My husband and I were long time members of Sprint Cellular but after several bad experiences with them especially after they merged with T-MOBILE we decided wed had enough! We decided to go with AT&T and except for them not having the color of 📱phone that I wanted and the protective covers for my phone were extremely happy with the buying process and will let you know later how we are doing with our new family at AT&T.Our store rep, Jackie, was very patient and helpful. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. Thanks also to Gregg who helped out at the end.

So I am going to tell you the reason for my visit and how important it was to me in my business. I am a sales man I rely 100% on my cell phone. My iPhone that I had originally had broke. So I went to the store having limited time but enough time to have a cell phone switched over I was greeted by a friendly salesman. He did a good job he sold me a phone he upgraded the phone that I wanted unfortunately my bill basically doubled. Then I had asked him to transfer over all my information in my files from the old iPhone to the new iPhone which should’ve been a simple request. The salesman then told me that he could not do it and I had to go back to my office and it would only take a few minutes I said all right I’m not very good at this I am nervous are you sure you can’t do it. He told me know. So then I go back to my office and try to switch this over myself and something went wrong long story short it took four hours to get my new phone up and running.And I had missed all of my emails all my phone calls for my job. But hey my cell phone bill doubled. For all of the inconvenience I went through nor could they give me a charger with a wall plug or even a case for my phone for my inconvenience. But I will say my new cell phone works awesome

Not enough employees. Service was fine once I actually received service. There was an employee that was more concerned about making a commission sale then helping me. I waited about 45 minutes before I received service.

Went in first Saturday evening and Phil waited on us. He was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Not to mention patient. (I saw him deal with a woman who came in 10 minutes before closing, and he was very helpful to her, even though I can tell you I might not have been so pleasant in his place). Gregg also had input, and he was great too. This morning we had occasion to go back and were waited on by Mike, who gave us the same service we got last night. Good experience!

I was greeted by a rude, non caring CSR. He made us stand, instead of taking us to a table with chairs. And made my autistic son press all the buttons himself, when he didnt have a clue, of what to press. Finally after he was not liking me tell him hes being rude and to help us, he walked away. Then I got a CSR named Shawn and he was very patient and explained things we could do and even wrote down steps to do on PC 🖥 when we got home. For him Id give 5 stars 🌟 The first man wouldve been fired, if he was my employee.

The manager & staff were able to help me buy a new phone! Greg, Shawn & Andrew replaced Samsung G7 (6yrs old) in a timely, compassionate fashion. The new phone, SAMSUNG A52 5G, has all the features, less expensive contract & support I require. Att service was tested by hurricane Elsa with great results! Phil Lewis from AT+T has got to be one of the best sales consultant.My husband had a 3g phone and couldnt find anyone from any other at+t store to help him.When he walked into the AT+T store in port charlotte on 2499 Tamiami trail Phil Lewis helped him.He suggested the apple 11.Not knowing anything about a new phone,Phil sat down and explained more than any one else would take time to do.This AT+ T store is not the closest to our home but from now on we will drive the extra miles to be helped by Phil.Thank you Phil Lewis for making the transition so much easier for my husband.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Port Charlotte A T & T store this morning when Jacqueline Springman took care of us. She is the epitome of Customer Service! Not only did she help us select the best plan for our new Direct TV service, but she checked to make sure we had the best plan for our cell phones! I came here about a month ago to upgrade my phone and have it set up and Nick was absolutely wonderful. My phone was will backing up. It took about 2 and a half hours. They closed and I felt so bad I let him know I could make another appointment for the following day, and he insisted I stood so he can help me. I felt so bad, but it was so kind of him!

Jose was amazing! We came in to the store in an emergency situation with a dead iPhone. We didnt know what to buy and Jose gave us expert advice leading us to an awesome new phone. Jose didn’t stop there, he went above and beyond expectations! He noticed my current wireless plan was not the best for me. He setup my family plan more efficiently and saved me over 100$ a month! This was the best experience at an AT&T store I have ever had.

