I have been here many times and the staff is really nice and professional.

This is my second time coming here and it’s now my go to place for labs. The people here are so nice and I’ve never had to wait. Quick, easy and friendly service.

Sigourney is AMAZING! I have always had to get pricked at least 3-4 times to get a drop out and my arm is usually butchered the next day but this gal is phenomenal and I was done in under a minute. All the staff is very friendly and very efficient. Thanks again Sigourney :)!

I am happy I took the time to read the prior good reviews. Sigourney (spelling) was truly amazing. She was doing all the paper work plus the blood draw. She was extremely professional and very friendly. I had to ask for her name so that way the next time I get my blood draw I can do it from her. Was literally the most painless pleasant experience I have ever had with a blood draw. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I am highly satisfied! My only fear is that Sigourney gets promoted within Labcorp and I dont get to see her again :)

Well I can see why they have such low ratings. Went through my insurance company, scheduled an appointment via their website, and when I arrived she seemed totally confused as to why Im here and was rude. I just turned around and walked out.Im here because Labcorp is in network, and I need some blood work done. I guess Ill go over to anylabtestnow.com and pay out of pocket. At least their website is much more informative and when you schedule an appointment they arent dumbfounded for your purpose.

This place is the worst. They did blood withdrawal and it was never sent to our Doctor. When you call, they don’t pick it up. Absolutely unprofessional.

Very rude people out there. I went to the reception and asked that the check in ksoak does not have the tray to put in my ID. She was not welcoming and was like ‘Oh My God’ but then she checked me in. I just wanted to come out due to negative vibes inside that place. Won’t visit again this place

Not friendly receptionist. There address is not on 15 St the building doors in front a side street hard for Lyft/Uber find. Had scheduled a appointment at 9 45 am today online and said I had a appointment said I had a appointment. Maybe go back schedule on the phone. Very disappointed and they did got fax my Dr yesterday.

From June 1 2020, only open on Saturdays 8am to noon, incorrect office hour in the answering machine, wasted a trip.

The person who did my blood was very rude and gave me nothing but attitude the whole time. I wont be returning to this labcorp.

Were able to help get blood from my autistic non-verbal son. My wife and I were able to handle him and they quickly and effectively worked hard to find a good vein (he has a history of not finding any quickly) and got the needed blood first try.Will come back to this location next time we need to. Great staff.

Had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time after already arriving the requested 15 minutes early. There was no TV and no reading material. They were not able to accommodate me with a space to lay down. They were not able to accommodate my request for a butterfly which is necessary for my ridiculously tiny veins. I showed a picture of extensive bruising that looked like Id been beaten from using a regular needle and the lady told me it was normal. The people at quest disagree and said my arm should never have to look like that from a blood draw. Never going to another LabCorp. Ill stick to quest.

Labcorp must look to hire the most unpleasant people they can find. The new check in kiosk is great for those of us tech savvy people but to watch the elderly patients do it with no assistance from staff is painful to see. They are not helpful nor phased by the frustration of the line behind those who do not know how to use it. Thank goodness for kind patients waiting who assist because the staff is busy sipping coffee and being rude.

Fast Service in and out, however; I don’t feel this place is meant for toddlers. She had to poke her 4 times before she could find her vein. My poor baby hasn’t stopped crying since we left. 😢

I have never been a fan of needles or having any blood drawn. I was VERY nervous upon arriving but that quickly changed. Natalie was very friendly and put me at ease prior to my appointment. Jay, the phlebotomist, was honestly the best technician I have ever seen. He put me at ease, kept my mind off of the blood draw, and was super gentle. I left feeling so much better than I went in and will definitely be recommending this location to others and using again in the future. **If you make an appointment and show up 15 min early there are no issues getting in at your scheduled time**

Front desk very rude. Me and my wife went there at 9:45 , did a checkin and waited for 45 mins and nobody called my wife. I checked with the front desk person approximately how long my wife has to wait, the front desk lady told 20 mins. Again after 15 mins we went and asked approximately how long to wait, again the answer was 20 mins. My wife asked why so long and the answer was that appointment take priority over checkin. Remember this is a facility where most of them are fasting since last 12+ hours and its not good to make them wait for more than an hour. Many are very aged, many come with kids, please have some sense of humanity. Not good.

I booked an appointment and still had to wait approximately 45 mins for my turn. not sure why they are wasting other persons time

Professional and friendly. I came at noon on a Friday and got in and out in 10 minutes. She made good small talk and found the vein on the first poke, which is uncommon. I didnt see a Labcorp sign on any of the outer doors, but its one connected building so any door will lead you to Labcorp.

This labcorp is only opened on Saturdays.

No complaints. Ive been here twice for health bloodwork. Theyre quick. I signed in, waited my turn, gave them my code, got stuck and was out in about 20 minutes. Im also a difficult stick but theyve managed to get me first go both times which is really something.

I went there on Saturday 10am , big mistake. The office was packed (22 patients ahead of me). I walked to the front counter. Greated with a very unfriendly, overwhelmed employee”use the kiosks in the corner” . Waited 40 minutes. The sign says if you wait longer than 30 go back the front counter. After waiting 40 minutes. I was called, I gave her my paperwork, her reply, this is not lab Corp paperwork - I can’t help you. I said thank you and left.

Front desk person was rude and should not be interfacing with customers. I had an appointment but had to wait over 1 hour. I asked the person who drew my blood if they were busy that morning. She said they were not.

Very bad experience waited more then two hours for my 2 month old child lab work. Check in kiosk doesnt work at all I guess and front desk lady chose who should go first.

Excellent service, I went on a Saturday without an appointment, I was treated quickly and I recommend it. It is also one of the few that is open on Saturday. Excellent attention went Saturday without an appointment and the attention was really fast.
