GREAT WORK DONE! City of Plano came by and left a notice to trim one of my trees. Eagle tree came by asap, cut tree branches, and took it all with them. Then, City of Plano contacted me to let me know they were closing the issue on their end, and even mentioned what a great job had been done. Thanks so much Eagle tree! Cost was also very fair for work completed. Highly recommend.

Ive used them for over 5 years now and they do a great job each and every year. I have a Bradford Pear that needs annual trimming and ETE is always the best price and service. I will not use anybody else.

Eagle Tree Experts removed a 60+ foot tall sycamore from my back yard. It was close to my house, and next to my neighbors fence. They arrived when they said they would and went to work immediately. They took they entire tree down, lowering the limbs with ropes, and chipped all the limbs, cleaned up and left with no mess. Their estimate was one of the lowest prices I got of the 5 I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for low cost, honest, courteous and fast tree service.

We had Eagle Tree prune a large cedar elm in our yard yesterday and the results are great. Eagle Tree Service hooks you in. They provide excellent service the first time. After that they send unsupervised inexperienced crews out to butcher your trees. I requested I be there when they were trimming - they conveniently forgot. I will never, ever have them do anything for me ever ever again.

Had a very dead tree in my yard that was in need of removal. Called up Eagle Tree Experts and they were out the same day to give me an estimate. The crew showed up as arranged. They were very courteous, and took our tree down in a timely manner. After they were finished they cleaned EVERYTHING up and took all clippings. Weve used this company twice now. We had them trim a tree at our rental property back in the Spring, and we thought they did a good job for a fair price.Fast forward to Icemageddon, December 2013. Our renters texted me a pic of our tree, split in half. RIP, big guy.I knew they would probably be swamped come Monday, so I called either Saturday or Sunday that weekend and left a message that basically stated this was for a rental property and Id like to reserve a spot to get our tree taken out ASAP. No call back. Called Tuesday, and the girl who answered apologized for not returning my call, but that they could go do an estimate that day. Talked to them again a few hours later, and they said theyd remove the tree THAT day (the 10th).They didnt do it that day, or the next time they said they would, or the time after that, or the time after that. I left multiple voicemails, practically begging them to go out and just do the work they already said theyd do before the year was up so I could at least write it off for tax purposes. I even told them the job just got easier - the city came and removed part of it that was blocking the sidewalk (hope they dont bill me), and my tenant took a saw to most of what was on the ground.No return phone calls from any voicemails I left, ever. Voicemail was finally full the last time I called. Got another company to go out within 24 hours of calling them (ON December 31st, YAY tax write-off!), and they matched the price.Eagle Tree Experts is obviously WAY too busy, so do them a favor and use someone else.

Last fall, the utility company came through and completely butchered our mature pecan tree and bradford pear tree. After calling a few tree services in the area, we went with eagle tree experts due their very friendly employees and low prices. As a result, we couldnt be happier. They showed up the day that we called them for an estimate, and had the job completed within half a week time (even showed up a day earlier then scheduled because they finished another job earlier then expected). The pecan tree is now gone and the bradford pear looks wonderful trimmed.Other than the friendly service and prices, one thing that separated eagle tree experts was that they did not talk down to you or try and sell you on a service you did not want. The arborist is quite knowledgeable and able to help you with any questions you might have. One for us in particular was that our bradford pear tree was topped, and we were curious if it was possible to save it. Lastly, the arborist who provided the quote was on site during service (i.e. the work was not contracted out to separate crews.).Could not recommend these folks enough for any tree service you might need.