Let me start off by stating, kudos to Rick as after shopping metro PCS and T-Mobil, Sprint etc... Rick was educated enough to hook my wife and I up with the best phones and service. Even though we were all going through this pandemic he assured us we would be happy with this service. As I am a Realtor and need the latest tech. and best performance on my phone, he exceeded those needs. You can tell that this was not his first transaction as he was very well experienced no questions were unanswered and there was no hesitation. Thank You not only to Rick but the Girl that took our information as they were taking CDC Precautions outside prior to entry. Thank You to AT&T for hiring a well educated staff.

I was sent to this store by Kris, a lady working in the Punta Gorda store. She was so nice and so helpful but was having problem upgrading my iPhone 10 to a new iPhone 12. I am a FirstNet account holder and she was having problem with the sims cards. She kindly referred me to the store in port Charlotte because it was the headquarter and she claimed they could figure it out.I went there and was greeted by a gentleman named Greg. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone and that I was a FirstNet account holder. He was very “short”, a man of a few words I thought. He asked for my license and then he became borderline rude when I was asking questions about the iPhone .....I think he saw my police credentials as I was retrieving my license. He must be a cop hater.He told me I could not qualify for the promotion due to the battery of my iPhone 10 being slightly showing behind the screen like it was “swelling “. The phone was in excellent shape beside that. When I told him that Kris had said that I qualified for the trade in, he response was “well, I’m in the headquarter so I decide”.Story short, I left the store without a new phone. This guy Greg should not be working with customers, very unprofessional and rude. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a first responder or if it’s daily attitude.I plan on filing a complaint with the higher up.

A few days ago I went to this store to upgrade my service. I was more than pleased with the layout, service and stock that they carried. A salesman was assisting me with this upgrade and about 10 minutes into it, the manager came over, tapped on the table and rudely stated to the salesman that there were other people in the store....what are you doing. He took it in stride and informed her that he was doing a migration. I was put off by not only her abruptness to him but by her insinuating I wasn’t valued as a customer. Tonight I visited the store a little after 7 pm. I needed help with my new iPhone that I received in the mail yesterday. There were only two salespeople there and both were assisting other customers, so we sat down. About 7:30 I needed to use the restroom and politely asked the salesman where the facility was. He replied that as soon as he was done with his customer he would take me to use the restroom. I thanked him and said okay. Next thing I knew the other sales person yells out if you have to go to the bathroom there is one at Wawa. Turns out she was the same manager from the other night. As luck would have it the manager finished first and came over to me inquiring what could she do for me. I told her that I was having some problems with my new iPhone but first could she assist me to the restroom as her associate indicted he would. She said no she wouldn’t since it was a security issue. she again repeated to go to Wawa’s. There are a few issues that come to mind here. To name a few would be I’m 70 years old so elder abuse should be a key factor to your customer service model, secondly in my former life I was a professional woman and still conduct myself as one, my security clearance in my past life was very high, I’ve been a faithful customer of AT&T since 1982 and deserve better treatment than this. I then refused any help with my phone from such a rude and short sighted individual and left the store. I will not patronize your store or recommend it to anyone again.

Unless u buying a device, If u coming here for costumer support, you won’t get it. They’ll tell you “you have to call, we can’t do anything”. I work in bradenton and the store there always so helpful they take care of anything. Never send me home unless my problem is fix

The associate that helped us was excellent. He had my moms phone working in a few minutes. My Mom was very pleased. All she needed was a new SIM card for more storage. He didnt try to sell us a phone that she didnt want. She wasnt even charged! Great worker!!

