Short notice call .. my battery died!!I had already bought a replacement.These guys came right out was on site and working within 17 minutes of my call.The Mechanic was professional and wore a mask and gloves.Online invoice payment portal was simple to use and great for social distancing.Will definitely call again!! I just had my window broken out, twice in a row, it took a few days but I was able to get the window fixed...I def learned that I couldnt replace my own window l like others make it sound so easy.I paid the same price to pick and pull my own window, and having a shop fix it.My techs were knowledge able, friendly, and fast. We had a great experience with Destination Lubrication! I spoke with Daniel over the phone and he was very knowledgeable about my cars situation. (My timing chain had jumped time and needed to be replaced on our Honda CR-V) I spoke to numerous different mechanics about our car to get quotes and he was one of the two who brought up the possibility of the valves being shot, however unlike the other guy who refused to work on the car for that possibility he found out more symptoms to determine the likelihood and recommended some options to test for that ahead of time.We almost went with another mechanic who had a lower quote but Daniel offered to match his rate. Of which both quotes were a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge and much quicker too! In the end I realized he was a much better choice to go with as well because they came to us, being they are mobile mechanics and I didn’t have to figure out how to get home after dropping my car off at a shop! Much nicer indeed. They came early in the morning and had the very detailed job finished in a number of hours. (I had two shops tell me it would take 3-4 weeks to complete!) It was Jesus who came and did the work in person. He was very kind and did a great job! He was able to let me know how things looked when he had it all taken apart and let me know that the other issues the dealership told me needed to be fixed right away, were not really in a bad way at all, and thus saved me money on having more repairs in the near future.I highly recommend the team at destination lubrication and will definitely be contacting them the next time I need car work done!

I used this company today and I was completely satisfied. All of the quote process was transparent, fair and quick. Also, Daniel was able to come to my home within a couple of hours of my original inquiry. I got my thermostat replaced and it is up and running again. These guys were amazing. They didnt charge me for anything I didnt need done they got me up and running in a short time and they were so kind to me and worked so hard to make sure I was happy with my experience! I would recommend them for everyone!

With their help we found out that 1) the alternator turned into a jingle part where you shake it and it literally jingles, 2) the tension thing to keep the belts in place was almost shot, and 3) the connecting wire for the alternator to the starter was fried. We booked for an hour but it took 4. They were very nice and explained what was wrong and how they were fixing it. They were very patient when my daughters and dogs got curious and an absolute joy.Thank you very much for your help!

This was about to a 5 star rating. I called them up bought my part. Did my research prior and once they replaced the alternator ($120 for 30-40 mon of work) the engine lights turned off! Blam great job guys. It was snowing today and i hit my turn signal instead of wipers on accident and noticed they werent working at all. Which they were before. They looked at it and fixed it. Great job guys. Drove it to the store. Burning plastic smell came out of the vent. Now my right signal doesnt work at all. Asked about it was told i have an electrical problem that needs to be diagnosed. The cost $85. Yea I dont think so. An alternator keeps the current circulating. The car was still running fine I did was in working order just those lights came on and I took steps before it broke down. You changed the part and now other stuff doesnt work???? Im ok with that but Im not going to pay you again when stuff breaks down less than an hour after you worked on it that wasnt broken before. Btw, i have 2 small kids that need that car one of them is special needs. Thanks for taking my money

Really awesome service. They did timing belt on 2007 Kia Rio in under 2 hours. Jesus, the guy who was working on the car was buzzing around it like he worked for NASCAR pit stop. Im a first time customer and recently had a complete brake job done on my car: rotors, pads, shoes, and brake drums. Everything went very well. There are a lot of mechanics to pick from in the Portland area, but you cant go wrong with this company. I will be back for future repairs.

I had been having trouble with my sons Jeep Grand Cherokee overheating.....pretty good with a screwdriver, but could not isolate the problem after going through a few fixes with it. Finally I gave up and called Destination Lubrication and we spoke over the phone. What I liked is that they didnt just say I will have to take a look at it, they took the time to talk about what might be causing the issue and we sort of set up a game plan for when they came over. Upon arrival.....BOOM, isolated the issue almost immediately......which made me feel silly.....took care of it....and just charged a more than fair rate. I think by taking the time initially and their willingness to listen.....they will be my first call EVERY time I need that extra pair of hands. AWESOME work and great to work with in general.

These guys r excellent. They show up at your house with rite tools,diagnostic equipment, and expertise. Pricing is fair and u dont have to pay for a tow truck, cab fare to pick up your car, or spend hours in a dealers wait room while they charge u a million dollars an hour!!!I would reccomend them to anyone.

I cant say enough good things about these guys!!!!! The owner was absolutely accommodating when our RV broke right before a long holiday weekend. Even though they were extremely busy already, they managed to fit me in and get my RV running in tip-top shape before our big trip. Not only did they fix the original problem but they also inspected my entire vehicle and gave me a list of things that I should address when we get back from our trip. Also, as an added bonus, they fixed our generator which had recently stopped running. Jesus was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Plus, their price was amazing!!! I cant say enough. If you ever need any work done on your vehicle, save yourself some time and money and call these guys first!!

He spent almost 3 hours working on my van and honored his original price that he quoted me. Even after having to come out twice because I was dumb enough to not open the box on what I thought was a NEW front caliper. After discovering it was someones broken core, he didnt charge me anything and set up another time to come work on my van after I got a new caliper. Very friendly and explained how things worked which helped a lot. Wouldnt hesitate to have him work on any vehicle I have.

Prices are too high at $85.00 an hour. Local shops are 75 and cheaper and they are picky and choosy depending on the job you need done. If youre reading this, Id look somewhere else and save yourself the time and money.
