I can’t speak more highly of Scott and Chris for our siding project. We have a relatively small house but Scott came prepared to do a thorough walk through to discuss what we were looking for and had a comprehensive presentation of the quality products he uses.His quote was very reasonable compared to other companies that gave astronomical quotes for our simple project but yet the work they did was outstanding. We even had a quote that was less expensive but Scott’s knowledge about the product gave us assurance the job would be done right and we’re so happy we went with him. They were efficient in getting the job done and did it right.We had another contractor doing an interior remodel job and as Scott and Chris finished up the siding, our interior contractor told us what a good job had been done for our siding with an attention for detail. And he asked for Scott’s contact info for his future jobs. To me that says a lot when another contractor recognizes quality work and asked for Scott’s info.Overall, Scott and Chris were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and we’re very happy with the final product.

After two false starts with previous remodeling contractors on my kitchen remodel, I’d inadvertently found Lifetime Remodeling Systems.My experience has been very positive with the remodeling team being cohesive, professional, responsive and friendly. We have used Lifetime Remodeling for two major house projects so far, and we highly recommend them. Most recently, we had them replace our roof. We gathered multiple bids first. They showed up every morning at 8am sharp. They worked extremely diligently, completely tearing off our old roof and putting on the new one in just 2 days! They covered all our windows and plants to protect them before they began, and they cleaned up all the debris before they left. Our new roof looks fantastic.Lifetime Remodeling also did our siding project a few years ago (and we still get compliments on it all the time). While they were here working on our roof, they took care of a warranty issue on our siding as well for no charge. Parts, labor, everything was taken care of just like Scott promised us years ago if we ever had an issue. I have used Lifetime Remodeling Systems on 4 occasions over the past 20 years including whole house window replacement, partial house siding replacement and a renovation. Lifetimes work is consistently of high quality.But there are other reasons to recommend Lifetime. First, Gino Streano can actually COMMUNICATE! And is RESPONSIVE! Anyone who has been involved in a residential construction project should be laughing at this point. I will say no more.Gino also has the ability to see a project from the customers point of view rather than the contractors. With any construction project there are always inevitable problems that appear, especially in an existing house. It is nice to have the contractor looking at it from your point of view rather than his when such issues occur.Finally, I have also had occasion, years later, to call Gino with a problem on work that his company had done. His workers were back on site correcting the situation without me having to spend hours on the telephone arguing and cajoling. The lifetime guarantee is real.These are unique and rarely found qualities in an individual and a company.

We dont have a giant house, but we had LRS do a project that for us was a big deal - we replaced our soon-to-fail roof and hideous faded green dented aluminum siding with a nice GAF roofing system and James Hardie fiber cement boards. From the beginning LRS was amazing. Gino came out and explained everything they would do in great detail. Gave a detailed estimate so I was absolutely clear on what work would be done, and with what materials. Then Jaimes crew came out and got to work. Not really relevant to the project, but still awesome - Jaime is such a funny guy, he had me in stitches whenever we spoke. What is definitely relevant though is that his crew was the nicest, most professional group of contractors I have ever come across. A small example - at one point, they were working on the side of the house that is extremely close to my neighbors. Our houses on that side are practically touching. The neighbors have a toddler, and at one point, came out and asked the crew if they would mind working on the other side of the house for an hour or so, just so the baby could get some sleep. And it was no problem, the crew accommodated the request. I only heard about it after the fact - but was really touched. It was just really considerate of them. Everything was also all cleaned up and put away every day too. Its never easy living in a construction zone, and my husband and I were working from home during the project, and LRS really did make it as easy and stress free as possible. And we couldnt be happier with the end result. The new roof and siding look fantastic. Its like we have a whole new house! Our project was not cheap, but our goal was to have it done once and have it done right. And that is exactly what we got. We probably could have hired another company for slightly less, but the risk (and potential cost) of having to fix things later if the work wasnt up to par wasnt worth it. Theres a reason this company gets such good reviews. They are legit and do a great job. I highly recommend them! [P.S. In the photos, please Ignore the redactions - thats just the house number and political yard signs Ive covered up. Also, the porthole window doesnt look great in the after picture, but thats not any fault of LRS. That window had been covered by the aluminum siding and were still waiting for the custom replacement window to be installed by a different contractor.]

