As a business owner, I do not often have time to deal with Insurance stuff. I knew our previous insurance company was not working in our favor and was not working for me to help achieve the best insurance for the company at than affordable value. We had them for 8 yrs and they just never helped us as we grew. Long story short, My friend recommended I contact Ben. So I did and boy was I happy to do so. Ben has really stepped into the role that I needed for an Insurance agent! He looked over our company as a whole and help me make good decisions on how to best insure what we do. The end result was more than I had every expected and I felt that the business was finally properly insured. This all come in less than what I was paying with our previous insurance company! Ben Weinstein and his crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with.I was rear-ended over the weekend and the situation has (obviously) been less than ideal. His crew has been responsive, attentive and genuinely concerned about both my and my husbands well-being throughout the entire process.Their estimator showed up ready to hand me a check so that I can get repairs completed promptly; the adjuster has been in contact every step of the way; the medical adjuster called and explained all of my benefits to me yesterday and assured me it would not effect my premium and Ben followed up with us (on a weekend night) the night of the incident just to make sure we were doing okay.I truly cannot recommend them enough!

I wanted to shop around, and when I asked for a quote, I was told we only take on new clients with a significant amount of assets, meaning I dont have enough money?? Extremely rude, over priced, and poor customer service

He provided policies that saved me money... but more importantly made sure that I was fully and properly covered without any excessive or needless coverage. This was especially important to me as a realtor when I occasionally have clients in my own vehicle. The girl at the counter was rude and dismissive

This was my worst experience with an insurance provider. Below is a summary for the sake of keeping it short.-During my time with them they rarely every contacted me back despite saying they would. This happened innumerable times. When I called back and they answered, one person never knew what the other was doing and I had to repeat the issue. This let to me having to do things multiple times with them to get what I needed done.-They upped my insurance rates by $70 and said specifically that it would only be $2 (which is why I went ahead with a change). They never contacted me about it and just let it be billed.-There is zero communication among the few employees and no visible structure to their actions.-When I cancelled it took three attempts, then it took over a month to get my prorated payment back because they sent it to a wrong address. It had to take two more weeks to cancel it and resubmit despite me specifically telling them to repeat the address back so I could verify they were going to do it right. (I did this specifically because I knew they would get it wrong if I didnt. They still messed up).Im a level headed and rational person who really wanted to like them and commit long term but there was nothing about this place that allowed me to justify it; not one redeeming quality.They proved to be the opposite of everything I needed in an insurance provider.Oh well, back to Geico.

Provided good service until I was injured in a car accident- they wouldn’t invest the time or resources to follow up when I stated the other driver was speeding. They were unfair and ridiculous in doubling my insurance rates and I wasn’t even the driver. When in an accident, it’s traumatic as it is, don’t be victimized further by your insurance that doesn’t want to help you. Had they fought for me they wouldn’t of had to pay anything out. This company only wants your money. Avoid.

Ben is great. Country Financial is great. If there was a 6th star, Id give it to them.Top things I like about working with Ben.1. Extremely Responsive: If hes not available, hes got people in his office that have always picked up the phone when I called.2. Very good educator and advisor when it comes to walking me through what options I want and/or need.3. Proactive Contact: Ben contacted me just 2 business hours after my last claim, which was a fairly traumatic one. Thats unheard of.4. Fantastic company whos there for the client when it counts. Ive got my autos, home, rentals, umbrella liability, etc through Country Financial and have been exceptionally pleased. Ive had the misfortune of experiencing more insurance-related events than the average person will see in a lifetime (mostly through landlording - mold, death, theft, etc) and Country Financial has come through every time.

Ben takes great care of his clients and offers outstanding service and advice. He is especially great at working with small businesses!

Phenomenal customer service. Gave me a comprehensive list of my options and helped me select the most beneficial option for my situation.

Poor customer service. Dont waste your time or money with this agency.
