Bath Fitter completed a bathtub to shower conversion. Everybody arrived on time from the demo person, the plumber and the installer. The demo person and plumber did a great job on the first day, but the real star of the show was Sang who arrived on the second day to install the new shower. It was a big job that included three flights of stairs to go up and down. He was here around 9 1/2 hours and worked diligently to install our new shower. He also took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. After the install was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up the mess. All the employees put down runners on the floor and wore masks. This is the second time we have used bath fitters for this type of job and we would use them again. Excellent company!

I cannot believe how incompetent and rude and deceitful this company is and continues to be. It has been over 8 months since I signed my contract and I am still struggling to get the project complete! So much fir 24 hours!After the smooth talking sales person got my signature on the contract I have dealt with managers who have lied directly to my face ( this was confirmed by Terry, the woman who makes the in-house appointments for installations), have been condescending and overtly rude. I thought this was a fluke but it has been their customer service model throughout, once they got me to sign the contract.They have been extremely poor communicators and have dodged all my questions. They do not return calls. They blame me for the delays! They have now mismeasured my shower stall door three times!!! They have the latest version of my door in stock fir over a month and no one called me to arrange for installation. Today was supposed to be the final installation and they mismeasured it again! My son, who is 6 feet tall cannot walk into the stall without hitting his head on the top post. They placed it 8 inches below where the metal rod should have been placed!A completely deceitful and corrupt company!

Bath fitter replaced our old shower with their product. We have had this shower for 10 years and absolutely love it. It has held up very well and looks amazing! (And it’s easy to clean) Worth every dime. Great quality and fast service. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is very good and this is important to me. Thank you Bath Fitter!

It is approaching a year since Bath Fitter installed a full shower in our master bath, replacing the tub/shower combo. We wanted to allow some time to lapse before giving a full review. We are delighted to say we are as pleased with the result today as we were on day one.Hope we recall the names of the folks who were involved with the install. First, Dean, the sales rep was great at presenting all the options available to us. He was quite patient, allowing us any changes we needed to the order. He is a pro who knows his stuff.The scheduler in their office was quite pleasant, arranging suitable dates for the install. She clearly explained what would happen over the day and a half of the install.On the first day, James removed the tub and old plumbing, roughing in some of the new. He was prompt, neat and professional. This took a half day.On day 2, Cody? came on time and did the rest of the install. This took the whole day. His work was neat, professional, and impressive. Quite impressed with his caulking skills. He was very thorough explaining how the new stuffworks. He is a great pro.The finished product is a shower that is stunning. We love it. We ask ourselves constantly, why did we wait so long to do this?

The experience did have a couple of hiccups but they went above and beyond to remedy everything. I absolutely love the way it turned out, especially the water pressure, not getting burned or froze when someone uses water elsewhere during shower.

They installed a new shower and fixture so far it looks great.

Jeff Ostenhoff arrived on time with all the equipment he would need. He verified that what he brought was what we ordered. He finished the job in one day and did a great job of cleaning up. Our new tub, surround wall and fixtures are all we hoped theyd be. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

James Waye and Mike R did a great job preparing and installing our new shower setup. Both are great at their jobs, friendly and informative. Jims a great plumber and knows his stuff while Mike R managed a fairly rapid install and helped me out on one item. I would recommend both of them every time.

We had our shower replaced. The sales guy was professional, not hi-pressured, patient, just fine. An office staff person was so rude, so we just avoided her. She reminds you of the person that hates her job and shouldnt really be allowed to play around other humans. The install was ok. The guy who seemed more experienced at this left after he replaced the drain work so everything would line up. The second guy seemed to do okay, but not very experienced. Just someone the company could get to do the job with minimal qualifications. I do not like the corners of the shower. I wish they were curved. the bottom of the shower is wavy and therefore accumulates dirt easily.we bought the standard faucet which I cant stand. Shouldve upgraded. We did not have unlimited funds to spend on all the bells and whistles--our shower failed due to poor builder construction-- didnt have 6 or 7 grand lying around. The shower seems very flimsy. But, after waiting for months to get it installed, we are able to take a shower. I guess thats what matters most.

Very happy with the work and the products. The plumber and the installer were both professional, tidy, hard-working, and personable. Thrilled with the look of the new tub, surround, fixtures and doors - its all even more beautiful than we expected. There was one little glitch (miscommunication?) about something behind the wall, but hopefully it wont be a problem... I wanted to ding 1/2 star for that, for 4.5 overall (which rounds up to 5, since I cant do 1/2 stars)

We had a scheduled bath to shower conversion in August. We hadsome pretty intense family issues arrive during that same time, andsome unforeseen issues came up with the remodel. I spoke to John,and he was instrumental in making everything work out. Stuff happens, but to have a company more that willing to make it right is hard to find thesedays. Friendly sales team and very professional with good presentation about the product. Seemed to know what they were doing and thorough. All was well until the end, $17,500 for two new acrylic showers and a tub. That costs more than it was to re-plumb our 3,200 sf home w 4 baths. The product seems fantastic but the price point is not what youll read online.

