Booked a load with them to Kroger DC. for 2:15pm. Got there to find out that they dont receive deliveries from other companies but JB Hunt after 2pm and was turned around to exit. I called the broker to inform him of this information. He told me that wasnt true and would call me back. Of course he didnt get back with me and I had to finally get through to someone in accounting. To make a long story short. Two days later the load was dropped at 11:15am. They need to get better organized on how to run a productive business.

This is the worst company I have ever booked with. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! I kept there load on my truck (refrigerated load) for 2 days. They gave me a layover of $250. Only to take it back on their Epay System. This company is a total fraud. I don’t know why they’re still in business. I am so upset. Why would you take carriers money. Us O/O, we work hard out here. They do not release invoices in EPAY, no way to speak with accounting or supervisor.Phones/emails not responded. Horrible people to work with. Its amazing they have any good reviews. There are 90 percent 1 star reviews and 10 percent, probable fake, 5 star reviews. Figure it out. If you value your time and effort stay away. If you get a load best bet is to refuse it. If they need a copy of the bol after loading it means they lied on the rate con about the drop off time and have not set the appointment up. You will never be able to get them on the phone or answer an email or acknowledge a message in 4 kites, the app they require you to use. Value your time and effort and do not drive for this company.

The WORST company we have ever hauled for. THEY NEED NEGATIVE STARS, hated to even give them 1 star!! No communication on loads. We tried reaching out several times getting appointments lined up and nobody would respond back. Have EMAIL proof from the company that THEY failed to communicate with us the delivery times, so we delivered with the time they gave us and they still took $350 from our rate con for being late when it was them who failed to communicate. Do not haul for this company! You sit for a day to days waiting to get unloaded and they don’t pay the lumper or answer any phone calls, voice mails or emails to any of the numerous different contact info on the rate con! Your stuck paying the enormous lumper fee ours was 310.00 and by the looks of it by the comments we won’t get paid for the load either. So we’re out 160 miles to drop off, lost the next load, out of drive time and now had to pay the 310.00 lumper to get our BOL because the place was shutting down and said we had to leave the property! We are beyond furious. If anyone is already taking to a lawyer contact me. I say this company needs to be boycotted until they understand how much they do need truckers and to treat you with the respect you deserve. Your time is more than important it’s how you make money and when your limited on hours of drive time being held up for a day or days and then not getting anyone to answer you or getting paid is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I booked a load from TX to CA via email and the appt to deliever is in the morning but they reciever told me I have to wait till next day in the afternoon because theres no appt showed on their system!!! And this next day appt is booked by myself too(I called their shipper phone number)!!! They dont care about their load at all and dont have any solution for me!! And they dont pay compensation fee and your ratecon fee. No one can answer the phone and email. I tried to call more than 5 different number with 100 times and emailed them 200 times but no body answer the phone and reply me! Im not able to upload my invoice on epaymanager since they dont release the load to me to upload documents! This is a totally scam company!!! Aweful forever!

Please stay away from this company. I did a load and the broker deducted 500 dollars for not following route. I did however took their route and pay extra gas. I even have gas receipts that I took that route. Yet they stay took my hard earn money away. They backup the price so they can deduct money from you.

I was confirmed by the broker via email that the load was a 24hrs-48hrs drop trailer at the receiver. Yet today is the fifth day that my trailer is still not emptied at the receiver.Ive tried calling the broker many times unsuccessfully. The only communication Id get was that they will check the trailer report and let me know via email. This morning, after many emails I received an email back to advise that the trailer is emptied and to send my driver to pickup the trailer. My driver arrived at the receiver to only find out that the trailer is still not emptied yet.I am at a lost and dont know where to go to for assistance, for I called all the numbers available but no one pick up the phone. This is unprofessional to the lowest standard.

Very hard to get in touch with after you book a load. They dont respond to emails about late payments too. If you want to talk to someone, they want you to go to their website and pull up the chat box. Do not use these clowns, they are a joke!!!

Unacceptable. This brokerage will delay any dispute for billing. Plus you have to work through their epay manager, which is fine unless you have a dispute ie - accessorials etc which need some magical approval despite tracking and gps tracking evidence. Make sure you get detention etc in the rate before hauling then the epay manager will work fine.

Ive been working with Pepsi Logistics for many years and they are the best in the business! Offer great quality service and adhere to the carriers needs as much as possible. Never had any issues with late payments and they always pay on time!

Picked up Freight from AZ that was 24-48 hour drop in Indiana, its been a week at this point. Its impossible to get any information on this. There is no communication from broker on when this is going to be over . They refuse to pick up their phones. Only answer i can get through email is that they are waiting for information from site manager. Im not sure how they can legally do this this to us. We will have to take legal action against you company if possible .

SHIPPERS, please know, they dont pay all the money to carriers. CARRIERS try to avoid them, they dont pay all the money per agreed rate. You take load for one price and after on time delivery may get rate cut in half or so. I see owner respond to reviews and claiming they dedicated to give good service to carriers. So how is that good if you dont pay all the money. If you want cut price do it same day like other brokers do or pay all the money like other brokers do. And i am not only one who claiming that pepsi dont pay money, there other reviews like that. See yourself.

Pepsi has a lot of freight to chose from. If you book directly with Pepsi, and not a 3rd party broker, you can get a really great price, way higher than the market value. I work directly with Pave Alebic, and never had any issues with either the loads or communication.

I have issue with this broker :Ivan Peljusic and Mitchell Gage...I picked the load 8 days ago, receiver rejected and driver is sitting 20 miles away from shipper and nobody from Pepsi Logistic wants to call me to sold this problem.They are keeping my truck in Hollliday time...

