I had three bedroom carpets done, plus a huge office, two hallways and three area rugs. All came out clean and fresh. I had a couple of stains which they made disappear. The amazing thing was I have white carpet in one bedroom. It hasn’t looked white for years. Brittany, Crystal and Nikki made it white again. I was so amazed! My 14 year old light beige hallway carpet gets heavy traffic as it connects the front door to the kitchen, living room, and upstairs level plus we have 2 long haired cats and a yellow lab mix that sheds so much she should be bald. The carpet looked more brown than beige, there were stains that I thought were permanent and the nap was flattened. Jeff and his crew worked really hard and made that carpet look like new.again. I was amazed!. Jeff only uses organic products because he is concerned for the well being of both people and pets. He and his employees were professional but very personable. I used one of the big national companies last year. They couldnt get the stains out and the carpet didnt look half as good as it does now. AMAZING!!! I was told I needed new carpets, but I heard so many great things about Bone Dry, I thought I should give them a try first. These guys are the best! My rugs looked amazing!!! They looked almost new after then were cleaned. (I had stepped on a tube of red acrylic paint years prior, and it covered my floor. Somehow they even managed to remove 99% of that!) I am absolutely amazed at how beautiful my carpets look! Its almost the same feeling I had when the carpets were new! Jeff and Jason cleaned the wall to wall carpeting and several area rugs. I did not have high expectations. Weve had the carpets cleaned in the past by various companies and each time, they looked better, but soon after, the same stains and worn out look returned. We have some problem areas due to pets and active teens. We almost threw out one of the area rugs because it looked so bad. Ive used their services twice now both were pretty severe cases I was honestly worried that I would just waste my money and have my carpets still look the same. However time and time again they arrived promptly and finished the job quickly. And they didnt miss a spot. While they were working I overheared Jeff the owner say something that made me feel secure in their hands, always do more never less. Jeff and Ashlynn were awesome! They were extremely helpful and were so kind to help me out when my vacuum broke.... Did a great job on my carpets. (This was the first time I had them cleaned, and they need it badly!) Friendly and comprehensive service. Since I dont know how long it takes for carpets to dry done by other cleaning services, I cant compare. It didnt take long, but it wasnt zero drying time either. It took a day for most of them to be dry (overnight). Just helping you have realistic expectations, not complaining.

I just had Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning come to my house today and do my couch and tile and grout. I am amazed at the results!!!. The staff was friendly and polite. They wore booties and used mats at the entrance way. I have some hardwood floors at my entrance and they even cleaned those on their way out where they were walking. The couch came out great and looks like new and I didnt even know how dirty my grout was until they cleaned it. I was completely impressed by this company and would highly recommend.

I had a rug on my hands for which I didnt know the real value. Jeff told me exactly what it was and a rough estimate of what it was worth.
