Every time I go I am met with a smile and prompt service. Once I leave my car with them I am updated through texts on the status of my car. To top it up, the work is flawless, my car looks brand new! I absolutely love and recommend this place. I would give a shout out to an employee but everyone is really professional and kind.

In the post repair detailing Caliber went beyond what I expected. The plastic covers of my head and rear lights had become cloudy and I did not know whether I could get them ever get them clear again, but Caliber cleaned them and they are as good as new. The paint job on the new right front fender was an excellent match to the paint on the rest of the car. This is the second time Caliber repaired my car after an accident and while I hope that I never will need to have my car repaired after a collision, I would definitely chose Caliber again.

Seriously great service and my car looks awesome. I took it in after the North Portland serial scratcher of 2021 got to my car. It was embarrassing to drive after it looked like a two year old drew on it. Caliber wasnt a preferred company according to my insurance but you know what? It was so seamless. Travis was my estimator- he handled all the communication with the insurance. There is a rental place right next door- Travis literally walked me in the door over there. The paint was done within 24 hours but when one of the doors was reassembled something didnt work right and Caliber had to order a part to fix it. Again- no stress, they handled it while I drove my rental around. I felt like I was always in the loop and that things were in good hands. Thanks all at Caliber!

I was originally utilizing Caliber Collision because my windshield and windows got senselessly bashed in while in NE Portland. My insurance referred me to Caliber Collision and they did a wonderful job and were super speedy. A couple weeks later, I got pulled over for an illegal u-turn and ended up getting a ticket because my windows were tinted to an illegal level, which I was unaware of when I bought the car. The ticket stated that if I fixed the tint, they’d drop the fine.I called Caliber, and they were super understanding and apologetic (even though I felt it was my fault to some extent to not know that my tint was illegal!). They said it would be about $100 to fix the tint. I dropped off the car and it was ready next day! When I went to go pick it up, they wouldn’t allow me to pay :,) the quality of service is unmatched and their team is compassionate, competent, and kind. Every employee I interacted with was lovely and respectful. I will be referring many others from now on and will continue to use their services when needed!

I was kept totally up to date on repairs. There was a delay in parts which was totally understandable given the supply chain disruption.

I came in hoping to get some scratches painted on my Lexus. Mel offered to buff and polish them since they appear they could be mostly removed without the need of painting. Its rare nowadays when a business will go out of their way for a customer. Thats why Im leaving this review. If you think your car is totaled, don’t take it to these guys…especially if these guys are in-network for your insurance company.I had my insurance company tow my car to Caliber. Travis/Trevor was absolutely terrible at giving me updates on the car after being in their hands for over a week. Finally after 8 full days at Caliber, they had the car ripped apart and told me that it wasn’t structurally damaged and that they’d be able to repair the car. I knew in my gut that that wasn’t the case and that this car was totaled. I called my insurance and had the car towed to LEIFS and within a week, they informed me that the car was indeed totaled and that no one in their right mind should have even thought about fixing that car because it wasn’t ethical and that the car would constantly have problems.This place tried to cover up my totaled car just to make a quick buck, despite it being unethical. Be careful bringing your car here if you feel that it’s beyond repair.

Overall communication is great. But trash and over spill glue or paint was on the inside of my vehicle. It also seemed they left the doors open in an area at there shop that allowed all the sand or dust particles enter my vehicle which was hard to clean due to cloth like materials. I have had auto body repairs done at other shops in the past. This was the best experience by far! They kept me updated of how it was going daily. Quality of the paint work was very good. the shop personnel were kind. but they installed the new headlight incorrectly and left it misaligned. a radiator mount needed to be replaced and i guess after fixing that they forgot to connect a coolant hose linkage properly so all of my coolant drained and the engine started to overheat leaving me pretty much stranded. all of this after they had my car for 3 weeks. I ended up having my car towed to a local mechanic and had to pay $475 out of pocket to repair my cooling system. which Caliber said they would cover/reimburse me for....yet no calls. nothing. not very pleased.

Someone dented my parked car a week before Christmas. Abra got me an estimate the next day and had the repair done in 4 days. They were polite and made sure I understood what was going to be done. 4/5 because they emailed the new price instead of calling, but it ended out working out fine. My car came back beautiful and super clean! It looks like the damage was never done and didnt cost me an arm and a leg.

This place has excellent customer service. We got an estimate almost right away . We took our car there because it was on an accident and was damaged . After they performed their work it looked brand new . They are very professional and kept me updated at all times . We used the Long Beach , CA location.

AWESOME service from Brad. Did a drop in with my bumper hanging off from a hit and run. They took a look at it immediately. Fixed the dent, and popped my bumper right back into place, free of charge! Took about 10 minutes and saved me about 1500 bucks having to replace the entire bumper. I’ll be referring friends and family!

As an insurance agent, Ive heard a million horror stories about body repair shops. Because of that, Ive become kind of terrified of them. But so far so good. Someone hit my side mirror and took off, so now I have to pay out of pocket to get it repaired. I was able to bring my car in for an estimate before work and it took maybe 30 minutes. They gave me two options - a used mirror or a new mirror, to try to save me money and I chose the used. It was significantly less than I expected, so I paid up front. I have yet to have any repairs, as the mirror was just ordered, but my experience was so good. I will obviously update this if there ends up being a bad experience. I purposely didnt tell them I work for Allstate (theyre a preferred shop for Allstate) so that I can speak from personal experience when recommending them. So fingers crossed its an all around great experience.

