I called and told them my mom had worked with them and they knew exactly who she was! Talk about personalized service. Beyond that, they were able to get me a great deal saving me about $300 from another auto insurance quote. 100% would recommend.

All I wanted was have the date of my insurance coverage changed: 5 emails, 10 calls, and 2 months later, Bridge City agent Lyle has not replied, secretaries have just kicked the can down the road with the promise of call back which have never happened. They just blame on it communication issues and weve been so busy. In my life, I have never encountered this level of laziness, lack of professionalism/accountability for a business that Im trying to give my money to.

Lyle is patience and knowledgeable. He was able to answer and explain my questions in a way that was very simple for me to understand. I was with my previous agent close to 20 yrs and havent filed any claims for over 10. I recently purchase a old vehicle (2006 tsx) for my daily commute and was quoted at a price that was more expensive than my brand new 2021 acura rdx. That was a bit upsetting so on a suggestion from a good friend I called up Lyle and he was able to quote the tsx at almost half the price, and at pretty much the same coverage. This just tells me how much my previous agent up sales his policies. Not every one will get the same result but if you want a honest agent give Lyle a call

Ive used bridge city as an agent for a while, and last year we asked if they could find us a cheaper policy. They found us one!! A few months later I was involved in a accident and went to file a claim and to find out they had put full coverage on my 1994 non running mud bog truck and liability on my work truck that I had the accident in. Still doesnt make sense to me, we wanted no changes to the policy AT ALL when switching insurance companies. Now almost 5 months later, I still havent received ONE CALL TO ME!!! AND AS FAR AS I KNOW, STILL DENYING MY CLAIM!!
