I was looking for an Insurance Company for home and auto where there are real and genuine PEOPLE. I received an advertisement via (snail) mail about Damien/Allstate. I was tired of high pricing and BAD communication from my last insurance company.Since they are close to where I live I called and got Julia on the phone. She was very professional yet fun to talk to. I received info on policies and learned about a pay per mile auto policy.It is easy to know what is happening with my policy through the app installed on my phone. At time I will get a real and genuine phone call, a text, letter or email. I feel VERY secure having Damien and Julia handling my policy. The service they provide is PERFECT in a world that is not.I remain a very happy customer.

One thing I like about Damien I can get a hold of him and if there’s a problem with my insurance he fixes it immediately I’ve been with Allstate since I was 16 years old

I was this this agent for years, my whole family was. When we experienced a sudden increases with no accidents or tickets. When speaking with the agent he could offer no solution. When I attempted to cancel my policy the agent failed to do so, and it auto renewed. After having addressed this with the front desk manger ( who is amazing and goes above and beyond in computer service) I am now months later receiving collections letters. I do not recommend this allstate agent.

Damian himself answered my call when I called in to get a quote. Damian was very nice, friendly and VERY helpful.He helped me calculate a quote and then explained to me in detail why my quote was what it was. I was very impressed and wish all insurance agents were as helpful and kind!

This agency is fantastic!! I have been with them for years and have sent many friends and family there too!! Every time I have a question they have they answer! Damian, Jim, Elaine, and Julia are superb!!

Very quick to take your dollar, but gives little about your options. They do not have your interests in mind. A poor quality as an agent.

They have never let me down. All state has been there in my time of need weather I locked my keys in trunk or even caused a minor fender bender my agent has always helped me fix everything up.
