I have been with Mid Florida Property Management for close to 3 years now, and I must say they are the elites around here. The whole team is outstanding, such as Josh, Holly, and Rene, these agents are the best in what they do. I had minor toilet water leak issues, and needed a new fridge, the whole team was so attentive to detail with emails and calls, they fixed my situation in no time. The owner and the team arranged and got me a new fridge and new toilets for guest and master. I wouldn’t be in anybody else’s hands but MFPM.

Had a bit of a plumbing issue... And Brian was a quick phone call away. He instructed me how to shut the water off and was in route before receiving the maintenance call from the office.. Middle of the night, we had both work a long day but as always Brian showed up and showed out with a smile. Thank you for going above and beyond Brian.

I recently acquired two properties which have been let out through Mid Florida Management. New into the letting market I was keen to try and get it right the first time. Once refurbishment works were completed at both the properties we were able to place tenants in both of them within 14 days - despite feeling we did a good job on the refit this far surpassed our expectations. We put this down to the professionalism and proactiveness of MFPM.All in all, 5* service from original consultation through to placing a tenant paying the highest local rates. Do not rent from this company. Diane is a crook. I had a roommate who left the place we shared together and could not keep the place myself. Diane said if i did all the yardwork cleaned the place for viewing so she could rent it out Id get my security back. All of these things were done and Diane was still trying to get another months rent out of me. She doesnt know the law and when i threatened to take her to court she sent the security to my ex roommate to spite me. She was trying to pocket another months rent and thought she could take advantage of a single dad.

This company will deceive you and mislead you. They do not abide by walk through sheets and they will do anything possible to withhold your security deposit, even if you have house cleaned and painted prior to moving. They take forever to complete work orders and return calls as well. Definitely a shady company.Update to your response: and who was entitled to their security back ? Legally the walk through is the tenants opportunity to fix what you find issues with. You don’t get to sign off in good shape and go back and change it. So I hired a lawyer and it would have been at your very own clients cost to fight me in court but it would have been lost ... so I got my security deposit back 👏🏼

Ive managed my own properties in England since 1985 and came to the USA in 2010 and did my research to find out managing my properties is fraught with all sorts of libel litigation, If I needed a Dr I would not have a go myself. A judge would not look kindly if my defence was I did my best. So I appoint a professional team to manage my assets. I found Mid Florida quite by chance. I found Mid Florida Property Management by chance online. Best thing thats happened to me in a long time. I expained to Jonathan my situation. You see, I live in San Diego and have a rental in Punta Gorda.Unfortunataly they wont be able to manage my place because its a very old mobile home. Jonathan still took time out of his schedule to go out to the property and do an inspection for me.I dont even know why anyone would do that, but he did and I will recomend him highly to anyone needing assistance in any kind of property management . He is very knowledgable and easy to work with.I will be in Florida later this year and am looking forward to meeting him in person.
