This is a horrible company, from the outsourced cust service down to the actual modems and service. Everyday is a constant issue w. internet. It eithers lags completely or doesnt work. Constantly rebooting just for it to work temporarily. Trying to call is just as aggravating. CSRs barely speak english. Which makes this even more frustrating. Calls gets disconnected, and despite asking for a good call back # in the event the call is dropped, a call is never returned. Its just an aggravating service. I would be willing to pay more for internet if the company was worth it. BUY A MOBILE HOTSPOT. ITLL WORK BETTER THAN THIS SERVICE.

You cancelled my service on accident, you made me wait 3 days to reinstate it telling me it would be active on the 3rd day would be remote activated, when I called you scheduled a service tech for the following day because I have no internet still. You messed up, you failed to fix my issue, and you’ll just get around to it, you messed up you fix immediately not when it’s convenient for you. Worst ISP..

They didn’t know how to release a # to Comcast. Had to get on three way with both Comcast and century link so Comcast could tell them how to do their job.Now I’ve Been on the phone for two hours. Keep getting put on hold even though I told them not to because I’ve waited so long and all I needed was for them to tell me whether or not my service was disconnected. and NO ONE can do that!! If you want to Waste your time, if you don’t want answers to your questions. call century link.. ridiculous.

Waiting on service for over a month. Cant get anyone on phone. Chat line not working. My internet goes out several times each day. You guys have the worst internet service and customer support I have ever experienced. Cant wait for fiber optic service to come to my neighborhood!

Overall worst ISP. I ever delt with. Last 2 years I delt with 2 k worth of fake charges on my account. Poor speed,when modem died they sent the wrong one 5 times and tried to charge me for each one.

You can order service and get equipment and they will absolutly take your money. What you can not get is a technician to service lines and hookup at your house. This is a sham company! I ordered equipment to be installed because the lines to my house have to be fixed. I paid for service to be installed and no technician came to install equipment. You cant even get a person find out if technician was assigned. I wish i could give them a negative 5 rating!

Id like to give a fantastic review for not only the company as a whole, but for Kevin M in particular. He has been extraordinarily timely, efficient, and effective. But the most important thing, just an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has fixed multiple issues for my family. And every time (including holidays) he is consistently polite, cordial, and a fantastic representative for CenturyLink. Give this man a raise! He deserves it. I also work in an industry that is at most times thankless. Kevin exemplifies what it is to be an asset to your company. Please send him in the future!

There are now no CenturyLink stores in Port Charlotte. No public entry to their building...equipment now is UPS only. However, there was an employee in the parking lot who directed me to a UPS store..The reason I went directly to their office was that the UPS store shipped the modem back to me eventhough there was the new shipping label.

You don’t offer anything aside from speeds up to 3mbps for my area, and you are the only internet provider for us! we have 5 people at our house, the speeds drop down to 1.5mbps when everyone is on it.. very disappointed with your customer service as well!

Horrible internet service and they dont care!!! Says close to 30 mbps we should get , when I check it daily says Im running at 2.9! Yepppp.... 2.9 is most I get can hardly ever get line. But they know they have us as they are only service where we are. Well canceling as of today. Just stick to our cell service better than paying them $60 for Nothing !BUYERS BEWARE OF CENTURY LINK!

Worst customer service ever and they owed me a credit for the way I was treated by there technician never got it so I fell behind then without notice shut me off not once or twice but 3 times I cant believe Im saying this but I think Im gonna go back to Comcast there exspensive but at least they dont treat there customers like garbage like century Link has

Im quitting this company. Will never go back to them. My tv and internet has been down for 8 hours. Called century Link and they put me on permanent hold. The robo voice tells me to chat with a tech support person online, but how can I do that if the internet is down? My most recent bill was$240. To define their service as a joke and a farce is a compliment.
