at my apt but a good backup location in case williams tower ever is closed!

Its very clean and close to my house. They have a pay with mobile app feature on the biggest washers and the vending machine.Many of the washers and dryers are out of order, and a few of the dryers that do work do not dry well.Just as a fair warning, some of the washers charge extra for hot and warm water wash, but there is no hot water at all. Save your 50 cents and just use cold!

This place is terrible. Half the washers are out of order. The place doesnt have card readers for anything so you have to download and give your data to an app, which normally wouldnt be too bad but there is a national coin shortage. Also while I was in I was the only person inside wearing a mask. 0 supervision. The detergent slots on every washer are filled with mold.I only went here because Spin is closed during the pandemic. Spin is more money but worth every penny if you can get across the river.

The place was clean. The dryers worked fine and fast. They have a great supply of various sized washing machines. A clean bathroom. A change machine. Its in a beautiful tree lined residential area in NW. Its caty-corner to the Friendly House. There are nice picnic benches outside in the shade to relax and get some fresh air or have a cigarette while waiting for your clothes to get done. The whole front is glass so you can keep an eye on your clothes while sitting out there. Ive never seen it overcrowded or dirty.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I spent 4 hours and a total of almost $20.00 just to leave with clothes that were still wet. Management was rude and short. Knowingly let me use a drying machine with no hot air... Then turned all the machines off knowing I still had 5 minutes of drying time left. This place blows, save your time and your money.In response to your very unprofessional reply, I have had this email address for years and have verified my identity when necessary. What concerns me the absolute most about this, is that you are able to reply back to this negative review but not the lengthy complaint I submitted on your website about a month or so ago when this very same incident occurred.What kind of professional establishment do you run? I am a very upset customer whom is unsatisfied with the services rendered. That doesnt give you the right to falsely report me or completely ignore my concerns that I am adressing to YOU.

Nice little coin laundry hidden in a quiet neighborhood. No attendant on site but pretty much everything you need is available. Call for code to bathroom door and dont linger after hours and youll be fine. Vending machines are a bit hokey and not much selection available but theres a convenience store across the street with a few more options. Machines are a bit musty so use sanitizer and/or fabric softener or your clothes will come out funky. Close to home and reasonably priced so I will be back.

Go somewhere else. This place has a track record of not having quarters and doesnt resolve it. Leaving you with wet clothes.No one is on premises. You call their number to inform them of no more quarters and you get a mean voicemail answer. They inform you loiterers will be prosecuted.If you want to be a part of this community, dont attack your neighbors with inappropriate voicemail answering messages.It is imperative to your business model to either have someone on premises or to keep the quarter machines full. Thats just the way it is.When you can inform me you have resolved this, I will change my review and be more comprehensive about the other facets of your business. Until then I will be going elsewhere.Before a snide rebuttal, only the washing machines that cost $6.50 accept app payment. All other washing machines ($2.50 & $3.50) and dryers (6-8 min increments per $0.25) only take quarters.

This was my first visit to Clean O Rama. Over priced ($2.50 per wash). washer machines are small. The average wash time is ONLY 23 min and each wash is $2.50 (i really want this over priced amount to be known for what is offered). Arrived right at 7am. one of the change/quarter machines were out of order. I put a $5 bill in the operational change machine and got my quarters because quarters are the only thing offered unless you download an app. min past and i realized i need more change. Put my dollar in and then the second quarter machine said it was out of order AFTER IT TOO MY MONEY. There was no cancel or refund button. I attempted to driver to two other stores around Clean O Rama and none of them gave change back in quarters even if you bought something.LONG STORY SHORT. If you have another Laundry mat that you can go to, GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. This place is a rip off and not worth it.

SO convenient! I just drop off my laundry and its done in 24 hours (or less!), smells good, and is folded nicely. Tammie is very nice and very prompt. Now if I can just get her to come put it away for me...

Always clean when I go in morning time. Sometime riff raff around but for the most part good laundromat. It is a laundromat so well some people just dont know how to treat public spaces.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this place,and I do my laundry there pretty often.Also,Ive came in at the last minute a few times and had no problem getting all of it done just fine.I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Love having my laundry folded and clean sacked up and ready to go in one day, matched socks is such a bonus. Great for large blankets or guests as well. Great resource in NW.

This place is clean, well maintained, and the machines are very fast, but theyre expensive! Almost $6 to do a single load of laundry. I guess its just a trade-off; if you need to get all of your laundry done quickly and the cost doesnt matter, this is a good place. If you need a reliable low-cost laundromat, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Prices were average as far as laundrymats go but the location was super sketchy. The bathroom was filthy and the only other person in the laundromat looked like a meth head and he was do drugs while doing his laundry. It was 9pm and I did not feel safe there

I really like this place vs ANY facility compared to around 82nd Avenue, or any other laundry facilities within the Portland Metropolitan area!However I DO NOT 100% agree with the fact that some homeless folks find Theyre way to this place at times, also some people lingering around coming from The Friendly House!

Very clean, Good front load m machines. Love this place to wash big bulky comforters as they have an extra large dryer so it will fluff.

Went to do my daughters laundry there yesterday, got home, took said laundry out of its container and.... There was human and dog hair all over it. We dont own a dog cause my hubby and I are allergic, also I found there were quite a few stains that werent present prior to said trip, resulting in a couple of her shirts and a few other sundry articles of clothing being ruined. Also there are not nearly enough chairs for people to sit and wait for their laundry to finish washing(?)In conclusion, this could have been avoided if the attendant(s) would clean the machines properly after they close up for the night, which judging by the amount of hair that came off my daughters clothes, hasnt been done in quite some time. So if youre thinking of throwing some business their way... I wouldnt even waste my time... unless youre into excessive fuzz on your clothes after the fact, then go right on ahead

I mean its a laundromat.... You can use your phone to pay for the washers, but not the dryers. No free WiFi either. Clean machines though. If you need to do large bedding or comforters in the NW this is the place to go.

Bummy as hell, but usually pretty clean and most of the machines work well. Just dont leave your clothes unattended for too long.

Very convenient but the owner/employees are usually not there so if there is a problem its very hard to get help.

Nasty smelling restroom, homeless congregation, the soap container is always empty and your hands smell like dog poop after having washed your hands with the soap. The restroom has terrible stench to it. Not cool.

No frills laundromat, but the machines work reliably and the clientele are friendly.

Sketchy people hang around the laundromat most of it is homeless men that really need to take a shower first before they do their laundry and have uncomfortable chairs to sit at the washers are very large and theyre fairly cheap you can do about two loads of a basket for about 375 is a fair price but for the sketchy people that hang around there I dont feel safe going there with my children the laundromat is a very clean place they keep up on the washer and dryers they will refund your money theres a slip to put a note in they will mail you a check if the machine accidentally eats your money seems to be a very well stablish nice place but its just too sketchy been there twice with my children to do a basket of clothes there was a homeless guy there was like tons of totes hes smell like a sewer and long hair and theyre really not a safe place to take children

Nice laundromat, clean, not many broken machines. Sometimes you run into a hostile homeless person.

Got caught in a rain and hail storm, their dryers here were just the trick! Plus its the first place we found in Oregon that has Diet Coke!

Dryers are no good...small loads or you will be there forever drying your stuff!
