However, his assistant (Hannah) is doing a phenomenal job of assisting clients and representing her company professionally, courteously, and competently. She has been responsive to all my queries, usually in a matter of hours, and is always on the ball with questions, updates to my policy, and other needs. I had to file a claim on my Personal Articles Policy and Chads office handled it quickly, professionally, and with insight into questions I had about how this policy works when a claim is filed. They are delightful to work with and provide top-tier service. The claims department was stellar and instructed me how to set up direct deposit, and my payment was in my bank account within two days.

Really appreciate this office - every time Ive called they have been personable, professional and patient. Have had a really good experience I am actually writing after having canceled my policy, but only as it was no longer needed. I totally forgot to cancel and Hannah not only gave no complaint when I asked to cancel but asked if I needed it back dated as I would be getting a refund for the time that I had procrastinated canceling my policy. They also handled when I had my car rear ended and totaled, I loved that their first question was making sure I was safe and payout was very fast, and they handled everything for me with the other insurance.

Let me just start this review by saying that Ive had some headaches and issues in the past with purchasing renters insurance from other agencies. I had the absolute pleasure to work with an employee at this agency by the name of Cait (Im sorry I cannot remember her last name) and she made sure it went so smoothly. Some of the best customer service I have ever had! I can tell that she really cares about her job and has a passion for customer service. At the end of our interaction, I had absolutely no questions because I had felt that she went over everything necessary. I had even mentioned to her that I was new to the area and she gave me some recommendations on restaurants and points of interest! Wow!! Very affordable price as well. I will definitely be referring all of my friends to use this agency for their insurance needs, whether it be auto, rental, etc.

I just recently switched over to State Farm. Ive been with Farmers, Progressive, and a couple others. All of them have been difficult to work with. I met with Chad Humphrey in April of 2014 and was not qualified to be under State Farm until Jan of 2015. He took the time to follow up with me in January and I was able to get State Farm auto and renters insurance. He and his office have been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance. They really take the time to show that they care about their clients and make sure they get them the best insurance to fit their needs.

My experience with State Farm while working with Heather and the Chad Humphrey team has been nothing short of outstanding. When I bought a new car I was shopping around for rates and they had the most competitive rates by a long shot. After discovering how much my fiancé was paying with Farmers, I asked for a quote for his car, and they quoted HALF of what he was paying. I actually referred my mom to them as well and they were able to cut her rates and offer much better coverage. I will refer anyone and everyone to work with Heather; she is thorough and always available to talk and explain all my options, without making me feel pressured into a decision. It feels like talking to a friend instead of an insurance agent. If you’re looking for lower rates and outstanding customer service, go talk to Heather or anyone else from their team!

I had a very unprofessional experience with this office and do not recommend them. I used Statefarm all the time on the east coast, and for some reason much of my family still does, but this office/staff is not great.I had a check from this office that bounced. The check was issued because I purchased a house, and no longer needs the renters insurance (side note: their auto, home and rent rates are NOT competitive at all). They sent a check to reimburse me for the difference. In that time, I also notified them my address had changed (as I was moving to my new house). They then placed a stop-payment on the original check, and they did not notify me of this change. The first check bounced due to this, and they then claimed the second check was cashed. I was also charged a “return to maker fee” from my bank due to this locations incompetence. I never received a replacement check for the money they owe me and I was never reimbursed for the bank fee.This office is not competent, and I do not recommend you trust them with your home, auto and or anything.GEICO can definitely beat these guys, don’t waste your time!

I received quick and friendly assistance from Caitlin when I called in to make a payment on my auto policies.

I have been with State Farm since I got my drivers permit when I was 15 and had a decent relationship with my Agent. I moved and with that move, I wanted to be closer to my Agents office and that brought me to Chad Humphrey State Farm. I had a full size truck, a large Mercedes sedan and a Suzuki GSXR motorcycle with full coverage when I switched to Chad. Thats when Chad offered to sit down with me and see if he could save me any money just by spending about 30 min getting my policies more specifically dialed into my needs and me as a driver. Before I knew it Chad and I had refinanced my truck loan (saving me $11k over the life of the loan and $190 per month!), opened a State Farm Checking Account (did not know there was a State Farm Bank) and got me a great Homeowners Insurance policy! The guy and his staff BLEW ME AWAY! Client for life now and whenever I am looking to invest, save, or plan for my next big purchase (New Harley Davidson is on the horizon...) I talk to Chad Humphrey.

This is my insurance agent. I moved, my old agent worried I wouldnt find my own, this is the one they got me. Its ... fine. It hasnt annoyed me enough yet to switch. How often do you deal with an insurance agent, after all? Office staff has been helpful and aside from a struggle getting everything set up in a new location, its fine.But say you have a choice, and youre investigating: these are things you should know.This agent sends me mail at least once a month. This is not mail I need. I dont get bills - those go through the internet. Instead, I get letters suggesting I contact him to get life insurance. Today, I got one suggesting I get renters insurance - which I have! Through -him-! So the mail? Ridiculous. Hes been trying to sign me up for life insurance since day one by scaring me that any day now it will simply NOT BE AVAILABLE or TOO EXPENSIVE.This agent does business through my husband. Im not sure why. The policies are in both our names, but the online presence and all contact - email, phone, in person - has been ME. When they call my husband, I call back. The mail all comes to my husband - not both of us, never me. They set up an internet account for my husband and started using that - ignoring my account which was open and active because I handle the insurance. I am the one who pays all the bills, and the office staff certainly knows this, but the mail? Addressed to my husband.

Was shopping around for new insurance and was very happy when i got my quote. Not only did i get full coverage on my bike And car saving 90 bucks. I was also able to get my renters insurance in there and it all was cheaper than just my auto policy with progressive. Very happy with the switch big thanks to Chad & Connie for all your help.

I called state farm for a quote for a new auto policy and with my schedule I dont have a lot of time to sit on the phone and answer endless questions but with Hannahs help I was able to send them a copy of my current policy and answered a couple of questions and they took care of the rest! Even though they was unable to get me a cheaper quote because I have a new teenage driver they where amazingly friendly, and even gave me another person who could possibly help me. Most places dont do that anymore, once a buisness feels like they wont get your buissnes they just push you out and move on to the next person. But not them! Thats customer service! Will defiantly be going back later when my son has been driving longer.
