We’ve worked a lot of events side-by-side over many years. I’ve had only positive experiences with this company. They are the place to go for tent rentals, bouncy houses, and pretty much any other equipment needed to make a fun party.

We recently used Party Plus for decor rentals for our wedding. From day one, Jenna was amazing. She was patient, super responsive and full of great ideas. She even ordered extra samples to set up the showroom to help me visualize what the decor would look like all together! I cant say enough good things about her! Our deliveries were on time, affordable and everything looked beautiful. I recommend Party Plus through Taylor Rental to everyone! After reserving a cotton candy maker 2 weeks in advance the only machine available the day of my daughters party had a sticker on it that said broken. They insisted that it worked anyway and when I got it home it was indeed broken. Had to bring it back in the middle of the party...the folks at Party Plus had me wait around while they plugged it in and tested to see if they could make it work....they couldnt. Then they offered to refund my money and charge me full price for a snow cone machine, that I didnt really want but thought it would at least be something for the 14 girls waiting at my house. I said shouldnt you refund my money and give me a machine to use for free? The girl there said Im trying to meet you half way. Unbelievable. Ill never do business with them again.
