Great work by Oregon Appliance Repair! They are very reliable and they know their work well. They were able to fix my old microwave at very reasonable price. Cheaper then buying a new one. And now it’s working just fine and will probably last me few more years. You can tell they value their customers because their service was simply great. I will use them for my future needs.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had note that Oregon Appliance Repair did outstanding job repairing my older fridge. My fridge is obviously not in great shape but I knew there was more life in it. When I started having problems I called Oregon Appliance Repair and they came through for me. Flora who works as a customer service rep asked me a lot of questions about the fridge. She scheduled me with a convenient appointment. The repair man was on time and he got right down to business. Within half a hour he was able to fix my refrigerator. He even tested it to make sure that it was working fine. He knew exactly what to do and hand the desired part available in his truck. I am very impress with their work ethics and skills and the customer service is supper helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Their service technician missed the initial appointment. When I called the next day to reschedule, their service rep claimed they had called me to reschedule (they didnt) and then they accidentally connected my call to another repair company (Appliance Guys). The Appliance Guys service rep was very friendly and helpful.

Prompt, courteous, thorough. My fridge was thoroughly checked, and my concerns found not warranted. The 2 technicians offered a backup plan and prepared a Part Order should the noise I was hearing begin again. Very fair pricing and convenient and helpful phone contact.

I read all the negative reviews and I couldnt disagree more. I had a completely opposite experience. For one, the office staff never made me chase them or failed to return my calls & voicemails. The technician was very knowledgeable and he fixed our broken oven on the spot. I will be referring them to everyone I know and definitely be making them my main repair company.

Very professional service by these people. Our sub-zero refrigerator wasn’t cooling and they did a fabulous job. They repairied it the same day, right in the spot. Easy to work with.

I usually dont leave reviews, but this company has completely given me the run around and I feel swindled. After $600+ in parts we were left with the technician shrugging his shoulders and telling me that he replaced the 2 parts he knows to replace. If that doesnt work he doesnt know what to do. Yep... he actually admitted that he did no real diagnostic work and just orders the parts that he knows. Now Im left with 2 brand new parts that maybe needed to be replaced and an over that STILL doesnt work.

Luis came out to service my Gaggenau Oven and dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the issues and had repairs done within the same week. I would highly recommend them excellent customer service and quality repairs.

These guys were able to fix my dishwasher and broke dryer at the same time. The prices werent that bad and the tech was right on time. He even called me before he came. I give a double thumbs up :)

This is NOT a legitimate business. It is a SCAM. We lost $95 and they never repaired our Whirlpool refrigerator water dispenser. When I did drove by their location, I discovered it was a PO Box...and their Bend location is a house. Not a business like their website claims. Also, they copy/paste reviews from other appliance businesses. Their repairman came to our home twice and could not fix the problem. Why? Because it is a SCAM and not a real business. I have contacted BBC, FTC and neighborhood associations to alert them.

I called this company because I thought they were nearby based on google maps. However, the repair person came from Vancouver, and now I have learned from the other reviews that they are not located in Portland. The repair person did not come on the day scheduled but late in the afternoon the day before so I was not there to talk to him. After his visit, the unit was more broken than it was before his visit. It appeared to have been further damaged by the repair person. I did not hear back the next day so I had to call and ask questions. After 4 phone calls, 8 minutes of hold time and 7 days later, I was told they cannot repair my dishwasher because a model number could not be found. They did, however, offer to waive the $95 fee for the initial visit, which made sense because the only result from the visit was additional damage. I will now be buying a new dishwasher instead.

My microwave wasnt heating up anymore and i called around a few places. They had an appointment the next day and price was reasonable. The tech even came a little early and when he left he had the parts rushed. I had my microwace back in a couple of days. I will use these guys every time!

We had an issue with our office dishwasher not draining. The repairman, Luis, ran tests and mentioned a diagnosis, thoroughly explaining the reason for the issue, and how to avoid a similar issue repair moving forward. Thank you!

This place is clearly a scam. They took a $95 deposit and have failed for two months to return calls or come repair our oven. When you call and ask to speak to a manager, no one is ever in. They won’t give you the manager’s name or number, either. Check yelp for more reviews. Any positive review on here is a fake.

Worst repair company to work with so far. They do not keep the time they give you, do not call half an hour before they arrive as they they say they would, they dont even know where the technician is Lewis was very unprofessional. He left the freezer section and parts out on my floor after telling me he would come the next day to fix it. He did not come the next day as he told me and his company didnt even call me for rescheduling. On his third call, he made a mess on my floor after completing, did not put all the screws in the panel after he changed the thermostat. I am so frustrated with this company and American Home Shield who has recruited this company to work on the appliance repairs. Some problems can happen and I understand that, but each time... Extremely frustrated. I am never going to work with them again.

Took 2 months to fix my washer, and it broke again 4 months later, and would no return any of my calls.

October 2018, Had a noisy ASKO dryer. Their technician failed to fix it (broke it technically) and now no one will return my calls. Last time I got a scheduled technician he didnt show. Now Im just leaving messages on their machine hoping someone there cares about justice while shopping for a new dryer. (December 2018)

Some misunderstandings happened, but the way they handled the confusion in the end was great. Thanks for the help.

They replaced a part on my dryer that they thought was the issue and it was not so instead of having to pay for the parts all they had me pay for was the service call.