I hate to leave negative review because running small business takes a lot of work and small people can do it but ignoring people is very bad business practice. We took a load for them and we have 7 pallets left and we have another load we suppose to pick up they said email us everything and we did. that was the last time we hear from them. please stay away from them unless they change there practice.

Pepsi logistics made a huge improvement in communication within last year. We usually deal with Matthew Perser and Alex Klingbeil. Both of those guys are very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Matthew helped us to resolve the issue with the compliance which a lot of people wouldnt even try to deal with. All the situations like detentions and TONUs are handled in a timely and professional manner. The only thing that still needs to be improved is an after hours support but weve been told Pepsi Logistics is already working on getting it better. Thank you for the business.

I book a load with Korbin Kramer on the 12.17.20My driver was stuck at the receiver 17 hrs. Korbin never pick up and answer on the ph. he just one time respond on my email in 17 hrs.I try to request detention i send the BOL to them nobody respond Korbin or the other broker .Stay away from them because they are shame for the trucking they are worst from the worst .And 3 day after my truck was empty nobody still respond on the email or pick up the phoneSo unprofessional never ever load with themPs .And Coca Cola is always better then Pepsi

Tried booking loads numerous time but can never get them to answer the phone. Yahoo they finally answered only to offer a rate so low that they should be ashamed of themselves for even offering it. If all your customers want to pay is less than a buck a mile i suggest new customers or quit being greedy and screwing over trucking companies you know us guys with the assets in the game. PS never mind coping and pasting the usual bs feedback as from the list as it looks like nothing will be done. If it was going to change it would have by now.

We are done with Pepsi Logistics. I booked the load while they said its a today pickup before 8 PM and its work in from now. My driver was at shipper (Pepsi facility) by 5 PM and till 2 AM shipper did not even work in his trailer. He ran out of hours sitting empty. In morning 7 AM they called my driver to come in to pick the load and he informed he has no hours left now and they said OK. After that, I contacted them to issue me a Truck Order Not Used and they refused saying you abandoned the load. What does they mean to say. Should my driver say yes to pick up the load after 12 hours of his arriving while he was out of hours. He sent me the screenshot of one of their internal messaging app in which they are literally laughing on our losses. Very disappointed working with these guys most of the times.

They post the cheapest freight, they do not answer the phone if you have a problem with a load you happen to book with them, they are not professional at all! We had a 4pm appointment and did not get loaded until the following day and it we had to finally copy the CEOs of the company in order to get our well deserved layover money! They do not follow up on emails unless you copy their management, the brokers are rude and do not work with you when you have a problem (and I have had a problem on the only two loads we ran for them). I dont understand how a company so large can operate the way they do, maybe they should stick to just making beverages because they suck at logistics

Alex Klingbeil lied to us for a load of chips from Hermiston OR to Phoenix AZ w 300 miles out of route so he avoided our calls, emails n online chats - he robbed us on purpose. It wasnt disclosed in the contract but told by the shipper. PepsiCo brokers are professional theirs! They stole from us for 2 months just to get paid by another PepsiCo from another state. These people are the worst n willfully bankrupt your company.He wont pay so cancel his load!ISIS w degrees running the circus

I Have never left a review before, but this was one of the worst experience i have ever had with a load. when I booked the load it was suppose to be a 24 hour dropped trailer, Kyle Dasso was the broker who i booked the load with he lied it was not a 24 hour dropped i know thing happen but i was not 1 day or 3 day it turned into a whole 13 days every time i tied to contact him i would have to wait and wait for him to respond every phone number on the rate con are all automated so i was not able to get a hold of kyle or any manager to help me. most of the time he just seemed careless about the situation he even lied about the reimbursement on the email he agreed to pay 50.00 a day and then he keep lowering the rate all the way to 30.00 a day. were a small company and cant afford to just leave a trailer for 13 days. Horrible experience and customer service!!

We booked load with them for pickup Sunday. They messed up location, so my driver had to stay until Monday to be loaded. Of course after hours promised us detention rate. From the moment we picked up this load they are ignoring us and do not want to send any revision with extra money!! They are either not picking up the phone or just hanging up on us!! It is pretty much like everyone elses experience here.

I have been on hold so many times with this company all i need is my lumper and detention paid. they will not answer emails or phone calls this is so sad that we are having to look at going a different route to get our money. We provided a great load and unload working well with everyone and then it comes time for them to do work for me and nothing happens.

One of my most positive experiences since being an owner operator has been with Justin Stone at Pepsi Logistics Co. A few days before Christmas 2015 I was in Texas needing to go home. Justin booked me on a load from Schulenburg Texas to Aberdeen Md. For at least the next 6 months Justin had that route available every week that the load was available. Even when he was off whoever was covering for him would ensure the load was available if I was available to run it. It’s rare to get that level of service and commitment but I got it week end and week out consistently from Justin. That’s what you call exceeding expectations. Thanks Justin.

Booked a load with Jacob Abadco picking up Friday drop trailer Friday eve pick up trailer Sunday morn...I didn’t get my trailer back until Tuesday eve. I lost loads and they paid me $100 I’ve tried to speak with him and he puts me on hold never to return. Called his account manager Melody Evans she keeps bouncing me back to him...no consideration for the driver. I can’t afford to be shut down 2 days for $100 I’ve been trying to find a corporate number that I can talk to I need compensation.

PLCI is a great logistics company. I have been working with Rachael Larson for several months and she has been amazing. She has been able to keep my fleet rolling, and her communication has been superb. Rachael and her team by far one of the best broker companies I work with.