Today is July 15,2020 I purchased a new iPhone 11 Pro , I was told when purchased that I could take it to any AT&T store for assistance in setting it up, as well I have a total of 3 unlimited lines of service.I went into the store in Port Charlotte FL, a person who proclaims to be a Sales Person Jackie Spring ask me what I needed, she was behind plexiglass and was wearing a mask, she listened for more than 5 minutes to my needs, then her answer was she could not answer my questions or fulfill my request because I didn’t have a mask on, so I went to my car , put on a mask, went back inside, then with a terribly unprofessional attitude, I was told that all of my request were denied, and she would not help me because it would take too long, I told her I just spent over a thousand dollars on a new phone, and have multiple lines, that I deserve to get assistance, she was smug, rude, and refused assistance, I went outside to my car, to call my business partners that were waiting on my progress , as we are using these lines for advertising we are getting ready to purchase. The manager never came out, I was outside the store for more than 15 mins... I went home, called the store back, retrieved the managers name NICK BECKER ... from the manager himself, he acted like he could care less about her unbelievable behavior... DONT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY ARE SHAMEFUL, AND TREAT CLIENTS SO BADLY, more complaints will be filed tomorrow when I cancel all of my accounts. SHAME ON AT&T... THE MANAGER IS AS NASTY AS THE JACKIE SPRING EMPLOYEE... she was worried about a mask for me, but she had dirty inked hands that you could see clearly wasn’t washed all day if not longer, nasty, dirty, rude, unprofessionally dressed... YUK

Good place to go upgrade at - only thing is when I upgraded I felt like the guy that helped me was kinda nasty to me. Nice at first and then he was rude mabey I took something the wrong way but I kept asking a lot of questions to confirm everything and I think he was annoyed by that. I left happy cause I upgraded anyways.

I got the Samsung Note 9 and my wife got the iPhone something....we had a great experience and saved a ton of money over Verizons old plan that I had. Horrible Service, I stood at the door no one greeted me or asked me to sign in when I asked An employee (Jackie) if she worked here she responded with “I’m with a costumer”. She proceeded to go to the back room and say this guy this and that I could hear her. I understood I needed to wait my turn I just wanted to get in the cue. That person (Jackie) was rude and unprofessional. I have spent plenty of money in that location and intended on spending much more, but never again will I step in that store.

I always make an appointment so there is very little waiting for me. The people I have dealt with come across as friendly and knowledgeable. I always walked out of there with what I needed. Some of the employees with try to upsell you and other will just give you what you came in for, but the upsell is not a hard one.

I recently upgraded my parents phones with the next program. Im in WV where my parents are in FL. The customer service rep told my parents they couldnt pay on the cell bill with out paying off their phones first.... So my parents paid $1,300 for 2 phones because they were misinformed! This is absolutely ridiculous! How could a customer service rep take complete advantage of people like that! Michael H. You suck! You need to learn better customer service skills.

Horrible customer service. Pulled credit check (good to go), began the process of porting old numbers from Consumer Cellular (originally assigned by previous AT&T contract) and then halted the process without explanation. Port went through, although we had no contract with AT&T and I was without service for my phone for a month. Wasted a whole day and an Uber (who waited), only to be turned away cold.

Thought I might just have been singled out but I can see by the reviews I’m not the only one pissed with the terrible service here.I walked in to put in an insurance claim on my broken phone. The moment I mentioned that I wasn’t interested in an upgrade and just wanted to pay the deductible for a replacement I was immediately pushed off to the side. As far as helping me file a claim there was none. I was handed a store phone and given a number to call the hotline, which makes absolutely no sense because they would have been able to pull up any needed information right there at the store just like they did on the phone. I asked about retrieving any photos and information from my broken phone and was literally scoffed at and said “good luck I can’t really do much” which would have been fine if she was joking. But you could obviously hear a tone in her voice.After sitting on the phone for 10 minutes with a representative I was given a half assed run around as far as filing a claim. The manager (who was the rudest one of all) told me I could have my new phone shipped out to me by the next day. The service hotline said 3-5 business days.This store is a joke. I was judged immediately for my tattoos and considered less important because I wasn’t looking to spend a grand on a new phone. The manager Sue was about as useful as a wet blanket and cheerful as Eeyore from winny the Pooh.I made sure to ask before leaving how easy it would be to switch my phone to Verizon once I received my replacement.

Courteous and well informed assistance. However, the deal if buy one get one free for the Samsung Galaxy S8 is a complete scam. My husbands phone is a POS, even though its bern replaced twice already in this contract, and my contract is up, so we figured he could use the free phone to finish out his contract. No. They make you add a line. If we needed another line, we would have one. They just want to Jack your monthly bill up. AND theres a $25 monthly payment for the $750 phone. A phone that probably costs about $30 to manufacture. Im about convinced to go to an iPhone.
