Fantastic experience! Moved into my new condo and experienced several issues with my bathroom sink faucet and shower handle. Pam Love helped me identify my (now discontinued) faucet and the replacement aerators I need as well as replacement part (set screw) for my loose shower handle. We went to this store today and really enjoyed it. We are shopping for new toilets that flush better than what we have, Kara was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also asked her about bidet function in a toilet and she pointed out to me that it is possible to just buy a special bidet toilet seat lid and attach it to the toilet that we chose. I am very happy with my selection.

Posting online that you are open at 11:00. Having people drive from an hour away, braving the dangers of this location not only to find you are actually closed but you need an appointment as well to buy a faucet? Apparently Koehler has evolved beyond being a plumbing supply store.

Kara was incredible! She was professional, knowledgeable and brings a design eye to the project. We love the Stillness line that we used for fixtures, and shower heads. She was prompt with her response time and was a master at problem solving. I will start here with future projects and remodels. She simplified our master bath/closet remodel!

This is a great store for anyone doing a remodel on a kitchen or bathroom. They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. There is even a wall for you to test different showerheads.

Went to store not realizing that you needef at appointment i went to store as I tried to enter the store after another entered just before me they locked the door. They could have just opened the door and said I needed to make an appointment. Perhaps I didnt look right to them.

A toilet failed disastrously before I moved into the new condo I bought. I had to have the whole bathroom torn out so I called Kohler and got to work with Pam. She was very responsive and worked with me back forth by email and sent prices and photos to help me choose fixtures within my price range. I feel confident in the product and it was convenient to have them shipped to my home. She verified with me that the order was correct and even said she would talk with the plumber if he had questions. In a difficult circumstance, it was a pleasant way to shop. I would definitely recommend Pam as a consultant to my friends and family.

If you are looking for someone to help with your bathroom or kitchen project who will OVER deliver, Pam Love is the person you need. I am currently working with Pam on a second kitchen and third bathroom project. She will deliver on every small detail of your project, right down to the small water shut off valve for your toilet. Shout out to Jaime—Jaime did a spectacular job assisting my builder with my home bathroom/steam shower design and appointments. I think we ordered 2 shower heads, a hand held shower wand, 4 body sprayers, a toilet, a sink and a faucet set. She made sure the entire order was put together correctly with all the « innards » and helped out at the last minute with waterproof speakers we had forgotten to order! And she gave us a nice discount to boot—always appreciated!Jaime went above and beyond with her communication and follow-through, and was able to get everything to match in a brand new Kohler finish.Shipping was quick and the order complete.Will update once we’re up and running, but everything so far is installed and once tiled I’m sure we’ll be good to go!Thanks Jaime! Only allowing 1 person or 1 couple at a time and by appointment only. This is absurd for such a large store. I was told I could set an appointment for 2 or 3 days later. No thanks. I just ordered my wall-mount sink and faucet online and will have it by then.

First of all, gorgeous showroom and everyone was smiling and friendly. Pam delivered exemplary service while educating me and offering loads of choices backed up by an exceedingly accurate knowledge base of functionality, fit and finish. Her suggestions and perspectives were paramount as I made my final choices. Additionally she double checked some of my more technical questions immediately via a direct phone conversation with kohler factory support. This lady knows her stuff back and forth, upside down and sideways. She was very professional and appropriately humorous the entire time. As a business owner myself I truly appreciate the level of competence and service excellence she provided and demonstrated to me because these days it’s becoming harder to find. Thanks again!

This is such a beautiful showroom located in the Pearl. We had the pleasure of working with Pam, she helped us make the selections for our kitchen and master bath remodel. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She also made sure to find beautiful selections within our budget to ensure we didn’t overspend. She helped us design and create both beautiful and functional spaces in our home that we love. We send all of our friends to her.

This is a great place. It was so nice to actually see and ‘play’ with the products that we were thinking of buying. Store is light and bright and products were well displayed. We worked with Kara who was wonderful! It was such a pleasure to work with someone who knows all the ins and outs of the product lines and was able to make helpful suggestions about specific products.

Spectacular showroom. The only place I found all matching accessories organized into one space. Perfectly arranged for homeowners, with beautiful bathroom ideas to boot. If youre on the hunt for brushed nickel fixtures, Kohler is one of the few that offers almost EVERYTHING in this finish. Fantastic customer service as well, thank you Adam!

Wow! This place is really cool because you get to see and touch the products before you buy. Super important to love what you buy given how often it’ll be used...everyday! What an amazing showroom, there’s much more than just Kohler there. I was surprised to find out the store is managed by locally owned Keller Supply, so the pros working there will set you up with everything you need for your home upgrades in just one order. It was a painless project from start to finish, and my bathroom has been converted to a King’s spa!

