Very nice class A facility. Nice and professional gentleman that I met in the office when I rented my unit.He helped me with issues on a couple of occasions and was extremely courteous about it.I am surprised to see the previous review by Mr Pitt. This does not at all describe the man and the business that I experienced.

The proprietor of this facility lacks any cuth, common courtesy, or respect for his fellow residents in Portland, his paying customers, or combat wounded veterans, such as myself, who might be going through a difficult time in life and by virtue of their selfless sacrifice to our nation, their willingness to give their life in her defense, and their life long struggle to acclimate to life in their communities after suffering the traumas of battle, losing buddies, and dealing with the life long injuries both seen and unseen after years of dedicate and honorable service to the nation and people they love so dearly. This man upon his first encounter with me accused me of be a squatter and threatened me with eviction and criminal prosecution. He berated and belittled me and made ugly and rude comments about my economic status and living circumstance, without knowing any of the afore mentioned he merely decided to be prejudice based on his assumptions which where based on nothing more than the stereotypical assumptions of an ignorant uneducated thoughtless rude pompous real-life Scrooge. I figured he was just having a bad day and let it go at that. However, not to be mistaken for a normal fallible human, upon the next visit to my storage unit he didnt bother with talking to me like I was a piece of garbage, he just call the Portland PD, who were the epitome of true professionals, to notify me that my vehicle having mechanical issues was not his problem and that having been on site for a little over an hour Constituted loitering and that I was to vacate immediately. Well sir I will be and ai will my monthly payments to another more worthy respectful business.

This is the easiest and most friendliest storage unit Ive dealt with ever.

Able to drop my trailer and leave. No hassle.
