Even though I have hardly had to use their services over the last two decades, they have always been efficient and a pleasure to deal with -- very human! There has never even been an innocent bureaucratic error or misplaced form or errant typo -- which I have certainly encountered with other insurance agencies. Small is beautiful - and effective(!) - and so often works better and more kindly than the larger alternatives; go with Maine Insurance!

Maine Insurance Agency has been fantastic. Deborah saved me multiple times when I needed same day insurance for properties I was closing on. She has continued to provide not only excellent service, but great prices for great coverage. She takes the time to explain aspects of the policy I dont understand, and work with me to ensure I have the coverage I need. Will continue to use!

Maine Insurance Agency get all tens. They do everything perfectly. The manager Debby Waldron is so nice and considerate. They work very hard to make sure you have the beat insurance. They are there when you need them.