My home was re-sided with hardie plank and then painted. The result was stunning transformation!! It exceeded my expectations completely. The finish is clean, modern. We planned for an exterior remodel for years before finally pulling the trigger. It was a huge project for us and we are extremely happy with the end result (see before & after pics). We looked at several bids when looking for a company to replaced our roof, fascia boards and siding. LRS was the best. They arent the lowest cost, but I DO NOT ever recommend using the lowest cost as youll get subpar work. From the beginning, we worked with Gino and hes amazing - hes personable, professional and really knows his stuff. LRS employs their own staff and it shows - they were diligent, worked hard and very professional. The on-site project manager was great to work with, answered all of my questions, took my feedback and implemented it where necessary and was otherwise extremely helpful. The final work is amazing and our house looks AMAZING. We also have a very great warranty with him for both Hardy and GAF. We highly recommend LRS and will use them again should we need any additional work. You cannot go wrong with them. If you need a new roof, new siding, new paint (these are the tasks they performed for us), then USE THEM. You will NOT be disappointed.

I had the siding on the front of my home replaced. Pricing was right in line with 2 other companies but their warranty can’t be beat. The workers were responsive, respectful, hard working. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

In May 2020 Lifetime replaced our LP siding with Hardiplank, repainted our house, fixed some rot and redid our elevated deck top because of Hardiplank weather flashing changes. Scott gave bid and supervised work. Chris was the carpenter for the project. I can not praise the work enough. They were always communicative, honest, hard working, cleaned up everyday, respectful of our property and the work now 5 months done was excellent. I do not have 1 single complaint. The pricing was competitive out of 4 bids. Job was creative with a little flair here and there. I would always recommend them.

Lifetime did an extensive remodel on our house 13 years ago. Recently I noticed a leak and since they guarantee their work for life I called them up. Scott came out the next day to take a look. We had our roof done after they remodeled and he said that he thought it was from a mistake the roofers made, but he came back with Jose a couple of days later and carefully examined the area where the leak was. They didnt find anything but Jose came back a couple of days after that with another guy and they pulled it apart, including the adjacent roof-line which is where the leak was coming from because the roofers didnt seal it correctly. They patched everything up, including fixing the roof-line correctly, painted and cleaned up afterwards. Youd never know they were here except the leak is gone. I agreed before they started that if it was something that the roofers had caused I would pay for it, but when all was said and done Scott called me and said that theyd do as part of a warranty fix so no charge! I have nothing but good things to say about Lifetime, their people as super nice and professional, they do top-notch work and are a pleasure to work with.

TL;DR Choose Lifetime Remodeling Systems for your siding and/or window replacement.Project: We had a complete tear off of existing siding (rotting masonite) from home and detached garage, replacing with Hardie board, replacing 1980s aluminum frame windows with new vinyl windows and paint. We asked for estimates from many different companies, met half of them and received 4 actual quotes. After much discussion with all the info we had, we chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems.Ralph, the co owner, gave us the initial presentation and he also gave us the basics and history of the company too (Gino took over later). Gino went over the materials and on how everything would be done, etc. He gave us his estimate quote and there wasn’t any pressure to accept on the spot which we appreciated. Pushy companies made us uncomfortable. The quote wasn’t the least expensive nor was it the most expensive, but it’s still pricey work.The one thing that Gino emphasized was that they have crews that have been with them for a long time. I was skeptical, but this turned out to be the absolute truth.We were also given a complimentary service for color consultation that helped us decide what paint to go with on the house. That worked out well and we appreciated it very much.The dumpster was delivered on the 5th of Sept. and later the “honey bucket” for the convenience of their workers, Juan and Jose who arrived on the 6th of Sept., and they kept delivering great work ethic and kept at it till the final touches on the 25th of Sept. They are incredible workers. Jaime was the lead and his vast experience was very important to us. We relied on him heavily and trusted his judgement. We gratefully followed his advice. They are men of high integrity and they are very skilled in their work. I found them to be highly trustworthy.They started work as soon as they could and were always on time and when they thought that they could use a Saturday to finish their project, they did just that. They always cleaned up at the end of the day.The window replacement was the most invasive part of this. But this was completed in 2 days and they made sure that dust was completely contained to the exterior (the new Milgard Tuscany windows are deeper than the old aluminum ones and the finished sill needed to be cut back all the way around). Other then moving furniture around, there was no impact to us.They know that water is the enemy and they did all the right things to make sure that water does not penetrate the exterior. They have been in business for a long time and they warranty their work for as long as we own the house.So in a nutshell we are happy with the companys performance and their medium range cost. They delivered and our house has a beautiful new exterior.

