I would highly recommend this company for service of appliances. The office staff was very friendly and explained the time a service call could be made. The technician was very professional and accurate in his evaluation, and the time the part could be found, and the time the repair could be done. In this time of COVID, it is sometimes difficult to find service companies to respond. We will definitely call them again should we need more repairs.

Amazing customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. Daniel worked with me to find the least expensive solution. He gave me part numbers and explained how to order them and replace the parts myself if I wanted to try. Outstanding service in every way. My fancy German dishwasher up and quit, and I was dreading the repair bill. Dan arrived as scheduled, and impressed me with his understanding of the machine, and found a repair that avoided replacing major parts. The cost was nominal, and he even suggested some DIY fixes for common problems. Will definitely call him again, and recommend highly.

Matt was extremely helpful on the phone and Daniel was extremely helpful in person. Daniel was able to identify the problem with my dishwasher within thirty seconds. This is after the installers had come twice and could not figure out the issue. Daniel also did a trial run of the dishwasher to confirm that it worked, which took extra time but gave me peace of mind that the problem was indeed fixed. Also gave good advice on how to best use the machine. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I am very impressed by Daniel’s extremely professional operation. My high end range died after only 7 years, and the repair bill was formidable, but Daniel gave me helpful advice about contacting the manufacturer, and Matt in his office shared part numbers and encouraged me to look online for cheaper parts. Daniel came and installed the parts and as a result I have salvaged my range (at least for now) instead of having to buy a new one and send the old one to a landfill. Great to have found someone who appears to be able to fix pretty much any appliance!

I called and spoke with Daniel regarding my year old GE Dishwasher that seemed to have lost all power to the machine. Daniel was very knowledgable and recommended over the phone for me to purchase and install a new user interface board. He said it was a very easy procedure, and is typically what is wrong with the machine. He even went so far as to send me a link to the exact part that I needed to order. I just installed the part, which was very easy to install, and the machine works!! Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend!!

We had problems with our less than year old GE refrigerator. The frost free freezer had icicles and the base ceiling rained onto our food. Dan from Metropolitan came, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was knowledgeable, polite and very quick to find and fix the problem. Our refrigerator was still under warranty, but I would highly recommend Dan to anyone with appliance issues.

He was very polite, considerate (removed his shoes upon entry), quickly assessed the needed repair, made the repair and then tested it to ensure it actually corrected the issue.Daniel asked us to test out the repair ourselves over the next few days and call back if there are any continuing issues.
