Great barber and wonderful atmosphere. Love getting my haircut here at Celebrity Status Barbershop

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to see DB, hard times so I’ve been cutting my own hair; DB in my honest opinion is the best barber in the town!! Always clean never disappointed. I might have to pull up for that Christmas cut💯

He is def the best around... I cut my hair most of the time(because I am cheap like that) but when I do, DB is always my go to barber! From designs to just your basic cut, he has the skills. I have known DB for a few years and have worked with him on a professional level but his best attribute is the fact that he is incredibly humbled! Just your everyday man with incredible talent!!

Owner sets price as customers walk in. It opens venue for discriminations. It is also against fair and equitable business practices. These kind of business practice hinders prospect of growth. Specifically so when it is coupled by lame customer services.

DB gave me a fade and did the best job.

Master barber Danny10/2/2013I really enjoy coming in. The owner does great unique cuts at your request, he takes pride in his work! The second barber also does a good job and very talented with the straight razor edge shaves. They do take walk-ins, but if you are trying to stick to a schedule, make an appointment.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten didn’t listen to me and when I said it was bad and I wanted a refund he wanted to fist fight me and he even spit on my hair don’t go here you’ll end up trying to fight this man

This guy is a joke... he doesnt even blend nothing in and paints people heads, like come on now.. I heard he had an anger issue as well and if you had a problem with the way he cuts hell want to fight you... hes really unprofessional and shouldnt even own a shop in Portland please dont support this guy hes disrespectful

From reading a previous post like wow all these years have gone by and still the same. I myself used to work in the shop and stopped because of the client pouching and eventually I was punched in the back of the head by the owner. I myself witnessed the owner in a fight with another Barber. Ill give him credit where its due, he can cut, extremely full of himself about it biut he has skills, the unfortuate thing this place had lots of potential, Mr Bostic obviously has a temper issue that still hasnt been handled, bad way to do business. crazy the only reason i saw this was to find the address to a old employer. After reading its still going on ill pass I dont want my name attached to this place. Unfortunate I had to leave Portland when I did the night he did in jail for assualt nothing came of it, And if he is reading this, Get you some help man, You cant fight everyone that does not agree with you.

A++ SERVICE AND HAIRCUTS

Worst barber shop experience ever. Asked for a refund and the owner wanted to fist fight over it and even when i left the shop he tried to come out into the street to fight me. There is only one chair in this shop, and the guy that owns the place must have been drunk when he cutt my hair cause everything was crooked and uneven. I had to go get my hair fixed somewhere else. The only thing he can do is line up the hairline but other than that his work is crap, stay away if you value your look. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BARBER SHOP, our community should not allow voilent people like that to operate businesses and it starts by us not supporting those that choose to be violent aggresors.Update 2/27/17: ever since I posted this review yesterday the owner has been texting and harassing me talking crap about my dead mom and so forth. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PERSON.

I absolutely love how professional and attentive my barber is !!He always listens to what design I want and executes what Im looking for 100%He always responds to texts and calls in a timely fashion and has low costs for cuts!!If you looking for quality , you found your barbershop !

I swung by for a trim but they are only available by appointment.