I took my car to Abra (Kadels) on NE Grand for an estimate to repair some damage done by a hit and run driver. When I arrived...Mel helped me, and he remembered me from some previous work they had done for me on another vehicle. He looked at the damage...and said, maybe we can just buff that out. He even said hed try buffing it out right away. He used some cleaner and then wax...and the car looks as good as new! There were still two very small scratches; Mel said if it was his car, he wouldnt have the panel/bumper painted or replaced. WOW....what great service! And, he could have suggested that I pay to have the panel repainted, but he didnt. I really appreciate his honesty. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes too! THANK YOU MEL! and Abra! I will definitely return if I should need body work done on a vehicle in the future!

Ive had a different Abra fix my car and been pleased with the work but this branch went above and beyond, walking me through getting a satisfactory settlement from the liable party. I will be loyal to Abra for my collision repair for the rest of my life.

I took my car here because someone damaged my vehicle and this is the place their insurance recommended. They totally took care of me. Not only did they get the body work done when promised, it looks exactly how it should (like there was never any body work needed in the first place). They were very communicative during the whole process and they have a very modern set up, which I always find comforting.Because of their great service, I decided to use them to fix the door of my car, which was damaged by me and was being paid for by my insurance. They matched quotes with the place that was going to do the work, even though it ended up being a little more work than they anticipated. They gave me the same level of care as they did previously, even going so far as to ensure my new door had matching trim. The color match is perfect, they called and updated me consistently, and they were incredibly caring about my needs. They were also done early - which is something I have rarely seen in the auto industry. I have already recommended them to two people and will continue to recommend Kadels and use them for any body work that comes up.

2017 Golf R went in for a smashed door and window. Other persons insurance company wanted to get me an aftermarket door but Don went out of his way to find a recycled Golf R door instead. Constant communication and updates throughout the process, and a swift repair and return of my car. Cant say enough great things about Don and everyone at Abra. Thanks again.

The staff at the front desk was nice, thats why the 2 stars. The guy who gave me a quote to repair my vehicle, practically ripped my bumper off and didnt quote me to repair half the things I compalined about that were damaged due to the accident. He clearly had the insurances best interest in mind and not my car.

ABRA EARNED my respect and admiration for caring about me as one of their customers and my satisfaction with their work and treatment. They refused to allow me to be other than totally satisfied. Yesterday, my friends car got broken into. I called several local shops, scrounging for a temporary plastic wraps. The young estimator went out and quickly covered it up, despite me being on a very minute time crunch due to work. SUPER thankful! My friend was super thankful when they saw it covered! We had Kadels fix our Subaru back in 2011 after someone crashed into our front end (the other drivers insurance paid) and they did a good job fixing the bumper, headlight, etc. About a year later the paint on the front bumper started to bubble and peel. We called Kadels about the problem and they were fantastic, they really lived up to their Lifetime Guarantee. Kadels scheduled us right away to repaint the bumper at no charge, and when we got the car back they had even vacuumed the inside of the car and gave the outside a wash. You would be hard pressed to find such hassle free and quality service elsewhere!

My 4Runner was rear-ended in a wreck in Jan 2014. While the cost of repairs were covered by insurance, the estimate was very reasonable and the body work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Brad was very helpful in relaying timelines, information, and ensuring the work was performed to a high standard.

They did a great job on my car and kept in touch with me throughout the process to keep me updated. Super friendly, would definitely choose them again.

Dealing with this company was a total off putting experience. Their customer service was the worst I have had the experience of dealing with in many many years. They called me the wrong name throughout the entire experience and continuously called the wrong phone number to try to set up appointments and the like after being told numerous times to change the contact phone number and the contact name and I mean numerous. Consequently it took over a month to get the car into the shop as they left messages on the incorrect number message machine and we had to contact the insurance company regarding the repair appointment. We have Safeco insurance and the only reason we continued to deal with them. The repair was fine. It was just a bumper. But to add insult to injury I was told yesterday my portion of repair was 712 and when I went to get the car I was told it was nearly 900. I am still unsure why the difference in the amount from call yesterday when I was contacted re picking car up and this morning. I am contacting Safeco to have them resolve that issue as I am done. After arriving home I received a final text from the outfit again calling me the wrong name. Really flabbergasted. The shop manager and the gal that runs the desk were nice today and apologized but it still does not excuse the month of frustration dealing with them. Avoid the shop.

I was referred to them by my insurance USAA, I walked away, they were less than responsive, helpful and really didnt seem to want the work. I drive a 745 BMW and I would think that they would realize that I love my car and wanted to get it fixed after someone ran into me. Not really.. I would NOT recommend wasting your time or energy to get to this bad location at least at rush hour. Not worth it. -- at all.

I had a really great experience with ABRA. They were not only communicative, they were professional and friendly, and even got my Prius bumper repaired, replaced and repainted in less than 36 hours. I could not recommend them more!

Kadels service was excellent. They tried to get me the best deals for parts knowing that I had to pay out of pocket for the damage since insurance wouldnt cover the damage (No full coverage) . I got recommended by some coworkers and was not disappointed!!

Was leery of these guys because they were recommended by the insurance company of the person who rear-ended me. But read several positive reviews and took my car there for cosmetic repairs on my rear bumper. The turn-around on my job was unbelievably fast! My car is an 06, and you cannot see any color difference between the repaired bumper and the rest of the car. The bumper looks brand new! Mel, the guy who did my intake, kept in close contact with me via text msg. The gal at the front was super nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. They were very thorough reviewing the state of my vehicle, including electronics, and documenting it all before I left. They called the rental agency who sent a Lyft for me, it was all very seamless. 2 days later I was able to pick up my car.The cool thing about my experience here was that I had nicks in the hood of my car that I was interested in repairing while I was getting the accident damage repaired. Abra provided me with a quote, but it was out of my budget. So they lightly touched up the nicks and shot a clearcoat to keep it protected, at no additional charge!Really like these guys! Way better than the knuckle-heads over at (rhymes with buhdells) in Beaverton.
