Great Place for seniors who are retired and looking for a place to stay active.

I enjoy the exercise program, bible study & arts and crafts along with the fellowship.

There is a committed excercise instructor, I do low impact excercise twice weekly and ride the bicycles for 1 mile. I have loss over 20 pounds over the last year. I have also taken advantage of the health and wellness educational workshops, blood pressure screenings, spiritual knowledge and development classes. For fun and socialization I learned to plan bid whist and other games.
