I went there to talk about a refund, we both agreed that I was in the right position and they had all the information on a recorded phone call that I was gonna get a refund. 2 hrs later got a call that I wasn’t getting anything from them. I don’t recommend this insurance at all

State Farm let us down. So dissapointing! John Grillo with his years of experience yet has gained no seniority - has no authority to do whats right and take control of a local situation to help a customer. So basically, he told us our policy as is - stands. He had zero influence to help s customer. We will start shopping.. a bummer. Thought he was better than that!