The first time we had the installation it looked amazing . Our insulation wall had a little crack so they replaced it for us . However , the installer did an awful job with the caulk. It is completely sloppy and does not look professional. We will be calling them to fix it !

I was blown away by how rude the staff member was who was working the booth at Glen Otto Park yesterday. She was someone that you wouldnt want to run into in the grocery store, let alone encounter in a customer service position. My dad was interested in their services, we would never use the company with someone who is so rude and disrespectful.

James and his team did an awesome job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Everyone was very knowledgable and answered all the questions that I had. I would use them again.

They installed a new walk in shower a couple of years ago. They were great to work with and not high pressure. Had an issue with the corner shelf recently and they replaced it immediately without any hassles. We love the shower and it is good quality.

Bath Fitter broke their contract and agreement. They didn’t have the correct door so a new one was ordered and and we were told it would be fixed in a week. We didn’t hear back from and I had to call them on day 8. When they returned my call they said it would be 2 more weeks. So a 1 day job ended being 9 days...if they do finish it. We are both in our 80+ years and having a curtain there is an added hazard to falling. We are very stressed and unhappy. The shower is very attractive and we like the fold down seat as it is a single walk in.

We looked into Bath Fitter but didnt want the high costs without fixing the issue(s) and/or just covering up the problems. So, we did all of the work ourselves, purchased a high-end soaker tub, surround and plumbing pipes for less than $1,500. We were able to REPLACE all of the pipes, the tub and the surround.Understanding how to economically outline, research, compare prices and do the labor yourself is vital to remaning out of debt later. The Bath Fitter technician, Jeff Osterhoff, was on time, completed the full installation in one day, left no mess, and left us with a well functioning walk-in shower. Very satisfied.

We like our new shower and tub really well. However a little over a year we have a crack in it and called. Been over a week and no response after talking to receptionist. Called and left another message today

The claims on the warranty they provide are a joke. Had to replace subflooring from the leaks. The big offer was we will haul your old one awayWhen they installed the shower (learned this taking it out) that they did not install anything to hold the pan up, so broke around the drain connection. Left insulation out between shower and outside wall. Installed thre door incorrectly so instead of the water draining into the shower, it drained onto the floor and inside the wall.They also seem to lose phone numbers and get the call back more than a week later as opposed to in a reasonable time.Would give them less than one star, but it wont go that low.

The installation has just finished - we converted a tub/ shower to a very large shower. I could not be more pleased with this experience. - BIG ShOUt OuT to my installer Jeff Osterhoff ! He went out of his way for us! He reviewed our situation and gave us some excellent advice on some areas we had not thought to address with our sales rep. The service was outstanding ! I have used many contractors over the years, The attention to detail and professional touch Jeff brought was way above expectations, and very much appreciated ! .

Done right, this all they do. No surprises and looks great, not cheap but you pay for quality once and appreciate it for years.

Price is a little high, but installers were great to work with and it looks great!

BATH FITTERSA sales representative came to measure for a replacement tub to shower conversion, apparently she did not listen to a word she was told. On installation day we explained the expectation of the finished project. The saleswoman measured wrong so the custom shower bed was the wrong size and unusable, as a solution the installer agreed to make a shower bed that would be built in place. The 1st issue was a leaking shower, water running out onto floor, the installer returned and calked, the entire exterior is now ringed with a bead of silicone. Now, a few weeks later the floor is warping and the doors will not close and open right. The response from the company has been hot and cold, sometimes ignoring us and sometimes returning calls. The custom shower bed was made from plywood... shower beds are made from cement for a good reason, they get damp. We are getting our 4th visit for our 1 day conversion, and there NO is end in sight. Inferior product and installation.

Do to a miscommunication from the sales consultant I have been left with a tub thats been installed floating an inch and a half above the ground with only sheetrock screws holding it in the air. also no drain or overflow hooked up. contact with the local office has brought no resolution or attempt to make thing rite.

Our installer, Jeff Osterhoff, was polite, timely, thorough, and communicative. He explained what he needed, accommodated our tight quarters, and was prepared with all the tools and supplies he needed to get the job done. He tidied up after himself, and was done in the timeframe he predicted, despite a couple of unexpected variables on our end. He was professional and knowledgable about his skills, and Bathfitters products and business. I noticed some minor peeling of paint on the wall and trim nearby where he was working after he left. Possibly some chemical overspray. We plan to replace the trim anyway, and will touch up the paint at that time. Nothing major. I will update this review after weve had a chance to use our new shower, but at this point, I would highly recommend Bathfitters.

Bathfitters remodeled the handicap shower in 2011, it looked really nice afterwards, and I was very happy that they could work with a tight budget.The installer was personable and quick.In august of 2016 there was a bad leak, I called Bathfitters and they came looked at it, agreed to repair it, and then did just that in a timely and professional manner.It turned out that the issue was the portable bath shelf, it had compromised the seal. Bathfitters fixed the leak, put in a beautiful shelf at no expense to me (happy dance) and treated me like a brand new paying customer.It does not get better than that.
