This is an extremely clean storage facility with easy access. The on site manager - Jerry- is very helpful , friendly and efficient. We needed to move to a different storage unit within the building because of our needs and he went out of his way to help us. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to store extra belongings.

I like storing my things here as it feels very safe, clean, and organized. However the thing that sets this place a part is the service from Jerry and Sherry, two of the kindest people you will ever meet. It is so nice to have such great service! Thank you Sherry and Jerry.

This is a fabulous storage facility - super clean and safe, with covered loading and unloading so the weather is never an issue. Jerry and staff provide top notch service. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is because the listed address needs to be updated from S to SW Bancroft and this is problematic for first timers. Otherwise, this is a nice storage facility with good deals, parking, and a pretty good location. Definitely make sure you park in the proper designated parking spots or you will be towed.

ADDENDUM TO a VERY positive review:I give the facility top marks. Clean, well-kept, and the manager, Jerry is stellar at his job. The main company however has little, if no integrity.I closed my unit with the required 30 days notice in early October. Subsequently, I have been billed every month, regardless of my phone calls telling them.Their reply? You are not on our books, so its not true. They insisted I provide credit card statements which I did and they still insisted they were not billing me.Amazingly, after approx 600$ of overcharges, they realized that MY CREDIT card was being used for someone elses account. My credit card info was clearly not private and not safe there and was obviously compromised.They promised to send a check to resolve it and pay back the excess charges.It has been 4 more weeks, many phone calls, and still no check or credit card credits.The facility may be nice, but their accountability and integrity, and safety of personal CC info are sorely wanting.* * *Jerry was a GREAT help ! He called back when he said he would and helped me determine the correct size storage space for everything! I have parking AND storage needs . . . and Jerry helped with both. Pleased that South Waterfront Storage is so close to my condo. It is well kept, clean and convenient.

I have stored my belongings here for almost 3 years and it is fantastic. Easy access in and out, clean, heated to a constant temperature, and always a friendly face if you need a hand with supplies. I highly recommend this storage option.

What a great experience! Just arrived in Portland, we were lucky enough to find the SWHS. Our first encounter was with Cym at the front desk. She is a delightful person who is helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. Next we met the manager, Jerry, who patiently walked us through every detail of using the storage unit. Everything is spotlessly clean and security is the main priority. All this for a very reasonable monthly fee. Keep up the good work!!
