High end attitude to match (likely high end) prices. They probably do a great job. Based on my discussion with them, you will likely pay a lot for it. If you are looking for high end, top tier service and price, check them out. Otherwise, look elsewhere.We did not hire Mosaik, but had an initial call with them regarding our master bathroom remodel. After 5-10 minutes I mentioned our budget, to which the woman replied for a master bathroom? in a condescending/surprised tone. It was as if we were not even close to what they would charge. By the way our budget is ~$35k, which is very reasonable for a master bathroom remodel (we have other general contractor estimates starting around the upper $20k range.). After that, I choose to end the discussion and move on. Based on their photo gallery they look to do a beautiful job. 4/5 stars because they at least called me back, which not everyone is doing now due to the high demand for contractors.

Scott and Erin were just wonderful. Our project was completed during COVID and they did an amazing job of making sure everything was done safely. The initial design process was great - we made so many changes along the way and Erin was so helpful and incredibly patient as we kept changing our minds, reducing costs, etc. The actual demolition and construction went very well, with only slight delays, and we couldnt be happier with our GORGEOUS new bathroom, remodeled guest bath, refinished entry, stairwell, hallway and master floors, and brand new master closet. I also want to applaud Erin and Scotts great communication! I cant recommend Mosaik highly enough.

Erin, Scott, and the Mosaik team were wonderful to work with. They turned our dreary galley kitchen into a functional yet beautiful space, on time, during the COVID pandemic. Erin’s layout changes added much needed counter space and a pantry! We didn’t think a pantry was possible. And tweaks like new high windows and wider/taller openings helped our home feel airy and flow so much better. Scott was the ultimate professional. He gave practical advice on how to live through a kitchen renovation and addressed any concerns promptly. We picked Mosaik because we loved the special details we saw in their portfolio and wanted that for our home, and they absolutely delivered.

I spoke with Erin briefly on the phone to discuss remodeling my bathroom. She was incredibly short and condescending, implying that my project was not worth her time and that it would be better if I just did the work myself.

We chose Mosaik Design for our bathroom remodel; actually it was to remodel two small bathrooms. We chose to have the bathrooms remodeled one after another rather than done simultaneously, in that the first option allowed us to stay in our house during the remodels.Since we had worked with Mosaik Design on two previous remodels, we had confidence and trust in them. Erin, from the design side, was able to meet our needs with unique functional designs providing us with extra storage space by way of custom recessed medicine cabinets which was our number one priority. Scott, from the project management side, developed a schedule, which he managed to hold to despite several changes we requested. He checked with his subcontractors daily or by phone. The subcontractors have worked with Mosaik Design for a long period of time and provided very high quality workmanship. The subcontractors left the work space clean each night. Scott would check their work down to the smallest detail.Erin and Scott are very easy to work with and communicated with us on a daily basis about what to expect each day, which was reassuring to us. The finished bathrooms greatly exceeded our expectations, they are truly functional and beautiful.Yes, we have more projects lined up with Mosaik Design.

Scott and crew at Mosaik Design did an outstanding job on our 60-year-old kitchen! The kitchen went from a warn out cramped 50s room to a modern kitchen with plenty of space, beautiful lighting, and great cupboards and shelves - its so spacious we can both work in it together. We had great help picking out appliances, colors, counter material, etc. The remodel was on budget and on time. Scotts crew helped make life bearable during the construction process! We had Scott and Erin do a complete remodeling of the living area (kitchen, master bathroom, etc.) of 60s era house. Erin brought in some excellent ideas to make every area much more useable than we could ever thought of ourselves, while staying with the mid-century modern style that we desired. Scott was ultra-attentive to the construction details, and only the best quality materials and truly professional subs were used. Everything was built with safety and durability in mind. There are faster and cheaper options out there, but we are happy that we chose Erin and Scott for their quality work.

We had our entire daylight basement remodeled by Mosaik Design. Scott, the general contractor, and Erin, the design specialist, were very respectful and professional throughout the 3 month process. They stayed within our budget, designed an incredible new floor plan, media area, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. The subcontractors were all on time and did excellent work. We were kept informed every day of the progress made and were involved in decisions along the way. We never felt pressured to extend above the budget. Scott does not take shortcuts, the quality is meticulous.
