Great service.... Friendly and professional. I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and Im very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.

Good hauling service

Not a very good experience with this company. Ordered a small gas powered engine for a customer. Instead I received a large pressure washer destined for someone in a neighboring city. Turns out they switched tracking numbers on the two pallets which is why the mix up occurred. After a quick phone call they realized the issue and picked up the wrong delivery the next day. I was told my engine was to be delivered on the following Monday. After waiting till Wednesday I called them and was informed they had my order at the local terminal but that it would be delivered Thursday. Thursday comes and goes, no delivery. Called them Friday and was told they needed to speak with me before they could deliver. Talked to Chin, very nice guy and very apologetic. Said he could not get my delivery out to me that afternoon as his drivers had gone home for the day. Scheduled it for the following Monday between 9am and noon. Its now 2PM, no package and no explanation. This has to be the worst Freight company I have ever done business with in my 14 years .

Thank you UPS. I found out on Friday that I got the job . Im so happy I start on Monday at 6 in the morning. Thank You again.

Its 4:30 and they close at 5 but they told me that they cant take my packages because theyre closed.
