The dude with the blue shirt at the front desk had his tongue cut or something cuz he didnt say a single word, horrible customer service. Worst of its kind.
Currency for is by far the worst dealership I have encountered are Portland hands down service advisory crew we brought our company van in there if you worked on four and a half weeks later they had to call Ford find out if they knew how to fix it because their technicians had no clue very disappointed my parents have this problem back in the 80s with Courtesy Ford and now worst people around me complaining for the same problems as me will not be back very discouraging Im a true Ford fan but why purchase a Ford if you cant believe and trust the dealership to take care of you Im thinking Toyota might be the way to go really too bad I wish you could change my mind
Great service department with outstanding service managers. What I like about Ford service is they pull up your Vin number and know everything thats been done or what needs to be done to your vehicle.
Great work. Fast turnaround. The service staff in person arnt the most super friendly but there work is good.
Literally gave my tech the wrong car to leave in. Also took 3 weeks for 15min com update
Easy in and out, and they comped the Lyft ride home. Only downside, theyre so busy my simple thing took half a day so waiting is a bad option. Hence the Lyft ride home.
Good advice and quick service. Went there for a courtesy inspection after buying a used ford escape, and they took the time to answer all our questions and concerns.
They did a service on my car and didn’t air up tires, refill washer fluid so I doubt they checked out the car like they were supposed to .
