I would love it if they could help me get a worker so I can get a place to live out here after being back a year now its getting to be winter time now and I cant do the winter cold all the way until next year theres no way.I would love it if I can get that done and plus get my ID and birth certificate please and thank you and God bless you all

Its a good place to hang during the day. After hours its really great I can score all the crank and fentanyl I want plus the surrounding area is prime pickings for free stuff.

This place is a homeless day center deserve lunch and whatever you can think of you asked for it they might have it and they might not and I get my mail there

They clearly dont help the homeless people that have been going through them for over 9 years or so with housing because I had to move to Golden Washington to get me some housing

Staff is great, despite the lockdown they are working hard to take care of their clients. I dropped off donations, but can see the need for support - financial and otherwise from the community.

Its better than going downtown to TPI. Less crowded and the people there ate nicer than downtown.

Great place to pick up mail and receive things needed for the weather. The bad thing is the drugs dealers living on the property.

Very open, friendly staff and provides numerous services that are very helpful and necessary for the homeless and low income people in Portland area. I greatly am very happy with the service and assistance I received at JOIN today. I was able to get help paying for the ID I need in order to apply for assistance on a medication that my insurance does not cover. I thank JOIN for helping myself and two friends who were helped along with myself today.

Theres a difference between these two definitions...Urban Dweller someone who takes care of self and lives off this land. Homeless someone who expects society to care for their needs while living on the streets. Ive delved into both worlds. JOIN is a place for these two typical types of dwellers. I am grateful they exist for a mailing address I can trust!! I recommend JOIN for all resource information. If they cannot help you, n they will give you direction you need. KUDOS JOIN!!👏👏👏👊👊

This is a good place for people to get out of the cold. They have showers, food, mail service, clothing closet, and computers for anything you need it for and you can charge your phones up which is fo helpful. A nice staff too.

JOIN is a great mon profit organization that helps the homeless to find housing or services they need to improve life. The only downfall is that join has to come and find people who are on the street or in shelters. So you cant just walk in or call to get help. They have to come FIND you as homeless.

Join is a very cool place which is currently aiding the surrounding community.There is coffee,showers and hygiene suplies available for those who are in need or going through a rough patch in life.The staff are friendly and attentive and its great to help out a friend and enjoy some snacks and conversation.Also there are medical refferals and other services available.Give a call too help a good cause which is making a real difference.

Join is an amazing non profit organization. There is so much that want to help he homeless with. Emily is by far the best social worker there. She truly cares about the people she helps. She goes above and behind for her clients. If u need help go to join they will help u brain storm ideas.

This is a great place for all of us homeless people to come in and take showers get something to eat get clean socks to brush anything for hygiene and sometimes clothing people here are great are I appreciate yall

I walked in about 1.5 months ago and the young gal at the desk was hopping on one foot and talking on her cell phone. All she said to me was,We have no services. I was a taken back by her answer. The is a volunteer Liz that recommended through a friend of mine to go and speak to someone. Well that never happened. Since I came into JOIN and received a very unwelcomed. Since then I have left 3 voice messages to the Director of JOIN, Shannon Singleton. It is disturbing that they can not return a simple phone call. When I was speaking to someone else and they mentioned that JOIN does not have it together and they rarely follow through.

They really have a heart. Great services to the homeless and low income familys. They also have a lot of different amenities to chose from. Like hair cuts clothes closet. A personal Advisor comes in from dhs to bring help to those who are in need of insurance from the state o.h.p and help you with the details. Theres also counselors available for your needs.

Very nice friendly worker. Plus always has an awesome Thanksgiving dinner.

They wouldnt help me with housing because i live in my van and not in a homeless camp. They dont have housing workers at join itself they send workers to the homeless camps and help from there. If your clean and drug free and actually walk in trying to get help dont expect anything from them. Seems Portland only helps the homeless that are on drugs and leave needles everywhere not the homeless that are clean drug free people that actually want the help. To make matters worse Im disabled and have found zero effort in Portland for housing help for disabled people. Unless you do drugs and dont even try to better yourself you wont find help in Portland. Severely disappointed .

Im new to Oregon first time on my own really in an unfamiliar place on the run from abuse and alone. This place has taken a timid badly bruised homeless individual and has played a key role in helping me turn in to a thriving WOMAN of substance! HOUSED IN MY DREAM HOME! Helping me realize thats its okay to speak up for myself if i feel Im being treated unfairly no matter who the issue is with! THANK YOU MR. MIKE OMALLEY and Staff!

It has change in many ways Ive been dealing with them from the beginning when there office was in the school at St.Francis the out reach workers seem to care about the homeless even Thu there werent as many as there is now. It seems to me that theres no caring if they care to help you or maybe there There just for the check its different then what it was.

The staff there are really nice and polite and some times they will give you something to eat while your waiting for your mail to be brought to you or if you need to talk to some one there or if you have to see your payee for any questions.

Homeless are camped all around the place and upsetting to me, just trying to get help for special needs daughter and I. There should be security outside to help keep people safe. Thank God, I have God with me!

Staff doesnt approach new coming people, one of the computers wasnt working, people didnt wash hands before food. It seemed all over the place and needs some repairs and updates and some organization.
