No consideration for anyones safety on the road. Speeding, cutting in and out of traffic and passing in the emergency lane.

The technician comes out and just solves the one issue. He doesnt check for any other issues and definitely doesnt give recommendations. We had our elevator door off the track and missing a guide pin on the bottom and all he did was put the track back on and off he went.

They came out to my building with in 2 hours and fixed my elevator.

It’s odd to write about an elevevator company in a capacity that has nothing to do with elevators but one of their drivers nearly ran us off the road on the way from Bend,OR to Salem,OR on Hwy. 22. They were driving crazy and nearly rear ended us multiple times and then was so close to hitting someone he had to veer off the side of the road and spun out on gravel and did donuts! Crazy! What a terrible and careless way to represent your company and hopefully it doesn’t reflect how they do business cuz those are some seriously unsafe elevators if so!
