Our office has been using Nextwave for years. We know we can always rely on Ray when we are having a computer crisis.

Cant really say if its a good shop or not. He should be able to get RTX 30 series card at least in limited stock. I do builds for a hobby and theyre out there. I got a 3060 ti recently. Just need to be vigilant.

Didnt have good experience with this company. Got a printer issue and was told it cost $30 to diagnosis. I have asked him to let me know what he find out so can determine whether to buy a new printer or not but he never call like he promise. So, two days later still no call. I went to pick up my printer and he was working on it. Not only that, he charged me the $30 plus $25 black ink. The printer still not working. What a crook!

Brought my computer in to get a service done something was wrong with my computer the computer is only 4 years old upgraded to a solid state hard drive which was not a problem then on top of that paying for that they charge me $129 to transfer data from my old hard drive to my new hard drive and still could not fix my computer sent me away to take it somewhere else they could not fix it or get it diagnosed to get fixed.. not happy very disappointed will never never never ever go there back again I felt like I was taken advantage of bottom line..

I messed up my HP all in one by trying to change the background. Since I had bought the computer there a year ago I took it to them to fix. When I got it back I wasnt able to print and the content and screens were not the same as the original Windows 10, as I requested. Nextwaves house call fee was too expensive so I had to call another company. So, I paid $142.00 to Nextwave and yet still had to have another company fix their mistakes. I called Nextwave and told them I was unhappy and requested they make a house call to fix their errors at no charge. I was told the boss had to make that decision and theyd get back to me. They did not. Thus I had to call the other company. I wouldnt even give them one star.

Not a good experience. I was told I would have a diagnosis within 24 hours, than by the end of the day, than 72 hours later, still working on it... we have other customers. I understand other customers, but dont promise what you cannot deliver. Tell me three days but dont deceive me.I picked up my laptop to take elsewhere for service and left the $30 fee. Things inside sounded loose inside so when I got it back to work, I discovered an odd screw in the back. I opened the back to find a missing screw from the cpu retainer/heat sink (that was the odd screw in the back). The video card heat sink was loose.Had the computer been turned on first without having checked these things, who knows what damage would have resulted.

Had an issue with downloading a file. Brought my computer in, the problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. A+ customer service.

Awful experience -- Took my laptop to remove some pop-ups...and to check my media player...OK, I paid $30 for the look....after 5 days it cost me another $110....my player STILL didnt work...they removed my anti-virus I paid $50 for ....Im STILL getting pop-ups....I took it back and they said they would look at it -- BUT -- -- it would cost me another $30 just to open the laptop....I hit the roof -- this is pure bad business and incompetence.....I am telling all my friends about nextwave and will never get near that place....They dont fix it right the FIRST time and then want you to pay them to fix THEIR mistakes....no, not me.....
