Great organization doing very good things for handicap resident

Somebody using the name of this company to scam people!!!!Idk if this is even a real company but just watch out!!!i called them to let them know somebody is out there impersonating them and scamming people in their name and the lady that i spoke with sounded so unbothered almost as if she already knew or is part of it!!!! The person scamming innocent people is called “theresa moore” on instagram!!!!! Watch out

Worst company to work for. Managers do NOT communicate with staff. House managers walk all over staff to get out of work. They do not value the clients. Stay far away!!!! And training is s joke. The trainer let someone still pass with a 23% on the final. Shes lazy. She messed up my pay. UnorganizedThis company is ajoke. Ran by people who truly only are concerned with themselves and not the staff or individuals.

If you truly love your loved ones you will stay far away from this organization and anything they have to offer. They neglect your loved ones and do not train there staff. They also tend to neglect medical emergencies when there clients are struggling with breathing problems and wait around for a managers response before seeking any form of medical emergency. Managers lack at communication with staff and families. Also do not y ISP guidelines for individual clients and there needs....

My brother lives next to the location in Export, Pennsylvania. On Memorial Day 2018, during our family gathering, I witnessed one of the patients smash chairs in the driveway, overheard glass breaking, loud bangs, screaming. No less then 3 of their associates and a PA Trooper is what it took to gain control of the voilence/escalation. This breaks my heart for my brother and sister. The town of Export, nor the property owner, that is renting the property to Community Options never disclosed the type of business opening in our residentally zoned neighborhood. I pray that my sister, her children, my brother, his wife are 100% safe.

Great company worked with them for about a year and 4 months never had a problem that was not handled big up to the main office on the South Side and My home I work in ROSS

Community Options is behind the Old South High School. It has magistrate in the building and its very clean the bathrooms are locked and you need a code
