I had a very unnecessary frustrating experience with Baldi tree. Though they did a big project for my sister and brother-in-law’s home in which they recommended them to us, they certainly did NOT pull through for us. Our experience…They were prompt to come out and look at the three relatively average size pine trees to remove, and provide a reasonable quote. However, they were not responsive to do the job or respond to my several messages. They originally said they would remove the trees in a week …3 months passed and they finally got back to me, because I was persistent leaving them messages, and gave us a date to do the job. They came back out to our house to take one more look and said they’d be back the next morning to do the job, but their price significantly increased from the original quote. I said I would pay more, but they ended up saying they can no longer do it! They texted late that night saying they no longer can cut the trees down for one or two reasons: 1) they don’t have the knowledge in how to cut the trees down due to how they are positioned on the hill. 2) would be afraid the trees once being cut would roll down and into our deck. My spouse and I are VERY patient and understanding people, and what we experienced was very unnecessary. There are several other tree removal companies, my advice pick any of them but not Baldi. We were only patient and understanding with Baldi to stay loyal to our family. We are going with a different company and will post back later how that experience goes.
