We stayed in an apartment for 2 months with Extended Stay Portland. The apartment in the Pearl was perfect for us, the manager was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Everything worked. Plenty of towels, kitchen stocked with quality tools, parking underneath was easy. The instructions were clear and communication was very good. We would recommend this to others, and have no complaints.

Weve stayed at an Extended Stay property in the Pearl each August for several years. Its a good deal -- a bargain compared with the expense and hassle of staying in a hotel. Weve always found the apartments to be clean and furnished with everything you need (linens, kitchen stuff, wifi). Rob and Heather are responsive and easy to deal with. Additionally, the 10th@ Hoyt building is well maintained and very well located for taking advantage of everything the Pearl has to offer.

Rob is hands down my favorite person to work with, he makes finding corporate housing accommodation a so much more enjoyable experience. He is so quick to respond, sends detailed emails and instructions. Any time Ive ever had any issues he responds immediately to get it fixed. The rooms are beautiful, large, well decorated, and in the most ideal places in Portland.

I stayed at Asa Flats in Portland. It was a furnished apartment with amenities for billiards, workouts and cookouts. You could hangout in serenity on 4th floor or penthouse floor and have a view of the city. You are right in the heart of the Pearl District with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. It truly was the city experience. There was streetcar stops close by to take you wherever you might need.The daily price is a competitive rate for a city. I can not over state how much I enjoyed my stay. Truly good service and great place to stay. Extra clean and well furnished just like you’d want. It had washer and dryer and all the kitchen supplies along with the other furnishings making you feel at home instead of a hotel. It is the way to stay. Let them help you today.

We stayed in one of Extended Stay Properties apartments during our recent visit to Portland, it was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The bed was remarkably comfortable. And the owner Rob was quick to respond and help me navigate the building when I had trouble locating the rooftop terrace. We had a very positive experience and would love to visit Portland and stay with Extended Stay Properties NW Portland again.

This was an amazing experience! Im a travel nurse and new to Portland, so finding housing was stressful. I was also coming from across the country and didnt have time to arrive early to look at housing options, which was extremely scary to me. Rob has made this experience a breeze! He was replied quickly to all of my emails and answered all of my questions. He sent videos of the apartment I was interested in. When I arrived to the apartment, everything was exactly how it was shown in the video. Very clean, nicely decorated, and great appliances. Rob provided everything I could possibly need for my three months stay; All I had to bring was my suitcase! I didnt have any issues throughout my stay and always felt safe. I would recommend staying through him to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our multiple visits with Extended Stay Properties in Portland Oregon. The 3 condos were spacious, in great locations , reasonably priced ,with all of the advertised amenities. Rob Silva, the business manager , was extremely professional and addressed all of our minor issues in a timely manner. Owing to some health issues, we had to extend our stay numerous times, and Rob was able to address all of our needs. I would definitely recommend Extended Stay Properties to anyone needing to stay in Portland beyond 2 weeks, whether on business, pleasure or both.

This is the second year in a row that weve rented this terrific apartment in a fantastic, walkable location, close to fun shops, restaurants, brew pubs and bars.Our hosts are so easy to work with and quickly responsive to questions and concerns. Last year we had an issue with the refrigerator. It was promptly dealt with, with no interruption or disturbance to us.The apartment is clean and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with all the necessary equipment. Plenty of storage for all our things, as well as room to accommodate our shopping purchases during our stay.The underground parking is a true blessing, but there is also ample on street parking for guests.We will continue to use Extended Stay Properties each year for our stays in Portland.

I loved the condo I rented in August. Location is perfect and the condo is pleasantly appointed.It had everything I needed and was close to transportation and all the happenings in the Pearl.I recommend Extended Stay Properties. Wonderful apartment with every amenity needed. Cozy and comfortable and in an ideal location for work or leisure in Portland. Great building with endless restaurants, coffee shops and other stores right out the front door. It will definitely be our place every time we return to PDX!

Rob who set my stay up was extremely accommodating about my schedule. It was great having a fully loaded kitchen, and high quality sheets and toiletries. Wonderful value (privacy and central location) for the price.

Rob, the owner is just a terrible person to deal with. This is for him just money, he has no sense of responsibility. I requested to rent an apartment from him, we have came to an agreement on the costs and he sent over the contract. He was aware he was dealing with a company. I sent him a curtacy email letting him know that I have read and completed the cntract and have sent it for signature. The next day I ask him a question before sending the contract he sends me a response that the property has been rented. I called him and said how is that appropriate if we have a contract in the works? He said first come first served. This is not a restaurant business, this is someones 3 months wh was relying on that home and you had no curtacy to give me a call and let me know that you have another party intrested? All I can say if you want to deal with someone who doesnt put people before money than go right ahead take your chances. But just imagine if he can do something like this, he is capable of a lot worse. Also, I asked to speak to his manager he was very proud to let me know that he is the owner and he can do whatever he wants. Good luckAs you can see by the response this person does not know what they are doing. Anyone who works with Corporations understands that any contract that comes through needs to be reviewed by certain departments. He also said we had 3 emails where he did not provide the curtacy to let me know that he has other parties intrested. The other emails were me letting him know the night before that the contract was being signed and will be returned right away. I work with many extended stays and in the 6 years I have been doing this I have never had anyone do such a thing, so standard practice, absolutely NOT. This is a one man show and he wants everyone to know that. Rob, you keep running your business this way and we will see where it will end up. Sometimes you should consider that you may destroy a great partnership with someone over greed. Food for thought. The person you gave that apartment to, that could be a one time thing, and with this client could have built a great reaccuring relationship. But you run your business the way you want to. BTW who charges $195 for one time cleaning of a 1 bedroom apartment? Greedy much?
