Very happy to hire this affordable cleaning service for move out cleaning - my family lived in the house for 5 years and we never did deep cleaning, but this company helped us get our security deposit back in full. The responsiveness was slow, but it all worked out.

We needed a deep and disinfecting clean at our office on a Sunday. It was short notice. PDX cleaning was responsive indeed a Sunday and had it done same day. We are so grateful!

Had them clean a property today and they did a wonderful job! We have a bathroom we regularly maintain but having them deep clean it has made a huge difference. They were in and out very fast, and even kind enough to organize the things left laying around. Pauline, the owner was so kind and didn’t mind cleaning while the house was still occupied. My tenant hired this co and paid $400 (plus an $80 tip) to have an 800sq ft house cleaned. The owner refused to speak with me even after my tenant asked them to make contact. Having cleaned homes, I understand it’s a challenging job, especially if pets are involved. Nonetheless, the job was absolutely incomplete, unsatisfactory and unprofessional. There were drawers that were never cleaned, the couch cushions were not lifted up and vacuumed under, shelves were not dusted, cobwebs on the ceiling, huge dust bunnies behind the bed and moveable furniture. What was really shocking is that the oven was sprayed with chemicals, but was not wiped down and the bottom shelf was filled with greasy trays. PDX Cleaning returned $75, but this was not nearly enough to cover all the extra cleaning needed. It’s disheartening that more effort was not made to remedy the situation or even discuss the problem.

They were able to change the time of the move out cleaning with less than 24 hours notice when my move went poorly and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning the house.

I called this team before moving out of my last place. The prices seemed a little high, but hey, my roommate moved out without being able to help clean and said they would split cost. Amazing work. Received my entire deposit back, and I know that’s fairly rare here in Portland. 10/10 would hire again. Oh they also booked and were willing to clean in under a days notice.

This company is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. The first two cleans where ok, they sent someone back to finish. But it was all down hill after that. If they actually showed up they barely did anything. Mostly the never even showed up though. Trying to contact owner when i finally get threw she hangs up. At this point this company owes us money and refuses to pay.

Here it is 3 years later and I can tell you that PDX Cleaning still has what it takes to please the customer. First rate. Pauline is the person who taught me the definition and procedures of carpet cleaning. Seems that it takes more than one cleaning swath to really pull up the nap and clean the Jute backing.Good words. Now it is Fall and time for another series of carpet cleaning!

This company takes advantage of recovering addicts for its labor force. It Finds recovering addicts in the guise of helping them and then convinces them to become a private contractor. Then pays them hourly even though they should be getting payed by the job as contractors usually do. on top of that they dont get payed for travel between jobs during the day and sense the owner schedules their day as well if its missing a time block they are left just sitting around for hours not getting paid until the next job. She runs it as if they where employees without them actually being so. When these addicts inevitably fail she will go threw a temp agency. So be sure that when you hire pdx cleaning your not actually hiring them to clean they are just a middleman to sub par services. If you do go threw them make sure you check insurance for everyone sense they are all technically contractors they need their own insurance pdx cleaning does not cover them at all!!

Taking advantage of recovering addicts from a half-way home and paying them as private contractors that are uninsured. So if anything is damaged/stolen, you’re left with a huge headache. Very unprofessional and risky to have in your home/business.

I never write these reviews, but this company is terrible. Most weeks we have had to complain since they started. They also put you on a 6month contract without a signature and hold a $100 early cancelation fee over your head if you try to cancel before 6 months are up.

Horrible service. Took me calling them 3 times to get business from them. They showed up nearly an hour late for our appointment. Charged me 150 dollars for a one bedroom small apartment.. didn’t take out the trash, barley dusted... house litteraly looked like it did when I left it. They were only there for an our at most, and there were at least 5 of them.Biggest rip off ever. Go to Molly maid.
