Never try and get a loan we got approved and started the process and she gave us to another person to handle our stuff and then she took us back and fired the person/company she handed us over too. it was stressful for about 3 months our monthly payment kept going up and they kept raising prices. also we were supposed to close on the house multiple times and Nicole never did what she needed to to close or would never answer her phone, give you a call back or email back till it was a week past due. they took our bank info and withdrew money to see if our back was real and we were out money on the home inspection and the down payment because we had to back out of the house due to Nicole I believe it was all a scam. After months of not hearing from Nicole and her not hearing from us after we didnt close on the 5th time we tried to close because of Nicole not doing her job and ignoring everyone (including Realtor) we had to back out and lost all the hard earned money we were saving for a house.. after about a couple months after we backed out she email me asking if we were still interested in the house not knowing we backed out on our supposed to be last close date. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! all you will lose is your money and have so much stress its unbelievable

Would put 0 stars if possible. This business is a joke an after dealing with them it almost feels like a scam. We were suppose to close multiple times on our home but the date kept getting pushed back because new stipulations kept coming up. They also never had the answers we needed an had no idea what they were talking about. Never deal with this company

After Craig and his wife Nichole Garber got my social security number they never replied or text or call back. I had to use a different phone number to reach them and they just apologized and said that I am not approved for a loan, very unprofessional and the company runs only by Craig and his wife Nichole ,even the address is fake, I suspect Iron City is even a real company from the first place.