We remodeled our top level of our home with 2 baths and 1 master and utility room. Kara at Kohler Signature Showroom was by our sides the entire process. She was very experienced and helped with the design, purchasing, and worked with the remodeling team with all the details start to finish.Her recommendations were always what made sense and not just Kohler products. However, we love all the Kohler faucets, WCs, sinks and soaking tub. Our Kohler products are exceptional quality.What we really loved about our experience with Kara was her calm reassuring demeanor and always being just a text away. I had trouble making decisions and with her experience she helped pull it all together from design, carpet, paint colors, hardware and mirrors. I took my husband to Kohler’s to find a bathroom faucet. Secretly, I was hoping he’d see how working with a local, family owned company was better than those big warehouses where you spend more time trying to find help only to discover they don’t know what they are talking about. Anyhow, Naomi was super helpful and knowledgeable about all her products. There was a Delta rep there and she even helped us pick out a Delta product for our shower. Needless to say, my tight husband, not only ended up buying everything we needed for two bathrooms, he was so happy that he keeps mentioning how the service was so awesome he’d go back if he ever needs anything else and he’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs kitchen or bathroom products. Additionally, Naomi went above and beyond to ensure our products arrive on time and together. We waited too long to order, but Naomi took what was our issue and made it hers. Thank you Naomi for your professional help and kindness. I will always come back if I need anything else.

This store is simply amazing! We had 2 bathrooms to remodel and found everything we needed in one place. We walked in quite clueless but with Kara and Naomi educating us it turned a daunting task into a fun and exciting project. They truly cared about us and took care of the technical details we had no idea how to handle. Worth a phone call first to make sure you get a salespersons undivided attention if you were like us and needed a lot of help.

The store is beautiful! Any sort of style you could image is on display here, from traditional to more modern bathroom fixtures. Kara and Pam are super sweet and knowledgeable. Theres always great local artists featured in the store and fun events!

Keller Supply’s Kohler Signature Store was a great shopping experience. We worked with Kara Bertolucci, their lead designer. She listened and was responsive, understood what we wanted, and offered insights and experience that were valuable to us. The store has a full array of Kohler products to see in real time. The entire experience was personal and professional and we highly recommend Kara and Kohler.

The demos are awesome, the staff is super helpful and this showroom is SPOTLESS!! I would give more stars if it was an option. 10/10 would buy again!

Told us it takes 8 weeks to get the product. Also been told we will be in the loop for what is going on. No one call or email at all. It has been 8 weeks and when I call the lady said it will be another TWO months. Keeps telling me she doesnt know anything. Total of roughly 4 months to get a bathroom product. With many people in the house with only one bath. It is rediculous.

After being ignored at Ferguson, I stopped by the Kohler store to find new faucets for a bathroom remodel. Pam was great! She even helped me pick out tile for my new shower!

Call up and ask for Kohler information/part and the super annoying person will do everything except simply look up the availability of the part with the local parent company - Keller Supply. Enjoy such responses as - I dont know what Kohler parts Keller keeps in stock, or I usually tell people to call Kohler direct. Its funny because the week prior I called up and checked availability of a faucet and got an answer. Since this is the location that is Kohlers local referral you would think that these people are ready to answer questions about these products and help, but no, they arent. So dont waste valuable time or be insulted be the sales persons lack of care by calling this useless location. I would have simply loved to have heard - I just checked the stock at Keller and we have one if your feel like driving to Beaverton today, or I just checked stock at Kohler, I can have it sent to you, but no, you have to listen to a lazy person who has a skewed opinion of what customer service is not do their job. I am sure this place is a fabulous place to see your new 500$ faucet in person, better hope you dont call looking for the part you need to make it work. I am sick of retail workers that dont give a damn about customer service.

I shopped at several plumbing and bathroom fixture stores in Portland. Although they all had good points, I found that the best combination of in-store examples, high quality materials, good style and ability to match all items on your wish-list, and most importantly, expertise, friendliness, and helpfulness of staff, can be found at the Kohler show room in NW Portland. They also are capable of providing good tips for DIY remodelers.

Be very carful dealing with this store location. They dont know there products very well and dont like to admit when there wrong. If you are buying the Coriograph wall panels, Even if you want the brush nickle qorner pieces, Buy the wall panel kit that comes with the matching corner pieces and order the nickle for a extra $57. you will save over $200. If you dont do this, they will order each panel piece separately, and a additional $270.00 I would suggest going to fergusons plumbing supply to order your materials after you have walked into the kohler store and picked out what you like. kohler manufacturing plant had a fire that distroyed my shower base for the house Im building. We ordered a complete shower kit from Kara 6 weeks ago. I called Kara the day my delivery was supposed to arrive to find out there was no shower base, and no option for my customer. (A kohler direct store not knowing of a fire 4 weeks ago at the main plant. No telephone call or email for weeks ago!!!!!!) B.S. I am a contractor for 25 years. I know when some is incompetent and lying. Be careful and safe
