I ordered address labels for my baby shower’s thank you cards, I paid for express shipping as I needed them quickly to get them out in a timely manner. I received my fedex tracking number, I noticed that my order had sat in the same facility for almost 5 days. The 5th day should have been the day of delivery, needless to say I was upset that I paid extra for shipping and did not receive my order on the promised date. I sent Evermine an email explaining the situation and to my surprise I received a phone call about 10 minutes after sending the email. Evermine informed me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would reship my order with an Overnight delivery. I received the order the next day around 12. I really appreciate the level of customer service that I received and the sense of urgency that they treated my order with. Thank you Evermine, I will definitely be back for more!

I stumbled across Evermine and I feel so lucky that an did! I needed a small personalized tag for an event and created one using the Evermine website. But, upon finishing I thought it would be nice if I could add more to the tag...but, I couldnt figure out how to do that so, I just resigned myself that what I created was good enough. I started to place my order and in the comment section I decided to just tell Evermine what I really wanted, and expressed that it would have been great to add more to the tag. Coaster quality decent. Dont be fooled when site says they mail the same day. Must only be if overnight.( $40 12 paper coasters). They tell you when it will be delivered but already too late if you placed order based on thinking you had enough time. I have used Evermine before and have always been satisfied their products. This time I had an issue with the oval labels I had ordered . Part of the lettering I had requested had been cut through when they cut out the labels.
