My experience with State Farm has been great. I did some shopping around and State Farm was able to bring me the best policy value. The quality of customer service I received was also excellent. I worked with agent Rain Dalton, she was above and beyond courteous and professional and she made setting up my new policy a breeze. Call for a quote and ask for Rain.

After beginning to request a quote online, Agent Rain called and i called back. Rain was amazing. She worked with us over an hour or so , to get us the best possible insurance for our home and Auto at a considerable savings from what we had previously been paying to Allstate.Rain saved us over half of what we were paying every 6 months and we were also able to have items such as tow service/roadside assistane in our policies. I highly recommend anyone looking to lower there insurance bill to contact Rain at Jared Dean State Farm Insurance. Rain was very knowledegable and professional as well as patient with us with our enormous amount of questions.

Greg White was extremely thorough in researching a complex set of questions dealing with US and Canada coverage. Greg gained answers that I could not obtain on my own. Because of Greg’s help, I will use State Farm.

The quality of service is reasonably good when you manage to get a hold of someone, but expect to spend a lot of time following up, double-checking and confirming that changes were made. The office is a sort of black hole, no idea how many people work there or whats going on. Youll talk to someone different every time you engage them. You might get an email, letter, phone call or text depending on which way the wind is blowing that day. As far as Jared Dean himself, he is sort of a mascot for the agency you will never actually work with directly.

I greatly appreciate State Farms for being with me and understanding my situation. I had fallen on some hard times and unfortunately I had to go with another insurance company but I was not happy with them. I have been able to get back on my feet and I needed insurance for my vehicle. So I called up State Farms and with in no time I was welcomed back to the family of State Farms. I appreciate the agent, Cassidy Rivera for helping and being patient with me, we were able to come to an agreement with their services. Mariah Postlewaite has the worst customer service. I have ever had she kept interrupting me and disagreeing with me. until she got mad. An win she realized she does not have a leg to stand on. Therefore she knows she will have to give me my full refund back. She just hangs up on me.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE! They will cancel your insurance without your awareness but then they will continue charging month after month your credit card without your permission.I would like to warn everyone about this particular office. Although they seem nice when you sign up for insurance with them that will be the only time they’ll be nice and reasonable. Especially their agent Jarred and his assistant Hanna.I had insurance with them for awhile and when I got married I referred my husband. He signed up too. A few days later I got a cancellation latter for my policy because of my husband’s driving record. I had less than a week to find another insurance. My husband also got a cancellation letter with a date when his insurance will be cancelled. However, after we switched to another insurance, State Farm continued to charge my husband’s credit card. We called multiple times and talked to Hanna, who was very rude and unreasonable. We explained that we already got another insurance since State Farm sent us a cancellation letter. It’s been two months now yet every month State Farm continues charging our credit card for insurance THEY decided to cancel.I think it’s a discrimination and racketeering practice in this particular office. Please be aware!

At any time contacting them I had prompt responses and the help I needed to deal with my disaster and claim. I’ve been a customer for 8 years and will be leaving. Got dragged into the office when discussing home insurance for a new purchase and told it needed to be done in person when nothing needed to be done or signed, just an opportunity to upsell. Thought it was a one off.Dragged on again a few months back during covid for a new house purchase and asked if this could be done virtually. Again the answer was we need you here and again could have been done virtually as nothing needed signing.Worse was this was more of a frat house blasting music so loud that even with their back office doors closed you couldn’t hear the agent speaking. Seriously??? Worst is the in office set up did not allow for appropriate distancing; hey lean in to see our tiny monitors while we are 3 ft away from you at all times. Lame. Upsell in the time of covid with no precautions.So done with this office.

All of the people who work at this office have been great! I feel like the insurance is very affordable. One of the biggest reasons I went with State Farm in general is that they have no dog breed restrictions for home insurance. That is a big deal to me since I have a staffordshire terrier and had pit bull mix. Staff helped me find discounts I qualified and recommended coverage that was helpful but only cost a few dollars. I have felt valued and taken care of in all of my interactions with this office.

Vanessa handled the transfer of our auto policy and umbrella policy from Ohio to Oregon and has recently handled a new policy for a cabin we built. The cabin turned out to be in a potential flood zone and Vanessa worked with the county and FEMA to have the premium drastically reduced. I highly recommend this State Farm office for all your insurance needs. I met with Jared Dean, Preston White and his office manager this week and just transitioned all of my insurance policies over to their office. They were able to save me some money on some of my auto policies and advised me on increasing some coverage on my umbrella policy. They are also providing me a quote on a commercial building policy as their quotes are very competitive. All of the office account managers were very friendly and the team I met with was extremely knowledgeable on the details of my insurance. I also learned about their financial offerings and will now be opening up a Savings, checking and high yield money market account. Preston was able to get me quickly approved on a State Farm Bank Visa Card which will give me 3 percent back toward future premiums. 5 Stars!