Lifetime Remodeling Systems did a near-perfect job replacing our old siding with new Hardieboard siding, repairing water damage to our home and also replacing all our old windows on the first floor with new windows. We were delighted with the results: everyone we worked with from Lifetime was great and the work was done expertly at a reasonable price. My project involved replacing some existing cedar siding on the Southern side of my home (about 3/4 of entire South side of ranch style home). I selected Lifetime Remodeling Systems (LRS) because I liked their lifetime warranty, the fact that they do not sub-contract anything, and the fact that they deliver high quality work. From the initial (bid) contact through end of the project, communications were excellent. Initially I worked with Scott to get a bid and then to schedule the work. Since my job was smaller in scale than others on their plate, they had a single worker (Jesus) do my job, from start to finish (including painting). I was amazed that Jesus could manage it all by himself, and that the quality/craftsmanship looked just as good as if a larger crew had tackled it.Scheduling was delayed for a while in the beginning, but that was due to a combination of Covid-19 (a wrench in virtually everything) and the thick blanket of wildfire smoke that settled into the area. Just some bad circumstances that were out of their control. During the job, they found some issues with the original (1985) construction, where siding was not installed level, so they had to employ some tricks to make everything line up visually, which they did really well. They also included some finishing details that were not there originally, which made everything appear nicer in the end. After the work was finished, they raked the area and left it nicer than when they first arrived. In the end, I would highly recommend LRS to anyone needing siding work. I created a contact entry for LRS, and will definitely contact them again if I need additional work in the future.

We had cedar siding dry-rot that had invaded the panels below and even the frame, plus part of the cedar deck. Lifetime came in as the lowest cost bid and were able to squeeze this project in before the holidays as well. Manager Scott and team lead Chris did a great job analyzing the problem and finding cost-effective ways to fix everything. Very happy with the quality and thoroughness of the work.

Lifetime Remodeling Systems saved our house. The house had become really run down and looked incredibly shabby. We were overwhelmed by the prospect of trying to organize bringing it back from the brink. The house needed its old lead-painted aluminum siding torn off as well as the 1920s original wooden siding removed, the walls needed insulating and the windows were close to disintegrating and needed restoration before they could be painted. We had a great experience from beginning to end with Lifetime Remodeling Systems. We needed to have our 70’s ranch home re-sided, and met with Scott to discuss our options. He gave us some great ideas—not only about siding, but easy design options to modernize our home.I also can’t say enough good things about the crew. And their work was quick and efficient, and I always got the feeling they were doing it right; not rushing off to the next job. Work site was left clean and neat every day and they were great at communicating next steps and timing. Scott was always available; when I called I dont think his phone ever rang more than twice before he picked up.....instead of playing voicemail tag. Lifetime Remodeling Systems did an exceptional job on two house projects.One involved replacing siding and matching to some existing masonry problems. This turned out much better than I thought possible considering the non standard situation.The other was a roof replacement that was discovered during the siding project. The roof really needed to be replaced and I elected to go ahead with this also. Both projects were done quickly and professionally with minimal impact during construction.The part I am most happy with is the quality of the product and the craftmanship. Overall everything was top notch.

LRS performed siding work for 8 years ago. Some exposure to some minor flashing and we reached out to them. They were prompt in responding, sending the team to check and fix it and then reviewed the entire exterior to see if there were further issues. They found some more flashing errors and immediately fixed those and replaced some siding planks.The entire process from start to finish was exceptionally handled. Highly recommended for quality and customer service!

Lifetime re-trimmed and re-sided our house in October of 2018. We couldn’t be happier with the experience of working with them, or with the final result. We had our siding replaced over the summer by Lifetime Remodeling, in part to address a leak in our home. The siding job went well and we are pleased, but the leak returned with the recent heavy rains. Lifetime Remodeling sent someone out the next day to inspect their work as well as the roof and windows, which they hadnt worked on, and found and fixed the likely source of the leak. We had Lifetime Remodeling Systems install 15 new Milgard windows in our old 1929 house a few weeks back. The installation experience was great, with higher-than-usual numbers of people turning up to bang it out quickly. They were very good about containing any possible lead paint debris, tarping off surfaces inside and outside the house and cleaning up all dust afterwards. Jaime from Lifetime Remodeling Systems came to repair my siding. The water from a drain pipe was flowing backward and caused the wood around the siding to rot. Jaime patiently explained to me what was wrong and how best to fix it. After he gathered the materials needed, he proceeded to make the repair. He took pictures for the before and after and he invited me to inspect the job when it was finished. The new drain pipe extension with a 90 degree angle, new wood, new siding, and the new paint looked absolutely beautiful. I totally recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems for all your siding needs.

