My wife broke her chair last night so big emergency to get it fixed. The people at the desk told me the tech was booked for the whole day. Well not their fault however the tech said he would have a look so he dropped what he was doing came in he fixed it. He even ordered the new Parts that woukd be needed to complete the job. He made sure it was safe to use which saved my life as I did not know what i^going to do. This place even charged way less then they could have. They are great And we will be using them from now on. Anybody that is unsure give them a call and a try you will not be sorry.

I have called All in One Mobility twice and every time they amaze me with their commitment to their customers. My mother uses a lift chair and they have provided excellent customer service and support. They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their clients. I highly recommend this company.

I came here with my mom to get her a wheel chair and the women here were FANTASTIC to work with. They were kind, easy going, listened to her needs, and helped us with a pretty tricky situation. Met with Richard today to discuss options for shower fixtures and grab bars in a barrier free shower I am remodeling for my wife. He spent a great deal of time with me researching and showing me options on line for products not on display in the store. He had great ideas and a lot of patience. Never felt hurried. I had been looking all over for this kind of help. Found it here. Could not be more pleased. I am likely to need more products like those offered here. I will definitely be back.

I bought a Pride Gogo scooter here and a Golden recliner/lift chair here. Their selection of Golden recliner lift chairs is the best selection of lift chairs in the area. Thats important because a person should sit in a recliner chair and try it out before they buy. I got the heat and massage options for an extra $300 and love it. Best $300 I ever spent. My knees and back/spine health and comfort have improved a lot because of this chair. I get up more often and walk more often now. The heat and massage are wonderful for improved comfort and spinal health. I stand much straiter now.The Pride scooter I bought was good, but had a rough ride (solid tires and no suspension). I now have a Golden Buzzaround XLS-HD 3 wheel scooter with suspension and air filled rear tires that rides very nice and comfortable, has good range, turns on a dime, and fits in car trunk. I prefer Golden scooters. All-In-One Mobility sells both Pride and Golden brand scooters.The prices are reasonable. Service is excellent.

Bought two four wheel scooters from them. Sales woman was pleasant and knowable Pleasure to do business with! By the time we were finished with ourPurchase it was nearly the closing time of this business, yet we never felt rushed to be on our way even though it was Sunday evening!Im sure we will do business again with this business when the need arises.Even though our initial experience with this company seemed to be favorable I need to update my review. After using our new scooters for a fewMonths we noticed that the screws holding the rear cover were not holding as they should. Upon inspection I learned the screws were placed into plastic which was breaking where the screw entered the rear cover. There was no way to tighten the screws since doing so would just break the cheap plastic further. By this time the rear cover was so loose it flopped around when in use. I was worried that the entire rear cover would break free so I called the seller and they asked us to bring the scooters back to them so they could see what was happening. We took the time to take them over to them 60 mile round trip. They agreed it was a poor design but would not fix it for us saying the manufacturer would not stand behind their product so nothing could be done. Not happy after spending over 2K with this company! Had no choice but to keep using the scooter since could not afford to replace even asked All in On Mobility if they would sell me a replacement at a discount and they would not!! Used the scooter until the rear shroud fell off and bought a better scooter from another company so avoid All in One Mobility since once they have your money they no longer will care for you!!

This place is incredible. Everyone from the techs to the front desk were great. Diagnosed my problem ordered the part and fixed my problem while I waited after the part arrived.

I love the Brand New Series 7 and Compass so much they are safe and they run smooth like a Gen2 like my good friend Julien (Floridian Elevators) and JimLiElevators. My dogs name is Otis as well! Because of you. My parents calls him Otis McGoatis and I call him Otis McGlobis because of the Otis Globe and Vintage Otis Autotronic, Lexan Pre-Lexan and black buttons Like at the Union Station and the Masonic Building.

They charged us to look at a scooter only to tell us it was to old to work on. Took it someplace else they said no problem will look at it for free.

NO ONE SHOULD BE CHARGED JUST TO LOOK AT EQUIPMENT AND I HOPE THATS NOT TRUE?!!
