My whole experience was awesome start to finish. I called the company expecting a long wait to get my AC fixed, but Teresa was so friendly and worked me into their busy schedule so I could have my AC fixed that same week! The technician Antonio was prompt, kind, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this thorough, friendly, knowledgeable company!

On a weekend in 106 degree heat Midway came out and fixed our AC. There was a base charge of $238 but outside business hours and in this heat I felt it very reasonable. From the time I called until the repair was done it was only about 3 hours. Luckily they were able to fix it.

Just had Midway add a ductless minisplit system to the second floor of our 100 yr old house and can’t recommend them enough! Alex came out quickly for a quote and explained the options of systems and how they would need to work through some of the houses quirks. No pressure at all. Joseph and Scott did a great job quickly installing everything and making it look and work perfectly. It was great working with Midway and will definitely be working with them again!

In the heat wave, I was able to get a tech. He preformed a quick fix till new part arrives. We have cool air. What a life saver. Always call them.

Came out as an emergency to my mothers after she had to be hospitalized with heat exhaustion after AC failed. Had it up and going in no time flat. So thankful for their kindness and fast service.

I called and Nate came out same day. checked my 25 yr.old furnace and it needed to be replaced. within the week Antonio replaced the furnace in a day. Both were so professional and polite. Thank you Midway !

If I could give the Midway technician, Nate, 10 stars, I would. I had another, reputable, heating company out to fix my heater. After TWO HOURS of taking the entire thing apart and testing and jumping every possible connection, they told me I needed a blower ($1260) and a circuit board ($540). I told them the blower was working fine before they got there and I was sure I didnt need one.I called Midway for a second opinion. In less than 20 minutes Nate said, I found your problem. Part of your circuit board is fried. I braced myself and said, How much?. He said, The part is $230. I asked if he had it on his truck and he said No, but theres a parts house close by. Ill get it and come back. In an hour and a half from his arrival, which included him going to get the part, my home had heat! Total bill with the service call, $389. One year guarantee on the part, 30 days on the labor and I couldnt be more satisfied.Thank you Midway and Nate! THATS the way it SHOULD be done!!!

Nate came out today for my scheduled appointment, he was going to be early and called to make sure that it was okay if he came early! Nice!!! Nate was very polite, professional, and efficient. Honest, straightforward, prompt, and accurate service. Technician broke an igniter, told my wife that he would be back first thing in the morning to install a new one. No extra charges. A tune-up fixed our problem, which turned out to be corroded contacts on the flame detector.