Lifetime Remodeling Systems is the best contractor with whom weve done business. We had to have 17 year old HardiPlank siding replaced as it was originally installed incorrectly, leading to cracks at the butted ends. I contacted Scott Herndon, General Manager, who showed up at the agreed upon time. He inspected our home and his detailed bid was emailed to us the next evening. The siding was replaced, the house painted, and additional details we requested such as installing new light fixtures, shutters, and painting of existing large flower boxes were all done as requested and within the agreed upon contract. No surprises! There were always two men at our house, Chris and Juan, who worked tirelessly and were extremely amiable who ALWAYS appeared at 8:00 a.m. on the dates they were scheduled. They cleaned up every day and were a pleasure to have around our home. We highly recommend LRS without reservation.

I cannot rave enough about Lifetime remodeling systems! I did your typical homeowner practice of obtaining three bids, and they were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. Based on time and availability, I Initially chose to work with a different contractor. Unfortunately my insurance company began running me through the ringer, and I lost out on that opportunity.Scott Herndon remained in good contact with me, and assured me that he could help my family repair our home. Having worked with insurance claims before, His confidence that Lifetime remodeling was the right choice, led me to contract them for our work. I couldn’t have asked for a better scenario.Finally my insurance company approved everything, and we contracted our job. The timing was serendipitous, and He was able to start right away! I know this is not normal in this industry, so we were definitely lucky. With the wet winter months in Oregon rapidly approaching, time was of the absolute essence. And boy did he step up!Unfortunately again, at the last moment, my insurance company stalled me out. Scott was able to help me obtain a loan through his company to protect our home. LRS replaced our old cedar siding with Hardie planks. We had several bids but went with LRS as their proposal was reasonable and made much more sense. We have not been disappointed. The crew did an excellent job throughout this 8 week project (it was like working on 3 houses per lead crew Chris). They worked diligently daily, were very well organized and knowledgeable. Our project manager Scott was great to work with; he clearly is experienced and gave us sound advice and was very helpful all around, always available and supportive when we had questions. We are very happy with how our house turned out; this company is excellent all around and we would recommend LRS without hesitation!

We could not be happier with the transformation of our 1940 bungalow. Lifetime Remodeling removed two layers of siding, taking it down to the sheathing and installed Hardi lap siding along with blown in insulation. Our project manager, Ryan and Chris, our foreman were great to work with. They kept the property spic and span throughout the project. We ran into some unknowns (as will happen with older homes), and they addressed them efficiently with no delays in the project. We will benefit for years from the quality of this teams workmanship. We highly recommend LRS.

I choose Lifetime remodeling because they were an Elite preferred Hardie installer and one of their Badges was for Design Excellence. During the time of consultation Aug 5,2019 Scott Herndon ( General manager)took calls from his wife 4 times. I felt he was not listening to me that he allowed these numerous interruptions because I was a single female and he could treat me this way. The calls were not an emergency.Scott promised me estimate in a few days, 8 days later I emailed the company requesting the Estimate. The company president replied that as for my project, we are not comfortable taking on as you have some very specific design & installation details.Which Of these designs is beyond there skill , board and batt, thicker trim around garage opening stone veneer, lap siding and the option of window awnings over southern windows?The Design Excellence Badge should be removed, they should treat customers with respect and handle personal business on their time , they should be held to their word and deliver estimates and Scott should have had the courtesy& integrity of replying directly to me & in a timely manner instead of my having to contact the company and have his boss do it.

LRS did a wonderful job on my siding repair and roof patch. I was impressed with Scott’s quick response and ability to run over to check it out. They agreeded to do the repairs not knowing exactly what the issue was but in the end found it and repaired it. My leak was on my roof and repair on the 3rd floor, not to mention not much room between homes to make the repairs but they navigated all that and got it done!Jaime( installer) and his team were great. All of them are Hard working, on time, clean and respectful. Couldn’t ask for a better group to work on your house. Here I am a week after my leak and it’s like nothing happened and I owe it to Jaime and LRS. It’s nice to find a company that keeps their word and I would recommend them to anyone.

We chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems because of the professionalism and thorough knowledge of their products and installation. We needed to replace failing cedar siding on the south side of the house and due to the location and vulnerability to harsh weather conditions decided to reside the entire house in Hardi Plank. From the beginning, Gino Streano demonstrated that quality installation would increase the longevity of the siding.His crews are all in house. No subs to contend with. They were respectful, incredibly professional and efficient in their use of time and materials. His job forman found an area of our deck that was not supported well and resolved the issue on a time and materials basis that was reasonable with the estimate.If there was a problem, Gino addressed it immediately. We had a problem with our air conditioner after the guys left and a worker was there to resolve it almost before I had hung up the phone with Gino. It was resolved quickly and completely.They finished on time if not a few days early of the original estimate and all trims, light fixtures and plugs were replaced completely in good working order. All windows, doors, outlets and fixtures were flashed completely.Their bid was fair and fell in the range of bids we had gotten from other contractors. Their professionalism and ease to work with was the deciding factor and they did not disappoint. Within limits, “you get what you pay for” and their estimate and the final bill were reasonable with the quality workmanship they gave us. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them highly.

Our 1907 bungalow had battered, weird asphalt shingle siding when we bought it, and eventually we hired LRS to replace it with hardie-plank. They also installed blow-in insulation in the walls and rebuilt part of the porch that was sagging.LRS was flexible and considerate, and made it easy to stay in touch while the project was underway. Alberto, the crew leader, was especially helpful in pointing out different options, and could give good advice about decisions Id never thought about but hed seen many times before-- while never making me feel judged for what we decided. The whole crew was great about cleaning up every day and not trampling the plants. Would love to work with them again.

I recently changed the siding on my 1953 ranch and selected Lifetime Remodeling Systems as my contractor. I was out of town when Gino did the estimate with my wife and he arrived with numerous samples and brochures and took the time to explain, in detail, all steps involved in the siding project as well as explaining the Hardieplank product as well as the various options available to us. Ginos detailed estimate arrived that afternoon and after our due diligence with other bidders we awarded LRS the job.Gino & his lead man Jaime carried out the work as expeditiously as possible and when issues arose, as they always do, they offered us choices and worked diligently to solve them to our satisfaction. We hired LRS to re-side our house this summer, and Gino and his crew did an exceptional job. We are extremely pleased with the results. The quality, workmanship, and attention to detail were superb and really show in the final product. We used Hardie-Plank siding in Harris Cream, which is a very bright yellow, and we look forward to driving home every day to our bright and cheery house. It stands out and looks very welcoming, especially on rainy days (and theres a lot of those around here).From the first visit, Gino carefully explained the entire process, then explained the history of his company and crew, and outlined the schedule for us. They photograph and document everything (and also show you if you want to see it while theyre working) so you can see exactly what was done. He offered us a fair price, which also beat the other proposal we had requested.Our house turned out to be much more challenging than initially anticipated, and included difficult pieces such as removing the existing vinyl siding and underlying foam, and also the canopy above our deck. LRS went way above and beyond to take it down, install the siding behind it, and reassemble it. They also had to work around uneven terrain, which made it difficult to maneuver their ladders around. But they did everything promised and more - they did an absolutely phenomenal job!I would highly recommend Gino and LRS for any siding job. He loves to educate people about what quality siding - and more importantly quality installation - looks like. Our neighbor also has Hardie-Plank, but because it wasnt installed properly, you can see its already having problems. We feel confident ours was installed according to proper specifications and will last for many years, and will add a lot of value to our home.We are absolutely thrilled with our house, which now looks brand new! I cant recommend them highly enough.

We entrusted Gino and the LRS team with our 1913 Craftsman. Gino laid out all of our options to replace the original cedar lap siding and we decided to go with smooth Hardie plank. The two-person crew of Ismael and Alfonso worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up very thoroughly each day for lead abatement during tear-off. They consulted with me daily on many details and had a lot of great recommendations to improve the weatherproofness and aesthetics of the home. They were sure to bring any problems, flaws, and inconsistencies to my attention, along with options and recommendations for repair and restoration while remaining true to the original design. For example, they corrected improperly installed flashing around two dormers, sheathed the main porch beam with smooth cedar instead of siding to highlight that architectural element, and re-set sagging knee braces. They were also able to lace the corners of the siding to look like the original mitered cedar. This turned out really nice and were glad we chose that option. The HydroGap house wrap and Hardieplank installation was impeccable and to date I have found zero flaws in the installation whatsoever. The painting, done by Hidalgo and Marillo, was done with great care and precision. The larger gutters and downspouts are doing the job much better than the previous.The lifetime warranty gives us great peace of mind and was a key selling point.All in all, LRS did a wonderful job and we couldnt be more pleased. We loved our house before but now were really loving it! I would highly recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems.Ours is the green house with yellow trim shown in the photos.
