I stumbled upon Wide Eyes on Instagram a few years ago and always knew I wanted these invitations. They are just as beautiful and unique in person as they look online. They are quite expensive, but I can’t tell you how many people have told me these are the coolest invites they’ve ever seen. I think invitations set the tone for the event and I knew this was an area I was willing to spend more in and I’m really glad I did. If you want these, reach out early as it is quite a process to complete and receive considering how personalized they are. My one constructive piece of feedback is that I was sometimes left feeling like I didn’t know the next step and I needed to reach out to find out because so much time would go by between hearing from them. You submit everything through links, not emails, so it’s hard to remember what step you are on as there is no email record to look back on. If I purchased again, I would be writing down each step so I didn’t get confused. This is a growing business and I’m sure they are busy, and it all worked out in the end. I highly recommend purchasing these invitations!

We had Wide Eyes design our save the date and our 5 panel quad-fold wedding invitations and we absolutely love them. The experience is completely customizable and allowed us to add lots of fun details so people could see who we are as a couple. I cannot wait to mail them out and see how everyone reacts. Wide Eyes Paper Co made us super unique products for our wedding day! We had custom luggage tags that will be use to direct guests to their tables. They made beautiful watercolors of 4 different locations that were special to us and even put mini versions of us in each scene. The watercolors look amazing and I cant wait for our guests to see them!

From the beginning, Wide Eyes has been responsive and apologetic if it’s taken longer than usual to respond. They’ve been super patient and accommodating with covid changing my plans and willing to work with me best they could. It’s the most beautiful stationary and I get loads of compliments. It’s a bit overwhelming but also tons of fun getting to design things just how you want. Worth the price!

By far one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with an invitation company. Ive worked with stationers for over 17 years and this is by far the most disorganized, over priced, detail less company I have interfered with in a long time. They make mistakes, they take forever to respond, they change things on you at the last minute, and their demeanor is cold and abrasive. I will never ever work with this company again. Even big box MINTED has superior customer service to this small shop. Save your time and your money.

My fiancé and I are eloping in Sequoia National Park and we wanted our save the dates and invitations to reflect the gorgeous scenery we were saying I do in. I asked my wedding photographer if she knew of anyone who did national park style invites and she sent us a few options but we fell in love with Wide Eyes Paper Company. From the start it was completely personalized and tailored to us. The creator of WEP called me personally to discuss my needs and helped me pick exactly what was best for us. All the packages are fully customizable and you can pick add-ons as needed. We filled out an easy little questionnaire to get an idea of what artwork we were looking for and the layouts that worked for us. Within a couple weeks we got back our first hand drawn sketch and were SO excited to see our vision on paper. When we got our first watercolor proof back there were a couple revisions we wanted and WEP was incredibly easy to work with and open to making the changes we wanted in order to make this exactly what we wanted. The final proof was absolutely stunning and we cannot wait to get these in our hands and out to our families. I highly recommend Wide Eyes Paper Company for your invites and save the dates. You wont be disappointed!

I worked with Wide Eyes Paper Co. to design my elopement announcements. The process was very easy, and the final results were so special and creative. Now my partner and I, and my family have a beautiful and custom watercolor to cherish forever of our elopement setting. The owner, Amanda really took the time to get to understand the details that really showcased through the final art. We ran across their company on Instagram and loved the uniqueness of their invitations. We decided to use them for our save-the-dates (with a custom watercolor map) and our quad-fold invitations (with multiple custom watercolor panels). We absolutely loved how they turned out and we received many compliments on them as well. We had a few road bumps along the way, some slow communications, and a few shipping glitches, but we had planned way in advance so it all worked out. If you are looking for a fun and different way to express your unique wedding (or other event) Wide Eyes Paper Co has you covered. They do great work! Just be sure to get started with them as far in advance as possible.

Absolutely horrible, do not buy from this company. My sister ordered what she thought would be a beautiful wedding invitation and they sent her 175 of the completely wrong invitations. They also never refunded her after their company changed the envelopes. Please do not use this company if you want a stress free event.

We found Wide Eyes Paper Co via Instagram and immediately fell in love with their save-the-dates and wedding invitations. Once we got engaged we knew wed reach out to them. We LOVED both items they created but us but especially our save-the-date. It had a custom timeline, including a photo of our pup, and it was absolutely perfect. We received so many compliments on them, especially on how they are so different than the standard save-the-dates and invitations people normally received. I will say that they seem to be a tiny shop, and sometimes communication is slow. I didnt always get a confirmation that they received my info, but we planned in advance so it wasnt a huge deal. It was all perfect and worth the cost, especially to support these artists!

We used Wide Eyes for our Wedding Invitations as well as our Day-of Stationary. While Wide Eyes does indeed have absolutely amazing & gorgeous work, they could really stand to work on some basic business practices...1. They require a 100% payment upfront for ANY orders under $5,000. (Really? Who is ordering over 5k of stationary?!) Also, I understand that production costs need to be covered, but I also feel a bit robbed paying up to $5000 up front with absolutely nothing to show for it, other than their word. (even a 90% upfront, 10% upon receipt system would be MUCH better)2. They were very communicative and even a bit pushy to get our order in well in advance of the wedding, but then after we sent them the money, it was like pulling teeth getting them to actually send us updates on our order. (if someone is paying you upfront, you better send them an email at every single point in the design/printing process)3. They used the same email thread for 95% of their communication, which made it a real pain to go back and find any info from our previous conversations. 60+ emails in one thread! (There should be a new email thread for different topics!)4. They came across as very unenthusiastic/unhelpful - youd think working with a Stationary company that does this work all the time, and that costs this much, that theyd send you some suggestions/ideas for things to include in your stationary or templates for your order, but they just literally copy/paste anything you send them (even if there are obvious typos)5. Multiple errors were made: We ordered the wood tags for our invitations and never received them and they were never even mentioned - WE had to bring up the fact that they forgot them and luckily they did actually give us a refund. There were also errors on the Day-of Information to the point where we actually couldnt even use our escort cards (which we received 2 days before the wedding!) because they used an outdated version of our guest list, which didnt include everyone. (which likely wouldnt have been an issue had they not used a single email thread for nearly all communication)Overall, our experience worked out, but it seems like we had to do the majority of the heavy lifting ourselves, even though we paid them a significant amount upfront and we were working with multiple other vendors trying to get everything else done in time for the wedding. Their work might be pretty, but Im not sure it was worth all of the stress/money/time we spent dealing with them. Service matters just as much as the product.If you dont want to take my word for it, just look at the reviews on the Knot.

I picked this place for our wedding invites because it is so unique, and so very Portlandy 😊. Im not originally from Portland but live here now and I like some Portland, things. Well so the invites got sent out and everyone loves them and Im so happy I went with this company. There was one error on our invite when they arrived, contacted them and received the new ones quickly. Thanks so much for adding personality to my invite.
