Shout out to Debi & Gayle in the printing department for their excellent customer service!! I got 200 Trifolds printed last week, opened the box 1 week later to start folding and found that the front and back sides were misaligned. Debi & Gayle reprinted and folded all 200 for me and had them ready same-day. Now thats customer service!!

Ridiculous I was charge for card they wont let check on the status in my email it says the were canceled I was told last week I would get them today and I didnt and ontop of that Im missing out on money cause they messing up I dont recommend this place to anyone

Copy and print experience was outstanding. Jill,(I am sorry if I got your name wrong the phone connection wasn’t clear) was absolutely wonderful I needed a custom stamp done and she told me to place an order online and will get it done right away. My stamp literally was ready in 5 minutes. All the copy and print people were very nice. Thank you

I wouldnt recommend hiring the delivery service if you are planning to buy furniture from this store. I purposely asked them if they can deliver it up the stairs to my apartment and they told me it would be no problem,then they send a single person to deliver a 300 pound desk up a flight of stairs and he asked me to help him bring it up the stairs when I paid extra for them to do it. The delivery service is god awful,I would recommend hiring a different company to move the furniture if you are planning to purchase from this store.

Well, this has been the worst experience I’ve had lately. First, they are MAKING you download the app, second, they SEE they you are in line and NOBODY dares check with you if you understand the new “service”, third, I’m COMPLAINING and they are ignoring everything I say or do. The staff doesn’t care whether you have been here long or not... I wasn’t even trying to print, just sending something with FedEx. Something that is supposed to speed things up is just another way to get us to waste time while they do whatever they have to while minimizing customer service. Absolutely appalled by the new policies.

The one in Port Charlotte has great sales on electronics especially during the holidays. I had to return once and they were so professional and made it easy for me and I didnt have to pay a 15% restock charge. The manager was very helpful and kind. The store has everything you need for the office school supplies and Electronics they have it all

Jeremy the store manager is excellent! He was very patient and knowledgeable when my husband and I stopped in to buy new office furniture for my home office. I could not be more pleased with my new lateral two-drawer filing cabinet, my new u-shaped desk and the electric versa desk unit! We were able to purchase all pieces for under $900. The furniture looks so good in our home that I went back yesterday to order two more lateral filing cabinets.Jeremy - you are an asset to the team and a credit to the Office Depot franchise. Love their online image upload and print service. Was told my items would be ready by 10:00am. They were done by 8:30am.

The most miserable staff Ive ever seen! I went there to send a package. The girl was waiting on one customer who was there before me. I waited for 20 minutes before she turned the computer towards me so I could start filling out the details. As I waited she never smiled,not once! She was obviously not happy with her job or that she had to wait on people. It took almost 30 minutes before she got to me. By this time there was 5 other people in line and she called for help. The other employees took there sweet time also! I will never go back there!

I was shopping around for a computer desk, and was surprised by their wide selection of office furniture. I was helped in minutes and found everything I needed at a very reasonable price. Everything seemed to be on sale, and the manager even marked down some stuff that wasnt. I had gone to the staples nearby earlier, and it was plain to see that this was the superior store.

Great service. Tiffany balanced three customers at the same time and she was able to solve a difficult Avery template printing problem for me, I told her she Soares above others.

Not enough staff. Every client appeared to need help. Fax problems on one end, copier ran out of paper at the other end. GAIL was doing the best she was able. Remarkable employee under the worst of circumstances. Thank you, Dr. O M Cehelska

A couple years back, around Christmas, I was searching desperately for an office desk for my boyfriend and I had a difficult time with an employee while looking at different desks, so the manager, an incredibly helpful woman, stepped in and not only got me the desk I was looking for, but something even better for the same price. Long story short, she made mine and my families Christmas, one of the best weve experienced. I will always ONLY purchase anything I need from this store!

Clean, good prices and received help finding one item on my list. At tme of check out had to find someone, since one of the 4 employees was busy with a customer.

Visited the Office Depot location at 2000 Tamiami Trl # 224, Port Charlotte Florida on 8/4 and 8/6. The customer service was sub par to say the very least and the establishment was an absolute mess. Unable to confirm costs on office furniture and other items (since they were not properly tagged) I chased down an employee to help. Three of the desks that I was interested in buying were all out of stock and improperly marked. Their in store On Sale office furniture, purposely designed to draw in potential buyers looking for a deal, was a complete farce as they cannot actually sell them or even have them available for delivery. Every last office furniture set I wanted was out of stock. They even refused to sell me the floor models. I then proceeded to attempt to purchase a telephone cable on the way out of the store and the cashier saw me coming and disappeared before I had the chance to get to the counter. (She did notice me). Horrid customer service and overall bad experience.

I cant believe this stuff I just read about Office Depot. I have never had that experience when ever I shopped in there , I dont believe it.I think you all are great!

Not sure what the issue is this morning. Store hours are from 8am-8pm, its 10:35am and Ive called 3 times this morning in the last 45 minutes, and nothing. Not even an answering machine...

Bought ink in store next thing I know a month later I get billed for another that is being shipped to my house that I never asked for this place is a scam dont use a credit card for purchase they will try to bill you for more a month later better yet go to another store
